Maddie and Stephanie are MY PEOPLE! Their energies are amazing and they were so sweet and kind to me. My dumba$$ forgot to order an iced drink and they prepared a hot one. We just moved from CA to Maine. Although we love Dunkin Donuts for donuts, no one makes a better cup of coffee or iced tea then Starbucks. The staff is always very nice and very quick.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. Now, Im sure youre thinking this is just a generic post because its a major chain but it really isnt. The staff makes sure they learn who you are if youre a regular. Theyre all friendly, they take the time to be courteous and just so much better then any other location Ive been to. Keep it up everyone

Starbucks saved me when I was homeless.A gift cert is always a blessing. Everyone knows what Starbucks means and offers. I ordered a large decaf almond milk hazelnut latte. Yes, I love having it my way.Yes, its overwhelmingly amazing just how specific weve grown to be... Yes, I prefer Starbucks over Dunkin. I wasnt proud wearing the pink donut outfit..I have been to many Starbucks.This time, I appreciated art on wall. Mermaid with leg-like fin! Noteworthy, immediate response, with rock salt, for slippery ice and human safety, was a well met bottom line.Its real humans that care beyond the corporations that run and fuel us all.

This afternoon I witnessed the baristas blatantly making fun of a disabled customer. It was so obvious that our kids noticed. Even the man taking our order was laughing along with the staff making our drinks that he completely messed up our order, and when I brought it to his attention he rolled his eyes and walked away laughing at the other customer.The staff in this place should be ashamed of themselves and management should be aware of their extremely unprofessional behavior, their terrible service and nevermind how disgusting they treated their patrons.If I didnt have our kids there I would have lost my cool.This was the most horrible experience Ive ever had at an establishment..

Order was correct and delivered in a timely fashion by a very friendly barista. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was way too much ice in my drink. I ordered a venti iced coffee and got the same amount of coffee I would get in a small. I would like to actually get what I pay for in that regard, other than that good job guys!

Drive thru times are way too long

Awful! Staff was completely unprofessional. Not only made fun of my wife and kids and myself but other customers in the store that may have been mentally disabled. Should all be fired and ashamed of them selfs.

Often order through the drive thru - always smiling faces and great coffee ! Recently had to stop for my toddler to potty, so nice to see a clean public restroom!! Sanitary is a 5 star in my book🙌🏻

Rude very rude

Aesthetically, its one of the nicer Starbucks Ive ever been in, but on a slow day, it took a while to make an iced coffee and they made it the wrong way. I only stopped in to this location because I was traveling, and Id definitely give them another shot if I were back in biddeford. Maybe on a second shot, the star rating will go up, but for now Im spoiled by the quality of the Maine Mall Road location.

The new Starbucks in Biddeford has become my favorite. The staff is always super nice. They always greet me when I come in since Im there twice a week. Ive gotten to know some by name and its made grabbing my morning coffee that much nicer. I used to go to the one in Saco before this one opened, and occasionally the one inside Target, but I prefer this place out of all of them. Parking is ok, unfortunately during the winter it can get tricky with the snowbanks. Service is always quick. Definitely recommend coming here to other Starbucks.

Horrible customer service. Was not acknowledged while standing in the line. The person behind the counter just stared at us. Customer came in behind us and they acknowledged him right away. This was the 1st and LAST time I will go into a Starbucks. Ill stick to Dunkin Donuts.

Camryn Hurleys one star review is completely off base, as I witnessed the interaction between her and Julia. Julia answered all of Camryns questions without hesitation. When Camryn couldnt find the proper words to phrase the question she wanted an answer for, she became frustrated and berated Julia. She then attempted to pay but did not have the money on her card, holding up Julias attention from the drive thru and other customers. Camryn was completely irrational and couldnt form a proper question. I go to this Starbucks frequently and have been served by Julia many times. She is very helpful and always knows how to make the drinks I like. She even remembers the names of other customers. Its too bad that rude customers like Camryn Hurley think its okay to drop names on social media (Even if it is the wrong name.) and smear others without knowing the full situation in a busy establishment.

To start this off I just want to say that completely switching to drinking Starbucks and Starbucks only took a lot out of me because its over priced.Today I went into the Biddeford Starbucks on Alfed street and the second I walked in my experience was completely negative. The women behind the counter whom I later found out goes by the name of Julie, was rude and standoffish. She completely acted as if my friend and I werent there for a few moments and when she decided to acknowledge us she acted as if we were irrelevant to her life. After I paid, I asked a question that she obviously didnt understand, so I asked again in a slightly different way, she was rude, confrontational and has terrible customer service skills.After I got my drinks, I asked what looked to be the manager (because he was training someone) her name. He was very nice, understanding and seemed to be a great leader. I missed his name, but he was wearing a blue shirt and I believe he had a beard. (could have been a Mark)

My review is based on the coffee only. I really dislike the burnt tasting flavor. In addition, the high price really makes it taste worse. Its just my opinion but Dunkin donuts is just so much better tasting by far. And if you drive buy a Dunkin donuts and see the row of cars going through the drive through and then drive by a Starbucks and see how there is little or no one going through the drive through, it appears most people agree with my opinion. Even Aroma Joes is much better tasting. Ive never been a fan of Starbucks.

Been coming here because the service is unparalleled in comparison to the Saco location. Nick helped us and is very nice and there to make sure everything is right. Very clean and drinks are made exceptional. The Saco location the service is unpleasant where you get treated like they just want you out and communication with drinks and getting them right is almost an after thought. Biddeford location is and service is A+
