I went in Tuesday to buy a mouse for the wife. Then decided to take a stroll over and see what they have for gaming pcs these days. I had questions Alex was the one helping me out answering my questions and was super polite and courteous. Did a good job and even did a rain check to see if they had what I wanted. Today I go back and Greg helped me out. Both were super professional and helpful I highly recommend them. I may know my computer stuff but its nice to have help sometimes and they were right on with that. Good job you two keep up the amazing work.
I went to Best Buy to find one particular thing I knew they I would have. When I walked in the door one of the employees for the store asked me if I needed help finding anything. I had a picture of the thing I was looking for shut it to the employee and he guided me directly to what I was looking for he even asked if I needed anything else I said I just wanted to look around the store. While looking around the store I found a few items especially one item my boyfriends been looking for so when he gets back in town from his long trip were going back to Best Buy and getting him the earpiece he needs for his phone who knows maybe Ill buy me a new one as well
I went to Best Buy to purchase an external hard drive to start my project of backing up company files. I walked directly to the computer electronics section where I thought I knew where the external hard drives would be located at. Well, I was mistaken and asked a young gentleman of where I could find them. Alex pointed me in the right direction. When I saw the hard drives I wanted to ask a question about them. When I started to move in the direction where I last saw Alex to ask him a question. He was patiently standing near me. Alex was professional and courteous and answered all my questions. Alex made sure I had all my questions answered and I made my way to the check out counter. Alex was excellent in customer service and will be stopping in Best Buy for future purchases. Thank you for making this purchase easy. I know I have the right product for the job. Thanks Alex.

They are also ways so helpful and knowledgeable. Always ask if they can help me find anything, and when Im walking around the store the staff continue to so that same. This is uncommon service in Billings so great job bestbuy
My friends and I constantly go here, we like to check out the latest items and we frequently buy here. The customer servers is mostly satisfactory; sometimes it has been questionable from a few managers. The supply was very limited during quarantine, but the staff helped assure it was only temporary, and it was. Overall 8/10, very clean, friendly staff, and a generally good place to go.
I didnt go inside this time but my granddaughter had. They were out of stock on the item she wanted but she found something similar. Always a good experience going into Best Buy.
Not bad, but the poor cashier had no idea what i was asking for, so it would be great if they could keep their cashiers in the know on promotions that their company is doing
Went into Best buy to buy a new car stereo and speakers for my truck. I found what I wanted, but I couldnt find anyone to help me . I was in the store for about 15 minutes. So I left and went elsewhere and bought the same stereo and speakers.
Didnt have what I wanted. Wanted a long play DVD r.c rw disk. Nothing nada. But you want these go to office max.
Had a great helper. He helped me pick my laptop, he didnt try to up sale me. I told him what i needed and he helped me go through them.
The computer shelf had one computer remaining. It was the only one that was ready for future gaming VR functionality. Alex helped. He kept at my side until I got every thing I was looking for.
They have a lot of stuff, but they didnt have the microwave I went there to but. The website says its there, but its not. I recommend calling to confirm inventory before going.

He was very knowledgeable about the products and actually told me about the different brands and functions. Gloria was beyond amazing to work with as weve updated all our appliances. She helped us find the best deals on the highest rated items. It didnt break the bank, and every time weve had to come in to tweak something on the order, shes smiled and helped every step of the way, even when its created stress on us and her (surprise electrical problems in the kitchen).Thank you so much Gloria!
We are from Orlando and we find the same problem all the way over here. No one to help out on the floor and always out of stock of anything we need lol. Its hilarious at this point lol

The appliance lady was very helpful in making sure we got our washer and dryer in a decent time frame as we do not have either in our rental. She also changed our minds on what stand up freezer we should choose. Very awesome service.
As far as Best Buy stores go, it was fine. But Im really not a big fan of them and normally try to avoid them. They had what I needed this time, which Im grateful for. But the experience isnt going to make me more or less likely to return.

Worst experience I have ever had with a store. After receiving an email saying a phone I already paid for was ready for pickup I drove two hours to be told my order was canceled. I never received a cancellation email and was told the price was an error. They refused to honor the price and were also rude. They told me to call corporate which I did and I was on hold for over an hour to no avail. When I went back to the store they rudely offered me a $30 gift card for compensation. Which I declined because it would not even cover the gas we wasted let alone the 5 hours each of us wasted. I will not be buying from BestBuy again…

My son is way into drawing on his awesome drawing tablet. Best buy carries only one brand and none of the sales associates were aware that they didnt carry drawing tablet accessories. More specifically a stand. Anyhoo. I was super annoyed that I had to educate best buy employees about drawing tablet stands. They are a thing. Cmon best buy.
It was alright. Was looking for an audio and mic splitter for a headset I purchased. Took me about half an hour to find somebody but they were really helpful.
I went in planning to purchase a tablet. Looked around for a few and then waited for assistance, well that Never happened. Another customer got the attention of an associate who quickly said he was working with someone else attempting to be patient I waited a little long giving it the benefit of the doubt but to no avail. Left with no help. Not planning to come back again.

