Fraud renter and so rude when you ask about missing or stolen goods. Not genuine at all. Better stay away to save goods

Elderly gentleman working was very condescending, arrogant and rude. Poor customer service. Hopefully you luck out dropping off your package with the female employee, Jess, who is friendlier by comparison.

Jess was amazingly helpful! I needed a package forwarded and even during busy holiday rush she was able to take care of this over the phone! Cheers to you guys!

Jess was exceptional, as well as extremely helpful; I had a fragile wedding gift I needed to package and ship. She had fantastic customer service, and was very helpful. She took the time to package it to be very durable. Very satisfied, and seriously appreciate it. Highly recommend.
