Boy, am I glad I found this shop. First, they fixed my wifes computer at a very reasonable charge. Then I brought in my laptop which was acting funky. They resolved that issue - no charge. Then I was able to get a new cellphone at a great price. Today I will pick up my Dell which received a SSD to replace my old hard-drive. Great place to do business with.

Was told it would take 6 weeks to get my screen in for my husbands phone and it came in two weeks. Yaya!! Took less than an hour to replace screen. Definitely recommend them!!

I stopped in because a charger broke off in my iPhone. They fixed my phone in about 5 minutes and didn’t charge me for the work. Best part was I got to pet their dog in while they were fixing my phone for me.

Im an elderly woman mildly competent in this current digital world. CPR has offered me service and help at least five times in the last three years. The patience, kindness, friendliness and courtesy of the folks that work there is heart-warming. I like the small environment. I broke the screen on my brand new s20 and took it to them to have it repaired. They overnighted 2 different screens and provided me with a loaner phone. Unfortunately my phone was too new for parts, so I ended up getting a replacement from insurance. I brought my new phone in and he made sure he got everything transferred from my broken phone to my new one. (It was not an easy task.) He went above and beyond to accommodate me and charged me for nothing. I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks for the great service!

I was having issue with my daughters phone I bought there. It would not work on wifi at all. I took it back and they replaced the phone with a better one because they did not have the same model. It was hassle free and amazing service. I highly recommend them.

I was a walk in and was told it would take about three hours. It was done in less than two and I was given a great deal for the work. I will be taking all of my electronics to them.

Fantastic people here at the Heights location. Rather than charge me $99+ to take apart my phone and replace a part they gave it a thorough cleaning, got it working and sent me on my way. They also had the opportunity to charge me an arm and a leg to repair my Apple Watch but instead gave me a quote and said it would be cheaper to buy a new one. Overall an incredibly honest group and I can’t recommend them enough to get your device fixed and not get ripped off in the process

I was told there was a lifetime guarantee on screen protectors when I bought it there. Two years later my screen protector broke, I went in for the free replacement and they charged $10 for it. Ill still continue to shop there, its just disappointing that the lifetime guarantee changed during the life of my screen protector.

Bought a phone from them it wont ring threw when someone is trying to call in. It keeps saying needs update you do the update and makes the phone act up worse. They wont make it right with us, we are extremely disappointed.We did stop in a few times and you guys did updates there and we did updates on our own as it says needs updates constantly and they dont work it makes the phone act up worse.

I came in to get a second opinion on my phone after visiting another phone repair business. I was impressed that CPR took the time to open the phone and thoroughly inspect the hardware, which had not been done at the other repair store. I dropped my phone and needed a new screen. This business popped up in Google as being conveniently located near where I work and near where I live, so I gave them a try. They replaced the screen, and after I picked the phone up, I noticed one small glitch. I took the phone back to them, they fixed the glitch, and it was not an easy fix. I was surprised at the effort they put in to fixing this little glitch and making sure I left a happy customer. This is the first time in all my years that I have done any kind of business with a store that deals with cell phones and walked away convinced that I was treated well for a fair price. My understanding is that they work on other electronic devices. They will be my first call henceforth whenever anything related to smart phones or computers arises.

I had a great experience the day I had my phone worked on. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The next day all hell broke loose. My phone wouldn’t accept my passcode. I went back to them and they had to factory reset my phone. I lost a lot of pictures and phone numbers because I hadn’t done a backup in a few months. (Partly my fault) I figured it could be worse so I was grateful that I was able to recover what I could. The same day, my new display that they installed started acting up. One keystroke on the keyboard would result in 5,10,maybe 20 letters (random). I went back in and I couldn’t get it to do it in front of them. I thought it might be a glitch so I left. It got worse. I finally found a apple store while driving home to Mississippi and figured I’d have the display changed again and they wouldn’t service the phone since it had third party parts in it! I was furious. I felt like my hands were tied. I don’t recommend this place. They’ll tell you that their parts are the same ones that Apple uses but I don’t believe it because their parts aren’t reliable. And Apple will not service your phone after these guys have put their parts in it. You’ll end up with a paper weight instead of a phone.

Maybe good for phones, but disappointing service on Xbox. All they did was a factory reset which I had already tried. Two days later and same symptoms have returned.

Has anyone had a problem with the staff being overly arrogant or completely rude. Well Im a delivery driver for the new T-Mobile store next door and I would like to say that I dont know what the service is inside the building but when their staff comes out and completely goes off on me and calls the cops on me for trying to deliver Goods to the to the store next door then I have to imagine that is the type of service I would if I went in and tried to buy something from them now. The rudeness was not necessary calling the cops was a joke and I wouldnt recommend anybody have to deal with this staff for any reason. I usually try to give great reviews anytime I can. They help all businesses grow but the owner of this company needs to get some new staff or if the owner was the one who called the cops on me then you might need an anger management class. Well I hope this review helps keep somebody from going through the anger and abuse that I went through just trying to deliver next door.

I went to this place because my charger port had broken, they did all sorts of complicated things to it for 2 weeks. They have it back to me unfixed so I made a bet with my friend Id he could fix it he could have it, he fixed it with ease in one day. Ive stopped now

I wish to thank you for blocking all access including the handycap parking to all the businesses you inconvenienced for the hours you were parked. I do not understand why you would do such a thing like that when there was a huge parking lot in the back.In reviewing some of your reviews, it looks like you are experienced at different locations, why now would you block 90% of all access to these small businesses. I have had great experiences at these places and seems to me you were the rude one.Again, Thank you for not allowing me to get my haircut or get my cellphone fixed today.

My experience started out wonderful with the heights location. A couple members of their staff were very polite and tries very hard to repair what turned out to be an unsolvable problem. I had to go in multiple times to re-attach my screen that was replaced in January. Even given the frequent visits, which thankfully were covered under warranty, I would have given a better review if it wasnt for my final visit. On my last trip one member of the staff was completely unnecessarily rude and took a rough experience and made it awful. I had requested to speak with the main associate I had been dealing with up to this point because he was already aware of my particular situation. Due to the way he handled the situation and insisted rudely interrupting, even though I was discussing with a different member of the staff, made me incredibly glad that I will never have to go back to this store again. The original associate is the only reason I gave them any stars at all. Repeated visits from January to May, just to be left with a device that is less than functional could have been salvaged if he would have had any sort of basic customer respect.

I walked right in and explained my problem of a broken screen on my Iphone. The staff was super helpful. There prices were better then a lot of the prices I have paid living in other states and city’s.
