Terrible service. Four people working there and not a customer in the store. They asked if we had an appointment after driving an hour from another Verizon store. ( they sent us here) Because we didn’t have an appointment, they wouldn’t see us.We proceeded to the parking lot and made an appointment on line for 2 minutes later. We went back in to the store and tried to say we didnt have an appointment. After accusing us of lying, They looked it in the computer then saw that we had a confirmed appointment.The phone that that they had two in stock of, were suddenly on hold for someone else. ( they hold phones now?) Anyway we bought a different version of what they had in stock 20 minutes earlier.We purchased a phone and asked if we could transfer information there. The salesman, EJ replied that they could not help us because they don’t have Internet!I have never had such terrible service in a Verizon store, or any store for that matter. I have had a business account for many years. I would be so embarrassed if my employees treated people this way. I’m definitely rethinking my business account plan with Verizon.I would like to add that none of the 5:00 pm appointments showed up by the time we left at 5:20pm.

Hello! Im a photographer and Digital Artist.I was having issues with my new S20FE ULTRA,It was trying to figure out all the new features on the camera as well as Samsung Gallery,I could not find some of the menus,I went down to the Biddeford Location of Verizon and made an appointment for the next day, to fix my issues with my phone.When I arrived at 6pm, I was greeted by a very friendly staff who were able to solve the missing menus issueAfter that meeting with the staff at Biddeford Verizon, I had a much better understanding of the S20 FE ULTRA, and the incredible camera that takes incredible shots!

I have been calling for three days trying to speak to someone about disconnecting my phone. I can’t get through, I’ve gone down to the store and no one will help me. I’ve transferred services and need to know if it auto disconnected or if I need to speak with someone over the phone. I’m now locked out of my account so I can’t get in to to make payments on my IPad. I will never use Verizon again. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

Process is time consuming but the customer service is amazing. I have been to several Verizon stores but this is the one that I visit most and theres good reason for that.

As someone who is not tech savvy and should not be allowed to transfer information from an old phone to a new phone, I found myself in a position of great need after screwing up my brand new phone. Michelle was awesome, listened to my problem, and fixed it quickly. She was friendly and made what seemed like a daunting process, seamless. I was in and out of there. Great experience - thanks again Michelle!

Drove an hour round trip to have them help me with my phone only to find out I had to make an appointment which was not noted on their web page. I would of had to wait 2 1/2 hours when only two other people in store. Poor service, poor business. Time to look for a dependable carrier!

Awful service. I had a completely broken phone, and went into the store looking to buy a new phone. Without even checking or looking up the phone I wanted, the employee told me the phone is backordered and I wouldnt be able to get it for 3 weeks. I got home, went on the Verizon website, ordered the phone I wanted myself with free 2 day shipping. Going to the store was a waste of time, and I dont plan on going back again.

Ive been here multiple times. This visit was bas8 the same. Enjoyable. I was greeted and helped almost immediately. Had a few questions about my new phone. The employee was mostly helpful but didnt know a couple of the answers to my questions. He never bothered to ask anyone else. All in all it was a good visit.

Verizon just needs to be more transparent with fees and advertise the REAL price to have service with them. Not sure how you end up paying almost as much in taxes, fees, surcharges than they charge for a line of service. Barely the best coverage options and excited to see competition making them finally compete!!! LOWER YOUR PRICES and maybe get more customers to stick around!

I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews knowing I had to visit this location for a cell phone change. During the Monday visit a cordial Verizon Rep. Mike greeted me at the door, recorded my information, saw I was assisted with crutches and directed me to the seating area. There was a wait period due to the busy customer morning but when it was my turn a charming Verizon Rep. Shannon assisted me well. She took the time needed to process the cell phone change, patiently stayed beside me to answer my questions and showed me how to use the new phone. Thank you Mike and Shannon for the pleasant- positive experience!

I went here for a case for an iPhone. a sales associate was helpful and looked in the back for a case that I was looking for. The same case is definitely cheaper elsewhere, but the convenience was worth the extra cost.

I went into the store on 12/6 with a cell phone that decided on its own that it wanted to restart and would not get fully restarted and would start the process all over. I knew a few tricks to attempt to fix it. Like the power button and volume down at the same time, to do a soft reset. When that trick did not work I called Verizon in Biddeford and told the gentleman what was wrong. He told me to try the power and volume down buttons, I told him I had tried it once before with no prevail. I went into the store later that day and spoke with the gentleman I talked to on the phone. He took my phone, saw that there were some dings on it, (I mean who doesnt drop their phone?) and checked in the ports for water damage, which there was none since I had not dropped it in water or near water. He said that some sort of pins near my SIM card was corroding due to moisture, did not offer for me to see or to look. He then gave me a card for an insurance claim and sent me on my way. Throughout the process he was constantly speaking with another group that was being helped by another associate. Later that day, I went back in to ask him how much they would charge me if I sent it in for an upgrade, I had an upgrade available. He said he could not do that, didnt explain why. I went online and upgraded my line and spoke with an online associate, Jerome I. He was a lot of help and gave me all the information I asked for. And in the same time I tried a factory reset and it pulled my phone out of the loop it was stuck in. The gentleman in the store did not try that or offer any ideas. He was either not willing to help because I was in sweatpants and didnt look like the one to spend money. But I would like to think he would not do that, so that leads to the fact that he did not have proper training or did not feel like helping a college student. Either way, my phone was fixed with no help from Verizon Wireless in Biddeford, and I got to upgrade like I wanted to. It really irritates me that he did not want to help me as much as another group that was talking with another associate. Verizon itself is way better than any other service provider around, my spouse has US Cellular and has troubles a lot more often than I. It was the customer service that got me, he felt that he wasnt going to make a lot of money so didnt put much effort in.

