GameStop is a fun place to go if you are lacking anything else to do. It is just kind of an average place, and you may be able to get better deals elsewhere. The best thing about it is probably getting money back for old games/ equipment. Staff is friendly, and help you will any needs. Overall, 7/10, factoring in location, selection, and service.

Bought my son a Nintendo switch. Cant wait to see his face when it arrives, hes been talking non-stop about wanting a switch. I plan on taking him in to game stop to get games and accessories because game stop has all the things hell need. The guy at the front desk was great, he was extremely helpful, I wish I could remember his name so someone can tell him how great he did his job, he seemed to really enjoy working there

Ive been going to this store for years. Its a bit on the small size, but the store hasnt lost its charm after being there for so long. It would be nice to see a bit more apparel but thats kind of a mute point. I dont know what the future holds for this store but I do hope they are going to be around for a little longer, given the current crisis going on.

Smaller selection than most GameStops Ive been to. Gamestop has stopped carrying ps3 and xbox 360 games so was unable to buy what I wanted.

We were just looking for a game and when we didnt see it, we asked a question. The staff member was courteous and answered my question.

The only thing that could make this place better would be a bigger PC area or better prices. Still non-the-less the employees especially a certain long time manager make the experience worth a visit. I even found a hidden gem sitting around my room and he was happy to honor the trade in value from the website.

Friendly staff that love to help

Pretty good but their knowledge on modern games industry leaves a lot to be desired. They dont seem as up on modern terms and editions as they should be. I ordered the premium edition of a game and was instead given the day one which would not be so bad except I was very interested in the bonuses the premium offered. I would give them an 8/10.

Been coming here for years & I never had a bad experience. Customer service is always good. I think part of it is that there are always long term employees. Always knowledgable staff. Good selection & good value. You probably want to pay for a membership to get the most of your experience but its inexpensive.

Staff is always helpful and ready to answer questions and share their knowledge about games and gaming equipment. The assortment of items for purchase that you can see and inspect in person is also another reason why we like going there.

I have to admit it. I love video games. I mean who doesnt love video games? Like seriously though, who doesnt love video games? I love video games, you probably love video games, we all love video games. And GameStop is the #1 place for just that. You can get these Nintendo Switch there, as well as the Sony PlayStation 4 as well as the Sony PlayStation 3. You can also get a WII there sometimes. Or a Microsoft X Box1 or whatever. But yeah. Go To GameStop. Very friendly staff and stuff.

The game I bought didnt work and I live out of town..... Very disappointing. I spent $25 for an unusable disc.

Completely ignored while browsing the store. No associate said hello, asked if I needed help, etc. I was the ONLY person in the store the entire time I was there and I barely received a glance from either Associate. I dont think Ill be returning to this location for any future purchases. Id rather spend. Y money somewhere else.

Traded in bunches of stuff to get a Switch Lite and the guy was super nice and did his job fast. I will be driving over a hour away again to visit there again and buy some games and more stuff when I can.

Came into the store and made a friendly greeting and joke to the staff. I was met with hostility and insults from the staff. I used to love coming into these stores but as of the last couple of years both locations in the city have become miserable to browse or shop in. One of the things that would bring you in was the friendly staff and the experience of talking with other gamers and discussing the things you enjoy. Now they are defensive, angry, condescending, and unknowledgable. Even the one guy (an older man) who seems to have been there for as long as I can remember has apparently fallen off the wagon. I would only recommend visiting these stores if you absolutely had to. Prices are better nearly everywhere else and nearly everywhere else will price match.

I HAVE EXPERIENCE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YET.....I had pre-ordered the game..And purchased the game night of release..The deluxe version was $100 and i checked out with the standard version and season pass for $110...I missed out on content and pre-order stuff..I have never been so displeased by purchasing a VIDEO GAME...The manager, who showed the young lady who helped me... was supposed to be there to give me the best customer experience, and i instead got told there is nothing i can do but hopefully see if there is any for sale online...THANKS

Super informative on new game launches

Went into the mall location at around 10:30am 3/24/17 There was one employee with a ton of tattoos standing behind the center counter staring at a computer screen. Didnt acknowledge me even when I said hello to him. I had called the day before asking about a Nintendo Switch. The employee on the phone told me they usually get shipments anywhere from 11am to 2pm, and were expecting to receive some. After standing awkwardly waiting for him to reply to me, I told him that Id like to just wait for the shipment to come in to see if any switches were in it. Upon hearing this the employe did not reply, and continued to stare at the computer. At this point I wandered off to a different part of the store to wait. Around 5 minutes later he walked to the back of the store and peaked into the back for a few moments. He then came out and said sorry no switches today, with no other context. I asked politely oh did your shipment come in? He still didnt make eye contact with me and seemed visibly annoyed by my question and said no there are no Nintendo switches. He then then just went back to staring at the computer screen. Despite acting extremely shady and rude I took his word for it as I was not about to question him further. However while leaving the mall I watched UPS pull up and start carrying packages into the mall. I was tempted to go back in but I was so turned off by the employees behavior that I decided against it. Im not positive that he was lying but he was so incredibly rude Im not sure what to believe. I contacted the heights location and received great service over the phone so I will just make the drive to that location from now on. I would recommend replacing tattoo guy with someone that can actually participate in a two minute conversation.

This is the best gamestop in MT! They held my Horizon Zero Dawn collectors edition until April 5th and they shipped it all the way down to Texas! I am very fortunate that these guys held it for me! Thank you guys so much!!!!!

I get the bad rap cause its run by a corporation but its comparable to every other place for buying games.

Wasnt a huge fan of the mployees ive conversed with at the mall. There IS another gamestop on Main street in the Wal Mart parking lot but it seems google has not yet assimilated that information. The main street gamestop gets 4 stars mostly because their manager is great at his job and the employees are much more personable.

The store was ok, but tiny with a very limited selection of accessories.
