Normally I love the aroma Joes works, today it was different. The girl working with pink/red hair could not have been more rude/moody. Not very friendly or enjoying. The one in Saco is better. Only reason its not zero is because I liked the drink they made.

Disorganized mess. They make everyone go one at a time to the window, pay and sit for your order. Its more like a drive up counter. They had literally two donuts left. Two. Really? We went specifically to try their iced energy drinks, and they werent even worth it. Like five bucks a pop and filled to the hilt with ice. They need to install a speaker system to make drive thru more efficient We waited over half an hour to try these energy drinks that werent even worth it. Big thumbs down

I love Aroma Joes but the Biddeford one is notoriously bad. Drink & food quality are fine, but theres a 50/50 chance that youll get poor service here. Always suuuper slow.

This aroma joes rocks!! Yall always have my caroll baskens ready for me when I get there🤣🤣🤣 but let me tell you something everyone! this crew rocks! Not only hard workers but there Always positive and always smiling! Even when there slammed with customers! I really enjoy this place. Im not a coffee drinker but I enjoy the cold energy drinks. I have had a few different menu items and have been pleased with everything. The staff is always great, friendly and helpful. They also move the line very quickly.Prices are slightly high on the drinks, otherwise this is a 5 star rating. I go here several times a week.

Pretty upsetting customer service. someone i know works at an aromas and they tried telling me that “this isn’t taco bell” because the worker didn’t realize the flavor i ordered was a flavor whey sell. she was rude about the situation and then i ended up just reading her what was in the drink for flavors and she still messed the order up. the slowest aromas i’ve been to.

Drinks are good. Cupholders are cheesy and flimsy.expect a drink to fall out/spill if your not holding onto all the drinks.

I don’t typically take the time to stop at these places, someone told me about the chorizo sandwich, that it was the only thing I wanted to try, she said they were out of that, & the ice chai tea that I would like to get, so I was ready to drive away because that’s the only thing I was interested in, I feel bad for not tipping because I had every intention of giving her two or three dollars, but now I just waited in line for nothing, wasn’t happy with what I got instead, don’t know if I’ll go back for a while again, couldn’t tell you the last time I’ve gone

My wife and I had never heard of Aroma Joes until I moved up here to Maine. The coffee and sandwiches are great and the service is always quick and friendly.

They are always super friendly, going above and beyond to make sure our visit is a great experience! I always be sure to tip them at least $5, and they are very appreciative every time! Great job guys!

This is my go to Aroma’s. I usually love the staff but this visit was not pleasant. I ordered a sugar free rush with sugar free syrup (which I get every time so I know what it tastes like). I get half way to work and take a sip and it’s definitely NOT sugar free. Had to drive back and the girl who waited on me was smirked when I told her I was diabetic. Not very friendly customer service. Maybe they should care about their job and the customers a bit more. If a customer asks for sugar free please make sure they get what they ask for.

Love the coffee, staff is very friendly, prices are reasonable. The only reason I am giving them four stars is because they do not have sugar free syrups that have no sweetener. I have been living the keto life for about 6 months now and cannot have the sweetener in the sugar free syrups. They need to order sugar free no sweetener syrups, all other coffee shops have them. Other than that, good job

This place is awesome. Don’t be deterred by the line. It’s goes quickly. The menu is expansive and I’ve never tried something I didn’t like.

After going to the Biddeford Aroma Joe’s, I was very displeased. Not only was the customer service terrible, the barista handed back my debit card laughing that she dropped it in the trash (didn’t clarify if it was disinfected after or not). Upon leaving we realized that there were several dark black things floating in our energy drinks and they were not adhering to the Covid-19 guidelines (ie: touching hair repetitively, not wearing gloves, continuing to work without hand hygiene). Very dirty, will not recommend.

Ordered a sugar free Rush, unfortunately didn’t receive that and got regular Rush which gives me severe headaches. Love going to any Aroma’s but I’d like to get what I ordered.

Great place to get a coffee. Hot, iced, energy drinks, teas. They got it all. Friendly staff and SOMETIMES your order is ready when you get to the window. Why? Because, once you go to Aroma Joes you get hooked and then the girls get to know you so well that they know exactly what youre going to order.