Customer service and technical support were outstanding! Michelle P professionally dealt with this very frustrated customer; she was able to resolve my data transfer issue in 5 minutes.Michelle knew about the software’s ability to transfer data between phones in close proximity (not having to use iTunes or iCloud backups). Why didn’t any of the techs I spoke with on the phone offer this solution? This would have saved me many frustrating hours when backups weren’t working.Thanks again Michelle!

These individuals fail to read corporate notes that were put on my account and continue to ignore my entire situation. They also neglected 2 correspond with the corporate representative, that I actually had on the phone in the store with me. And to make matters worse they were not able or unwilling to print out corporate policies that they were telling me that they had here too, even though they were directly asked to provide proof of these corporate policies. Now that last part might be a Verizon issue itself but it seems consistent with the behavior of these individuals, that it was just absolute laziness and dishonest practices on the part of this particular location. I would avoid this location at all cost

My phone had a possible virus and was getting super hot (and not in a good way). Added to that I was 3+ hours from home, and use my phone GPS for directions. The staff at the verizon store were so nice! Not only did they fix the phone, but while we waited for the reboot, got me water and made me feel at home. Wish I lived closed because these people are the best!!!!

Fri. Aug. 30,2019I visited the store on Thurs. but no one could solve my problem - I was advised to come back On Fri !There was an Angel on my shoulder because I met Craig Gage! I had a major problem with my G mail account on my i phone- I had accidentally deleted some vital information on my gmail account . It seemed impossible to find out where it went!?Craig told me he thought he could help me-He worked and worked for quite a while, but to no avail. Then he said he was going to look up some info on line, I believe - and he asked if I would mind waiting- he also had to keep on eye on all the in coming customers! I don’t know how he juggled all that he was doing and still found a way to think about my problem, but he did! All this time he had a big smile on his face,He really was amazing!He came back with some new ideas and beganWorking on my phone! He got the deleted infoBack !!!! We went to have our phone looked at since it was not powering on. The specialist was there and couldnt figure out what was wrong. Said they would ship a new phone guaranteed next day. Here we are, 3 days later, no phone. When you rely on your phone for work, this is very inconvenient. After putting in a complaint, the manager called me within minuted and proceeded to flat out tell me he was right and we were wrong. I thought customer service tries to make it right for the customer. Not with this carrier. Dont hold your breath when it comes to getting your issues resolved with the so called managers of this place. They were right on top of calling me back about the complaint to point out how I was wrong but not even close to fixing the issue.

Employees may be nice but they are clueless about their products and are too lazy to assist you when you notice that the prices in their store are noticeably higher than in other Verizon stores. Plus, their prices contradict the prices shown on Verizons web site. I spoke to a Verizon customer support person and pointed out to the Biddeford Verizon store employees that the prices they listed in their store were incorrect. They didnt even try to call Verizon support to figure out why their prices were different. I ended up going to the South Portland Verizon store and got the same thing for more 50% less then what they tried to charge me in Biddeford. Stay away from Verizon store in Biddeford, they have no idea what they are doing and are too lazy to do their jobs.

Staff wont help you. They just walk around ignoring you. They have no knowledge of what theyre doing. Kendra was extremely unprofessional. She acted like she managed the place and refused to help me. My phone had numerous problems & the only advice was to buy a wireless charger. How is that going to help when my screen goes black

I walked into the shop and may as well have been a ghost, Id be surprised if this review gets notice from them, all the sales guys were doing were losing customers as they walked from the store. I stood there in the middle of your store and never was asked once if I needed help, I did. i needed help getting a friend a phone. NEVER EVER would I switch back to you. last year I switched to AT&T when your workers went on strike and I wasnt informed and I was overcharged for data because whomever monitors such things I guess wasnt working. but were your customers informed no sir. this isnt a biased post I was a loyal sheep customer of yours for 10 years, but since switching have never been treated better. at this shop I felt like a sheep again. VEROZON YOU SUCK and the people you hire suck. get new service employees before your network sees its demise.

Verizon wireless is without a doubt the slowest service and most inconsistent I have experienced in many years. If Verizon or Biddeford or Time Warner cannot support service they need to get out or really drop the charges to almost nothing which is just about what we get for service.
