Just wow! Cleanest and most organized Walgreens Ive seen. Cordial and informative employees, and a great atmoshpere.

I always find what I need and the staff is wonderful. They sell everything from A to Z. And I have a good discount there.

I needed a covid test to go to my mothers funeral. I told them there website kept sending me in a loop that never led me to a place to make an appointment to help me. The staff wad unpleasnt and put me off without help. Im sure my dead mother wouldnt mind but id really like to be there. The Walgreens staff ay this location didnt even seem to underdtand the word empathy.

Employee in the store didn’t like that I used the restroom after using the ATM. I said the ATM charged me $3.25. Doesn’t that count? Advice to Walgreens, if you’re not getting any of the ATM fee, and customers paying it doesn’t qualify them as customers eligible for restroom use, then post a sign saying so. Nevermind that I’m a member of myWalgreens and shop at Walgreens for many other items. ☝️

Terrible customer service. No one is helpful and the male employees leer at the women in the store. Poor selection too, just go to CVS instead.

So in order to get a COVID-19 test at Walgreens you have to have symptoms and you have to have a car. I dont have a car and Im definitely not going to risk infecting a taxi driver or Uber driver as the pharmacist recommended. If you dont have a vehicle I suggest going somewhere that doesnt encourage you to spread this terrible virus. Its infuriating that Walgreens doesnt have better policies.

Very very knowledgeable pharmacy staff. Very pleasant to. What was funny when I went there today other coustmers were comming in for rlu shots but not waring face masks. Whats wrong with this picture lol

Normally these guys are pretty good but they close down way to early on New Year’s Eve. I get that is a holiday and I get that may not be totally fair, but this is a pharmacy and those of us that had to work but needed our medications couldn’t get them. If you needed to close something down do the grocery part of the store. The pharmacy is really important. Especially when your going to close down for the entire next day. You guys dispense peoples much needed medication. Please use some common sense

Walgreens hasnt changed much since it was Rite-Aid. The pharmacy has their act together and its an easy place to get a flu shot. Id be happier if theyd stop re-arranging the store but thats my only complaint & Ive been using them since it was a Wellby pharmacy.

Very helpful younger gentleman younger lady who I believe must have been a supervisor did what fedex could not, and thats provide good service. My company has been chasing down a package that Fedex has half-heartedly attempted delivery for twice now, the second time I literally walked outside to the truck when he pulled in the parking lot and waved the guy down, he didnt even bother to get out of his truck he just simply waved and drove off without even trying. After that I didnt have the patience or trust left to leave it to Fedex to actually deliver again so I had it sent to the nearby pickup location at Walgreens. Fortunately the two associates were far better service providers and I was in and out with our package, and the wild goose chase was finally over. Thumbs up to you two.

My experience at this pharmacy has been the best anywhere. Ben the pharmacist has done and gone beyond his duty to take care of my needs. And treats all customers with respect. I hope Ben will always be there.

Ben has been the pharmacist here forever it seems. Hes the most knowledgeable one Ive met and Ive met quite a few over the years.

Love the new look of the store. Always went there before the change, but now it is so much more organized. There are a few items though that I used to purchase at this store that I didnt find recently. Ill keep checking.

Good place to pick up your prescription or to make a quick stop to pick something up without having to go into a larger store.

Pharmacist very rude when asking questions on phone,can tell you not that it matters to them bc there coreporate they have lost a customer!

I get my prescription filled there and they are all very nice people that wait on me. Very happy with Rite Aide.

I love going to this store because of the folks that work there. I am a regular and today I met someone new in the store. Rite Aid has in-store Agents who are answering questions about Obamacare. The Agent made the information easy to understand and can meet with people while they are shopping or waiting for prescriptions. I spent 10 minutes with her getting some information. The Agent is going to do an assessment to see if I qualify for a tax credit or premium subsidy the next time that I go to the store. I am soooo happy about the money that I am going to save!

I was so upset at the way the cashier spoke to me. I was buying powerball tickets n he told me cash only I said yes thats fine n when I told him I would like 15 he told me 3 more times cash gave me the biggest attitude and repeated how much is was twice I let him no I was aware. He talked down to me n made me feel like I was a loser waisting his time n couldnt afford the tickets I was buying. NOT IMPRESSED

I have been going there for years. Thev pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great pharmacy!

Another expensive (for pharmacies) with a whole lotta extra STUFF. Might even still sell cigarettes. Great set up for getting vaccines tho... Clean, some sketchy folks stop in tho...Across from McDonalds & CVS at infamous 5 Corners in Biddeford.

Lines are always long to cash out. They need more or more attentive staff to take care of the long lines.
