It is so nicely organized and the pricing was great! The customer service I have received from there was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Highly recommend for shopping!

Staff was over the top. We were asked twice if we were finding what we wanted. We did! Euro pillows which are an odd size and the price was 1/2 of what I saw on the internet. The cashier had been there 2 days but a mentor made sure we knew and helped at every step.

I always find what I am looking for at this store.

Nobody works here. Its like they send someone in to turn on the lights and unlock the doors, and then that person goes home haha. I went online the other day to look for bed sheets for an olympic queen, and it said they had some in stock in the store. And yes, I know how to use the internet and make sure it said the store really did have the sheets I wanted. I picked several brands, and then went in to buy them. There was a cashier at the front, and noticeably nobody else around. When I went to the sheets section, it was picked-over, shelves were widely empty, and the sheets I needed, in all brands listed online, werent in stock after all. This is obviously an issue with the inventory crew (which Im presuming exists), and it was a huge waste of my time. As I wandered throughout the store for a long time looking for help, I finally found an employee! It was a miracle. I ran to him like a desperate human being, just happy to see another living soul. I asked him if he could help me, but he said he was with someone else. I understand that, so I just asked very quickly where speciality sheet sizes would be, since Id looked everywhere. But he didnt have the answer to my question, and he had no clue where theyd be. He said, Theyre probably in the sheets section. No sh**, Sherlock haha Thats like, Do you have blenders? - Theyre probably in the blenders section. Do you have king sized towels? - Theyre probably in the towels section. *Probably*. Face Palm.... Instead of getting someone else who wasnt busy, he hurried off. Probably because the only other person working there was the lonely cashier, up at the front picking cobwebs off the walls and yearning for the days past when this store was noteworthy, and brushing collected dust off of the card reader. It was like being in an old KMart; youre quite certain they have employees, and sell things, but neither are to be found, and the store is so desolate that you can hear your shoes echoing off the walls across the building, and the sound of your soul being gradually sucked from your body as you realize youve completely wasted your time. Going in, thinking I was gonna spend around $200-250 on bedsheets, and leaving empty handed and disappointed was not the experience you all want for your store. Pro: no one bugged me about a stupid mask, but probably because no one works there hahahaha ;)

I absolutely love this store. I find great bargains all the time! The employees are always extremely friendly and helpful. It never fails that I can find something to jazz up my house a little, no matter what room!

The cashier was terrible. She was some young girl with lavender colored hair and she was most UNHELPFUL even though she said she would help. Because of her, the 5 stars went to 2 stars...I never bought a thing and left.

The staff was very rude! They were more concerned with the fact that the store was closing at 7pm rather than appropriately greeting a customer and offering assistance!3 times in 20 minutes we were told they were closing at 7pm. I wont be spending my money here anytime in the near future. Seems to me in these times we live customer service should be key to bring in business...

Its so stripped of products. Out of my list of five things I was looking to purchase I could only find two. Otherwise it was good.

I went in to get an ice cream machine for my wifes birthdays. They had 1 left, the one on display. The associate would not sell it to me, insisted I order it online. If I wanted to shop online I would have. If you wont sell display items then you shouldnt display them....bad business BB&B, you can do better! I took my $100 elsewhere.

The people in the store was so helpful and friendly. I felt like I was shopping at a family owned business. There is great deals and the store is clean.The guy that checked us out was just as friendly and kept the line moving it was great.

My fiancé & I came in looking for items for our new condo tonight. As we were buying our items my fiancé quickly noticed the note on our cashiers name tag stating his pronouns. Unfortunately, I did not look at the badge. Markus- I misused your pronouns. As we were headed home I became aware of my mistake. I have tried to call the store, as I owe you a sincere apology, it’s now closed for the evening. Please forgive my mistake. I see you, man & I’ll do better. Good store. Friendly people. Most stuff is pretty pricey but its definitely high quality. Ill never buy a cheap comforter again. Definitely get what you pay for here. Check out the clearance stuff. Some of it may be a little out of season or style but you still get the quality for a way cheaper price. Also check online for 20 percent off coupons, pretty much always have one available.

Bought a $300 vacuum cleaner. Drove 2 hours and get home just to find out it was previously used and missing attachments.