Return policy is a joke. Didn’t even open my purchase until 16 days after I bought it, turned out to be defective. Store told me to kick rocks, so they won’t be receiving anymore of my money. Walmart is cheaper anyways with a better policy

I found best buy to be difficult to do business with. We had a warranty issue that took 6 weeks to resolve. Impossible to call the store. They declined my check and implied it was fraudulent and refused to call the bank to verify funds. Will not do business there!
False information given on website con warning stock available in-store. Employees having 0 knowledge on the items in the dept they were working. Online order says i can pickup in store in 1hour, item available. Store has no items nor will gave any in.

Went in to buy a refurished computer I had ordered and have the data transferred from my broken one. Staff are great, courteous, patient, helpful. Experiences with the Geek Squad have always been wonderful.The down side and this is a one star observation, is the incredible difficulty trying to get an appointment online. I live 75 miles from the store. It was hard to get a person to talk with me (a half our wait) and making the appointment via the website was very inconvenient, so I gave up. The store seemed understaffed. This might be one of those unfortunate outcomes of the pandemic. Too bad because I really like Best Buy. I am thinking I would rather go somewhere else than deal with the maze to schedule an appointment.
They can always help us with our phones or other issues we my have. Very courteous employees.

Instead I ended up arguing with an employee over masks . he tried to shame me into wearing one so I left ended up going to Sams club. And bought 2 computers And Bose sound bar! Thanks sams youll always get my business from now on .every one stay away from Best Buy!

Was not able to get a same day install for a car stereo, not good if you live in Wyoming. Service is a week out. But was able to score a bargain sale on a top of the line Sony OLED TV. Curb side pick up worked great. Was following the steps on the phone and was helped before I even finished. I was out of the parking lot in about 10 minutes.
My husband and I went in to find a new stereo system for my car. We were looking for a whole new set up, but when we tried to find an associate to help us there was none to be found (which was weird considering how many we saw walking around when we walked in). So we ended up going to one of the registers to ask for help. The gentleman that came to help us was very nice, and I could tell that he wanted to be helpful but he admitted that he didnt normally work in that department so he didnt have the answers we needed in order to make a purchase. It wasnt closing time on a week day. It was 4pm on a Sunday, so I cant imagine it was too late in the day to get any help. It was just disappointing and we will end up taking our business elsewhere.
Slightly....awwww heck. Theyre extremely overpriced. Nice selection of electronics though.. which I assume is what the majority of people expect when coming to shop Amy any best buy facility. Then again I am merely assuming. And we all know what that does!
The staff there were quite helpful with locating the item I was looking for. However the item I have been searching for was not in stock at the time. Finding a netgear wifi extender that does not need an app apparently is super hard to do here in billings.. other than that the store was amazing. Super clean and following the CDC guidelines.
Paid less than a thousand for a 75 inch tv and a TV stand. Awesome place to get electronics, highly recommend coming here for a nice tv. My tv remote has a mic in it and I can tell it to go to hulu or disney and it works amazingly well, very convenient and fantastic image. Update: just bought a stereo for my truck and they installed it, works great, highly recommend coming here for a tv or stereo.

We found a great little computer with fun features for a good price & it was EXACTLY what my 14 year old had been saving for. Although I helped a little with the cost, we made sure to get the insurance on it &, oddly cool, it actually will magnetically hang on a metal wall if you have metal wall or something you can put it on. Touch screen, keyboard that folds behind, & a great size for homework transport. Very happy with our purchase.
We drove up to drive up and go. We wasnt there for 2 minutes. The guy came bye and grabbed our order a few minutes later in excellent shape. I highly recommend going to best buy. We got a tv with a great price. Best buy has a few options to buy stuff. You got lease to own and get stuff with a year to pay it off,best buy credit card,debit card and cash. You got lots of options

Walked in lots of employees but not greeted or asked if I needed anything from anyone. I asked for help from one person who was on Facebook and was told just a moment. The store was not busy @ 4:30 when I was there. 5 employees @ exit, not one said anything. Ill not be back.

Every time I have gone to this store, its impossible to get help. In addition, they have overcharged me at checkout each time. The prices in the store are marked up higher than their website. If your not watching them super close at checkout, they will overcharge your credit card. Then it takes an hour at customer service to deal with it. Even after telling them the item is priced wrong, they still have overcharged me several times.Shopping from the parking lot is a big JOKE! Really! You guys cant even service the customer from inside the store. This store is beyond help. Poor workers and management has destroyed it.My company is done with Best Buy.

Short on in-store help, not much in stock on the items I wanted. When asked did I check on line, if I was to do that why would I be in store, I was looking to have questions answered. Usealy a good place but this was definitely a bad experience.
