Had to grab quick item for friend and very limited knowledge about products. Staff was VERY HELPFUL!! She got me in and out quickly and efficiently with exact item needed. Store is top notch; clean and organized. And in process of adding a “cereal bar” to adjacent area that is very affordable with a LOT of name brand cereals options. I’ve never heard of a cereal bar but it was very cool. So cool, I took pics to show my husband. 😀

The service here is AMAZING 🤩 the person who was helping me i think his name is Hadid sorry if i misspelled it 😆 but he was amazing helping me out. He took his time helping me out and we talking a lot about vapes and option out thr. He is very well knowledgeable. I will definitely come back cause he made the atmosphere feel calming and so fun. Recommend 10 out of 10 great stuff and great customer service. Also they are the only place that never run out of my favorite vape which is ignite icy 🥶 mint love this place

Today was the second day in the last two weeks that I had to go in there. Each time a guy name Kenneth helped me. Friendly and courteous with no problems assisting me with my supplies . They will help you and save you money at the same time. As long as they are open they have a new customer. Great place to go for your vaping needs.

Great store. Have gone there a few times now to get juices and replace items. Nothing but great things to say. Great customer service, knowledgeable guys, great selection. The only downside is they are 15 miles away from my house.....but at least I work close by :). I can see these guys expanding in the near future. No doubt about it.

Very good, really nice and knowledgable staff, however I bought an ego-t style battery that shocked me and then got it replaced with another battery that had the same problems. When it comes to their cheaper products, they kind of suck, but the staff was incredibly helpful and when I chose to return my battery they reimbursed me in full even with the loss of my receipt, I highly recommend this place even though the product sucked, they were helpful and willing to work with me.

I was in this store on Tuesday and a young gentleman had two different vape kits in his hand, a wad of paper towels where he had cleaned one of the pieces and a bottle of juice he had picked up earlier. Clearly, he had his hands full. As he was getting ready to walk out of the store, a blond man sitting in the booth asked him if that was the same bottle of juice he had picked up earlier. The young man looked down and realized he still had it, among other things in his hands and apologized and put it back on the shelf and carried on his way. The same blond man got up and followed him and his friends outside the store and started shouting at them about trying to steal from his store. He made claims of being the general manager, however I have never seen him working in there before. Always the usual 3 (polite) gentlemen. The blond man stood outside on the curb making a scene for the girl he had with him, who looked very uncomfortable. The young man even made a point of saying if he was trying to steal the juice he wouldn’t have walked out with it in plain sight, and he forgot he had it because he was cleaning his kit, which is true. Overall, I will never shop there again due to how rude that man was to those kids. They all apologized and told him it was a mistake, and tried walking away several times only to be continually harassed. It really is a shame that man ruined that store for me. I hope everyone who reads this decides against doing their business there.

Talk about customer unsatisfaction!!!I went in to buy a coil and ended up buying a brand new kit from the recommendation of the salesperson.Two more customers had come in while I was looking and I stepped aside and allowed her to assist them . She asked if I was ready and I asked about another vape in the same line as the one I was interested in. She told me it was an updated version had an internal battery and was more expensive. Then asked if I was ready as another customer came in. I paid and left drove a mile and turned around thinking I had rather pay the extra than deal with batteries. I go back in and tell her and she says so your gonna get that one also? I said no I wanted to trade the one I had just purchased not 5 min ago. She said she was sorry but she couldn’t do that her boss would be upset . I could only exchange with a defect. I mean really! I just bought it. WILL NEVER USE THAT STORE AGAIN!Also I had been there before and asked if they kept a record and she said no but when I looked at my text it plainly shows my previous visit. The vape I bout was marked down I feel like the reason it wasn’t allowed to be returned was due to this reason. Very bad Custer relations.

Great variety of choices and the employees are usually friendly! Its hard to find a good parking spot if you go late at night, so its probably best to take an Uber or Lyft or walk if you dont want to have trouble parking. Or, go at an earlier time.

I highly recommend that you go by and visit this place, beside their wide array of excellent juice lines, the staff is extensively knowledgeable.I have been smoke free for only two weeks, so the cravings to grab a cigarette are still strongMy brother and I are from West Georgia, and were in Birmingham with our father whom was unfortunately in UAB CICU.To capitalize on the horrible situation that my brother I were going through at our fathers bed side, the coil for my Playboy Vixen had given up on me, and my brother had nearly run out of juice.To much of our luck, this place is only a few miles from the hospital. So we headed over to restock our supplies.Clay, the clerk that was running the shop that day, was not only willing to help us, he went out of his way too do so.He found an excellent juice for my brother, and then, because he didnt have the coil that I needed in stock, he called another store in the next town and found me the part that I needed.Ive was completely blown away by the excellent, caring, and knowledge based service that we recieved.
