I went to the Billings Montana Cellular Plus on 24th Street in March. After visiting with Jeff, We traded our phones up to the Samsung 21 Ultra, a nice phone but nothing special. We also chose a tablet and watch. We were told we were to receive a $600 discount and were also charged $400+ as an upgrade. The $600 for our phones would be credited to our account and our monthly bill would be close to $300/month.In April we traveled to South Africa so our May bill was $500+ which allowed for international calling and texting, which I understand and paid. Then my June bill comes for $640+. I traveled the 55 miles to the store because they informed me they could not discuss it on the phone.At the store I was given all kinds of excuses including the $600 was only credited to my account $20/month for the term of the contract; thereby, I had to pay the additional trade up cost in advance. I left with no resolve. Cellular Plus and Verizon are Big Business and their employees do not divulge all their rules up front. I consider that fraud.I will be finding another carrier and I will work diligently to spread the word about Jeff, Cellular Plus, the female store manager, and verizon.

Amy, Jeff, Kit, Drew were the ‘village’ that helped “raise” me to a wonderful up-to-date technology. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and made the difficult process of change actually manageable and pleasant.

Sage was awesome, went in to upgrade my phone and Verizon customer service agent messed up resetting pin. Sage did absolutely everything she could to get the issue resolved quickly while the agents on the phone had no clue what was going on. I went back in today to finish the process as the customer service agent locked us out of my own account. Sage was ready with everything I needed and got me out as quickly as possible! Thanks Jacob was also very helpful in assisting and making me feel welcome. Will always go to them for anything I need!

Absolutely great experience with the employees and can’t imagine anything they can do better. At first I was a little confused but this nice fellow named Chris helped me understand everything and was very patient with all the questions I was asking. From helping me choose a plan that works best for me, to helping me understand what each of their offers do. Not only that, he helped me save a good amount of money with a plan that was exactly the same as my old one but it was much cheaper. Definitely would suggest this place and cannot ask for better customer service.

I came into your store today and Sage assisted me with a serious problem with my phone and was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. She totally resolved my problem even though it took a lot of calling around to get information I did not have, including talking to members of my family, tech support and insurance people in China. The entire process was lengthy and she did not neglect any of her other customers while she was helping me. Sage was great. Please cherish her as a great employee.Tim
