I went to the store to upgrade 2 phones as well as to pay the bill on Saturday. A store employee by the name of TJ was working at the time. We were asking questions about the phones and he did not really know much about any of them. If he did know, he did not care to answer our questions. He acted as if we were a bother for even coming in the store. Half the phones were out of stock as they normally are. When we went to pay for everything we said we wanted to pay the phone bill first (in cash) and then I was going to pay for the phone upgrades with my card. After we had paid I was looking at the bill and realized that he must not have charged for the monthly bill. I asked about it and he looked at the receipt and said it should be right but if not call us I asked him what his name was so I could reference him if we did have a problem and he gave me his first name and then I asked for his last name and he said he didnt have to provide it in a rude tone. I told him I wasnt trying to get him in trouble or anything I just wanted to be able to tell whoever I deal with next who I was speaking with. He kept insisting rudely he did not have to provide his last name (found out later his last name was on the receipt anyways...so that was probably false information). I then asked for his managers name which he only gave me her first name. I didnt even try to fight the battle of her last name because at this point I was tired of dealing with him and the manager has always been helpful in the past.I asked when she would be in and he would not tell me. He said it was against store policy to tell us when his manager would be in, and would not give any information. I have never heard of any business that would not let the customer know when the manager would be in. The only reason I could see someone doing that is that he knows he has no clue what he is doing or he is too lazy to care.We went back in later to get it fixed and he was still there. He told us if we dont like his attitude to leave...I really wish I could take back the two phones I just bought just because his customer service is so bad.The phone bill was not paid and I tried to call the store to speak to the manager and TJ answered. He didnt even answer the phone by saying Metro PCS. He just said Hello and I recognized the voice of someone who is either high, half asleep, or both. They will for sure continue getting complaints about this kid.The only positive experience I ever have had at these stores is with the manager. She is great, her staff seems like they dont care about anything.

Porting over a phone number took too long
