I was helped by Joe and Richard and they were the absolute best to work! Super friendly, knowledgeable and were able to resolve my issue same day. I 100% recommend this T Mobile location.

The folks at this T-Mobile store were the most helpful of any T-Mobile store Ive been to for advice and help. Tiffany and her colleagues took the time to educate, explain, and update my account and devices. Cant thank them enough for putting me at ease and on the right track with a synched telecommunication system.

The BEST cell phone service in town! Chris does a wonderful job making sure everything is taken care of, and as fast as possible to get you on your way. He makes sure you have the best cell plan for your money, and give you an unbiased opinion on which cell phone will work best for you.Will definitely be going back!

Let me start by saying this IS NOT a Sprint store. It is an independently operated store that sells Sprint products. As many other reviews have stated they are friendly and helpful until you sign the contract. They get their commission and you are no longer their problem. The lies they told you they dont care about because youre now Sprints customer, and Sprint doesnt care because they didnt tell you that. Any problems you have with Sprint, their customer service is incompetent to handle and this store makes it clear they are not Sprint and, therefore, do not care. When last going in with the numerous issues Ive had including billing, charges and service the managers response was sounds like you should drop them. This is the company they represent and sell. All in all stay away from Sprint, but if you choose to go, beware this store wants your contact signed and after that, you are not their problem.

The staff in Big Rapids is always exceptional and willing to go above and beyond to resolve any issue Ive had. On top of that they are a pretty fun group to work with.

Not impressed. From the U.P. going to college at Ferris and we were told we would always have service up there since Sprint roams off of AT&T and Verizon, which was a lie. Told we would have unlimited roaming when that isn’t even a thing!!! Switching back to Verizon once our contract is up. Do not use Sprint!!!! We didn’t even have service in Grand Rapids or anywhere besides Big Rapids!!!

We came in from out of town to visit my son at school, and my iPhone broke. The last thing we wanted to do was spend time on our vacation at the Sprint store, but Ben turned it into a great experience! He was patient, and very funny, which immediately diffused us. Ben made sure that we left feeling satisfied with his customer service, and because of that I would highly recommend Sprint. Thanks Ben!

Staff lies to get their commission.. Then tells you they can fix their screw up yet never do. I dont think half of them have a clue what they are doing. Wont return calls or emails. This place is a joke. Your better off at best buy. They are non commission and will actually tell you the truth and what your getting into.

I went into the store asking for an upgrade (thinking it would be about $200 because thats how much it cost the last two times I did it) but the sales person told me that they no longer to contracts anymore and pressured me into a lease without giving me any information about my other options. I contacted the sprint store to find that I should have only paid $99 for my phone up front instead of the $27 a month for two years that the associate sold me on. DO NOT GO THERE THEY WILL LOSE YOU LOTS OF MONEY. Better to do it online. Very very very disappointed.

The employees were very nice and the manager was fantastic. They answered all our questions honestly and worked very hard to meet our needs.

The staff were extremely unhelpful. Whenever you asked them a question they simply said “I don’t know”. They couldn’t and wouldn’t help us transfer data to our sons new phone that we brought up to him at college that we just purchased at another sprint store.I think it’s because they weren’t Making any money on the sales- they were completely unwilling to help us in anyway.There were two staff members in the store and we were the only customers and we could not get any help. We will go back to the Burton store where the customer service was excellent.

Picked up an online order and it went so smooth. Megan helped us and she is really terrific, she answered all our questions and was really pleasant.

Why are there only 2 workers here on a saturday ive been wateing along with 3 other people for 45 minutes and it will prob be another 25 at least. they have only taken care of 1 person

I was misinformed about what my plan would be and had a data overage charge that I didnt know I would have and staff members lied about misinforming me. I would only recommend this store to my worst enemies for my love to watch them suffer.

Waitint to talk to a sales rep as my phones HD calling does not work. Meanwhile theres only one customer sevice rep helping customers, and ine in the back eating a sandwich fixing a phone. Theres a line of 5 people and im either 2nd or 3rd and ive been waiting for 20 minutes. Seems under staffed and disappointing for a post paid carrier.
