Great work! My screen was shattered! I dropped my phone off in the morning, left to do grocery shopping, and the phone was doing be by the time I was done. Excellent work. It can be a little hard to get a hold of them to make an appointment, but when I called in the morning, they answered right away. I will use them again if I need something else fixed!

My iPhone wouldn’t turn on, I came in 15 minutes before closing and he was able to fix it within 20 minutes, unlike Verizon 😑. Very appreciated he didn’t even charger me because he didn’t have to open the phone.

Dropped off a computer screen to be replaced and was treated very poorly by the worker. Told the computer would be fixed by Wednesday and showed up on Thursday to pick it up. The worker then tried to give me back my computer without the screen being replaced and was told to fix it myself!! Im the IT Manager for a very large company in the area and I will not be bringing anything there to be fixed again. Horrible experience. I would not recommend this place!

Brought my lap top in because my charger broke off in the charging port. I Fix Tronix had it fix in 2 days. I was very impressed and wasnt as expensive as I thought it would be. They even got in contact with me to let me know what needed to be fixed, how much it would cost for the repair and when I could pick it up.i wish the young woman at the front deck was a bit more enthusiastic.Other than that it was a great experience and will go there again for other tech issues that may occur with my electronics.

Took two phones in he was supposed to call me and after 3 weeks so no phone call.

I brought my great granddaughters gaming computer in, that I know absolutely nothing about and he fixed it quickly and inexpensively also adding something she needed for free...well done in this era of most everyone trying to get something over on people...I definitely recommend them!

I would give zero stars if I could. Dan is a nice guy but if you need anything major done with your computer I highly suggest going somewhere else! My issue started with me only needing a new charger because the one I had bought from him only lasted a year where my original charger from apple lasted 6 years, it was a little irritating but I didnt make a big deal about it. He said he needed to do a diagnostic check on my computer to see if it were the charging unit that needed replacing or the charger itself (completely understandable). He contacted me a few days later saying he needed to back up all my files and completely reload the operating system because my computer was not opening the system preferences and was responding very slowly, up until this point it had been slow but I hadnt had any problems with it so this was news to me. I asked him if I would lose anything, he said he would back up all my files and the only thing he could foresee me losing would potentially be apps I might have to reinstall later so I agreed. When I got my computer back, it was like I had turned on a brand new computer, everything was wiped clean and there was a back-up folder on my desktop but every single picture I had ever had was gone. I had pictures of family pets that have died, my grandma and one of my close friends who have passed away, pictures from trips, family pictures, videos of loved ones that I hardly see, 10+ years worth of pictures and videos that are absolutely irreplaceable. If I had known there was any chance of me losing them all I would have gone through apple and backed up my pictures, but Dan assured me I wouldnt lose anything. My best advice: you may pay more but go through the manufacturer of your computer, you are much less likely to lose precious things from your computer, you may pay more but its so much more worth it. I will never, EVER go here again and I suggest to anyone they think long and hard before taking their computer here. What I thought was a simple solution turned into me losing precious, irreplaceable memories.

My battery on my Pixel XL 2 swelled and destroyed allot of my phone. They where able to fix it like new and at a very affordable price! If your phone is damaged or has any problems take it here they will help you out and at an affordable price!

I went in for my first time ever, he was very nice and it looked great after. Although the first screen was not connecting to my phone well but after I called and talked to him he fixed it right and right away for me and now it is beyond perfect. Beyond satisfied with the service!!!

Terrible service. Had a HDMI port fix and took over 2 months and still hasnt fixed it. I had to pick up the PS4 with no solution what so ever. Would never recommend this company to anyone

The guy running the place is very inconsiderate and lies to his customers is very rude and is refusing service now i feel really bad for the girls working for him. Im scared to even go pick up my deposit. Im bringing an officer with me to do so. Never felt this way before

VERY GOOD SERVICE, apple wanted to charge me $300 for a fix of a software bug of my I phone 7 and they would have deleted all data. HERE $25 done within 24hours and kept all data. The personnel knows what they do, and that for a reasonable and very very good price. You can also but accessories for phones notebooks etc.. this place is Excellent!

I have taken my lap top in for repair when the whole thing died. Dan did a great job. and was able to save my photos for me also.We have also taken two IPhones in to be fixed. One with a broken screen. One that fell in the river with me, and had water in it. He fixed both promptly and was very affordable. I recommend Dan to all my friends. Even two of my bosses have gone to him now. I also heard one of them recommend him to a client the other day. Yeah!

Terrible place to bring anything. I brought my Nintendo switch here and after a week he would hang up anytime I would call eventually leading up to BLOCKING MY NUMBER!! They are never there during hours and finally got it back after 3 MONTHS they had it, and it was still broken after he “fixed” it. Never taking anything here again.

I broke the glass on my rear camera. Stop at a place in GR that would have cost me $100 more and taken a week. These guys got it done in a day and did a great job. I will definitely use them again if I need repairs done.

Called this place and spoke with a gentleman about replacing a clip on my wireless beats. Told gentleman I had the part but the reason I could not do it on my own was because I did not have a soldering gun to reattach the speaker wire that would have to be unattached to replace clip. Gentleman said they could fix it no problem and wouldn’t be more than 20$. Bring headphones in a week later on a Friday. Man at counter was not the man I spoke with on phone prior week; he said the cheapest they would do it is maybe 25$. I agreed; although not happy that the original quote was not being honored. The man told me they should be fixed by Monday no problem. He said they would call when the headphones was done. Monday came and went, Tuesday came and went still no call. So Wednesday I call up there and yet another guy tells me oh there not fixed yet because we are gonna need at least 75$ to fix these. I said and nobody thought to call me? Last I was told they should be done by Monday and they would call me. I asked had they even started on them and the guy said no they couldn’t figure out how to get the head band off to fix clip. I asked them if they knew how to use YouTube because I watched several videos for diy repair and was very confident I could repair them if I had a soldering gun. I was to say the least very disappointed with their service and informed them I’ll pick my headphones up and take them elsewhere.

Dan is professional, personable, and reliable. I got heaps of fine powder and water inside my phone - much worse than your average water damage. It looked like a fire extinguisher had gone off inside my phone! Dan was able to fix it for just over half the price that my other place charged.

Took a phone in for screen replacement. They didn’t get it right the first time but we’re very willing to continue to take it back in until I was satisfied with the job. In the end it works like new.

Got my iPhone 7+ screen and battery replaced, Dan was very helpful. When checking out he saw my SIM card moisture gasket was sticking out and he replaced my sim holder and the gasket for free.
