Very great experience. The phone I wanted was still on back-order, I was very disappointed as we were taking it to a Detroit Tigers game the next day. Jon made sure I was comfortable with a different phone before I purchased. It was a big dea for me, because Im a single father with not a lot of extra money each month. I left cricket with a new phone, and a smile all thanks to Jon.

This store is the best place in town. Boost suck and Verizon its drain your bank account. Switch to Cricket with everyone who smart because they basically run off of AT&Ts network and towers. You cant beat having AT&T service for $55 a month. The sett up was easy and fast and within no time i had my number transferred and i was out the door.

This store and great and the customer service i got from the employees was the best i ever received. The employees are always willing to help with even the small issues i may have with my phone. I recommend that everyone transfer to cricket asap my bill is the lowest its ever been for great service.

Waited for an hour for the store to open, sign says 10am and its now 11am not open. Not answering any calls or text. Look online and many simaller reviews of same issues going as far as 7 months back.

This Store is great and they always have wonderful promotions that my friends and family can take advantage of.I was able to Lease four Brand new iPhones for just $50 using their progressive leasing program. I have four brand new iPhones on a Four for $100 unlimited plan which is a great deal for my family. You guys should definitely check out the big Rapids location because the customer service is great.

Service has been superior to every other provider Ive had; including Boost and Verizon! Staff is always friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to help you find EXACTLY what you are looking for.I love that they came in so close to home! I will never regret switching to Cricket!

I Had a wonderful experience at the Big Rapids location. The new employees are nice and well mannered and they made porting over from boost mobile easy and simple. I recommend everyone switching to cricket is great.

The Big Rapids location is terrible. Came here 6 months ago during business hours and the door was locked. As i went back to my car, an employee walked up and said they had to run to the bank-ok no big deal. I came back again to purchase a new phone and again, business hours, the door is locked. Several customers waiting outside. Try calling and they push your call away. Terrible customer service at this location.

I am very disappointed with the owner and Chriss employees. First, I was over charged for 2 months on my bill by $35.00, just so an employee could get a kick back on his pay check from me. Second, this employee decided to get even with me and removed my insurance from my new phone that I paid cash for through them. Third, as I was in the store, the employees do not hang up their personal calls on their cell phone. I listened to their conversation on what and where they would be that evening after work..Mind you, the language that was being used by the employee personal cell phone call was NOT business approved! Fourth, as Im waiting for the employee to hang up their phone on a personal call the ceiling started dumping water on my head and belongings. Fifth, Chris (the owner) would NOT return any calls from the employee that finally waited on me. Sixth, it took a employee to finally give me the owners personal cell number for me to be able to talk with Chris (the owner). Seventh, I am still waiting on my $25.00 credit that Chris (the owner guaranteed me).So NO, Cricket is not a good place to do business with at least not the BIG Rapids Store.

Went in looking to activate a phone. He did not check to see if the phone was unlocked (due to being busy on his). He told me everything was good and charged me $70 for the activation and plan. Not once but 2 times. Then said there was nothing he could do to refund my money.(seriously acted like he didnt care at all. Refused to give us ANY help to correct his mistake) We called corporate and have made a dispute with our bank. Will never do business with them.

Great service always ask about their most recent specials :) and if you have more than one person to cover?? Person A refers person B and both parties receive a credit to their account!

Never has a stock of phones in the store that are actually wanted. It takes weeks to restock the phones, the accessories for the phones are all picked over. Chris, the owner, is always unreachable and seems to not care about his business. I have never met an owner who tried to run a business so poorly. Jacob was always super helpful but everything was out of his hands because the owner is a joke.

Annoyed that loyal customers have to pay a 25$ fee to upgrade a phone when we already have to pay more for a phone than a new customer. Also waited 30 minutes to just find out they didnt have the phone i was after.

Waited over an hour past the posted open time for someone to come open the store. Was told they have no change in the store so had to leave and come back. Go back two days later to wait 35 mins lasted posyed open time for someone to come in and open the store, to then go back a week later to a note on the door saying they are closed if I need help to call a number, which I did with no answer so I text the number for some one text back saying the owner closed for the day to the parking lot being worked on, mind you I parked in th lot and walked up to the door! Big Rapids store is a joke! I love the service but not the store in my town!!

Horrible Prepaid company. My daughters phone got turned off for 1 day. Now have to pay extra to turn back on. 1day you gotta be kidding me. If you could rate negatives stars I would.

I got there at 12 and the sign was flashing open, but there was a Be Back Soon sign on the door. I came back at 1 to the store still being closed, but they added a sticky note saying they would be back at 2. I work at 2 and wasnt able to make it back a third time, i hope their two hour lunch break was worth my time.

This store is NEVER open!!! The door and web say its open untill 7:00, but I have tried several times and it is always closed. I have left voicemail after voicemail with no response.

Cricket cell phone service is amazing, but their customer service at the store was subpar, we had two different customer service rep 3 work with both of which said the other one did something wrong

They try but with poor training and people in there just for a job it makes for a frustrating experience.
