Shane the sales manager was absolutly awesome. He was very knowledgable. Fast and polite. I woukd definitly do business therr again.

They shouldn’t even get a 1!! It’s all about money to them!! They don’t care about their customers! Like JUSTIN, the “manager” says “We have a business to run”. Yep! Screw the customers!! Your prices are so high! It’s a RIPOFF!! I got a nicer sectional from AARONS for a way better price! DON’T GO TO RENT A CENTER!! RIPOFF!!!!!

I was helped by Corbin,Jamie and another who worked the desk whose name Im sorry to say I forgot. All three were helpful & Courteous. As I waited on my paperwork,returning customers kept caming in.. what surprised me was they knew everyone by name. They tossed jokes back & forth with those customers and spoke very friendly to one another. RAC seemed to me to be a very family friendly environment. They were all 3 VERY VERY busy between taking nonstop phone calls, finishing paperwork, taking payments, loading items in Vans, AND assembling furniture! All while maintaining a friendly disposition. They worked as a team. Honestly if they hadnt today couldve easily been a nightmare scenario for all involved..but it wasnt. They made it pleasant and enjoyable which I guess, I didnt expect. It must take great patience to do all they do in one day. Truly,Only achievable by working TOGETHER!*******************************************************To RAC headquarters:You have Quite a team at this location as Im sure youre aware. You have done a great job in who you hire. I dont know how they multitask the way they do let alone remaining so calm, positive and uplifting under what I would call pressure..but the staff didnt treat it as such.To the staff:Thank you for everything today.Thanks for keeping it interesting fun and relatively effortless.

We were helped by Corbin and he was very good with customer communications and helped us find what we needed quickly and at a good price. We had a horrible experience there about 6 years ago, but it is clear that the people running this store now are here to help us. We got to drive away with our washer and dryer in no time.