Its a big store with alot of stuff, only got to see the cook side of it. Lots of choices in kitcken gadgets.

A really nice store to practically find anything that you could possibly want or need. Well organized and easy to find things. However, alot of the stuff is really expensive there. Probably not the best place to go searching for deals or anything. But they have mobile coupons and others that are mailed to you if you wish to be on their mailing list. Really easy to sign up for, and could find good deals with those coupons.

I love this store! They have so much inventory. The bath section is great, so many choices and colors to choose from. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

I like this store I could spend hours in there. Especially in there massage chairs. I bet your asking then why the three stars. Well it would have gotten more if the staff was more knowledgeable of what they sell. I considering buying a 500 massage chair and they couldnt tell me a price or even find one in the box I had to wait for a manager with a scanner to give me the info I wanted. Better luck next time I purchased a few small things and left.

Visited this establishment in search of specific items, and while we did locate the items (eventually), came away unimpressed to say the least. Employees gave the impression they were doing me a huge favor by allowing me to spend my money there and the cashier, Bertha, was downright dismissive and rude. My wife and I will habitually avoid Bed Bath and Beyond henceforth.

Some items on clearance in entry way did not have pricing on them and manager asked if I needed help so inquired about that and she never came back to inform me. I even checked items again before I left. Seemed too busy with her boyfriend/friend. Asked cashier to ring items on separate transactions and he did not. Not too impressed this visit.

Walked the whole store. Couldnt find anyone to help us. Walked back up front asked for heated blankets and was told he would call someone up to help. My kids went to back of store used the bathroom and walked back and still no help. Others walking by wouldnt even acknowledgeSo we left.Ill by 4 king sized heated blankets elsewhere.

Its just another Bed Bath & Beyond like every other. There is nothing more nothing less. Customer service was good and the ladies were nice. Ill get five stars right now even though I didnt purchase anything, but my intentions were to find an item, and if I liked it I would have bought it but it was small. Ill see what its like next time.

Had the rudest lady Bertha Help me exchange some double gifts we got for our wedding. She was the most unfriendly woman in customer services. Very disappointed. How ever the manager and other staff was great !

Some friendly employees, however when going to check out they had one lane open and the only other person at the front couldnt be bothered to check my wife and I out so we could be on our way. The other employee was to busy talking to customers she apparently knew instead of checking them out so they could keep traffic moving. Will not be going back here.. Id rather shop Walmart for dishes and towels then here.

I have been to B, B&B many times. Today was horrendous. Over 8 people in line but no one else helped to check out for over 7 minutes. Went to buy gift from Bridal Registry but they had less than 1/4 of the items in stock including many of the items indicated as being available. Was told there was free gift wrapping but wasnt told I had to do it myself. Just a sad day.

Need to drop the prices, theyre too high.

Customer service was awful. I bought three bathroom rugs five weeks ago and when I washed them they fell apart. I paid cash for them and didnt keep my receipt. I didnt know they were going to fall apart. I called the manager and he said to bring them back and we could exchange them. When I took them in that associate that color was discontinued and wanted to charge me 90.00 to replace them. I will never shop this store again. Its not my fault that it was no longer available. I paid almost 200.00 for the rugs and towels. I picked a different color since the green was no longer available. Poor customer service.

I recieved a cast iron skillet as a gift before the stores closed for the pandemic. Finally got to take it back to exchange it for a smaller one. They refused to let me exchange without a receipt. I didnt want a refund of any kind.

They usually have what youre looking for. If you just need to fill a basic need, go to Ross instead.

When I found some one to help they were very helpful and pleasant it was just finding someone.

Nice store with plenty of inventory. I do enjoy the selection of items and this is actually one of my favorite stores for shopping in person or online. But the customer service and sales not helpful. I find this very frustrating and a problem at all these BB&Bs . Last visit I needed filters for Keurig and no one would help. No purchase. Prior to that I wanted to buy Ugg bedding and no help. So no purchase. Ive also walked out of their store frustrated looking for my husbands shaving supplies for his razor and bought at Wal-Mart instead. For those reasons I dont shop there much and usually dont purchase anything.
