I love that I can order online and pop in and pick it up or pick it up curb side. I can easily choose from available brands, sometimes get better prices online but dont have to wait for delivery.

Always love going to the Vit.Shoppe. Such helpful and kind [and PATIENT] staff. Can be tight parking but its immediate to the store entrance. Definitely a good accessible location

I have started getting all my vitamins here. I had been getting them at Walmart but they didn’t seem to be helping me anymore. I began to think that maybe they were not as “pure” as I thought they were. The one’s I’m now getting at the Vitamin Shoppe, I can tell they are helping. With the B-12, I have more energy, Magnesium, I’m sleeping better, Black Seed Oil pills, I won’t know until I go to my Cardiologist on June 01, but it’s known for lowering cholesterol and it’s worked for my brother. I’ve been taking extra vitamins this last year due to Covid, trying to strengthen my immune system, and I hope it has helped me stay healthy. I teach so, we had it all in the schools and I haven’t been sick in over a year. That’s good for me as I usually havesinus and ear infections about 3xs- a year.

Always has what I want and need. Always willing to help unlike GNC

They always have my vitamins and body care products in stock. They order them if not.

The staff are always helpful and courteous. Ive never had a customer service issue no matter when I visit. And that speaks to the companys values. They have plenty of supplements to choose from.

Ive been a vitamin shoppe customer for years and have always enjoyed the experience except for 2 occasions last year and the most previous one actually had me deathly sick. My buddy John Eason told me to bring it to your ATTENTION for the safety of others who are knowledgeable about supplements... We should always read the labels... For a reason. I purchased before Christmas some liquid glucosamine chondroitin msm for my torn knee. I went in and asked for shellfish free and we couldnt find what i was looking for. I chose one by mistake because unlike the other ones the warning label did not show everything listed together and was on two different sides. We looked and missed it and i got one containing shellfish. My friend Cara and jimmy were there at 1801 Briar Meadow Rd Irondale Alabama 35210 when i took some not knowing what it had. I fell out of the car in minutes when it went straight through my body . Jimmy had to come to the car and help me My body shutdown like that.. I became deathly sick and sick for days that i ended up passed out in my mothers floor in front of them and my brothers All while ive been hurt due trauma in 2018... Thank God he saved me and slowly got me stronger over weeks. Amen And one other occasion when i applied to work there because i was very knowledgeable and saw myself enjoying helping customers again.. I had experience in customer service Was told i could get a job minimum hours a week and i said sure. And yet somehow i was denied for no reason and it gave me the feeling as a wise man the word DISCRIMINATION. I love everyone and just hope this gets to the right person i tell the truth in Jesus Christ name.. Amen

Price matches but wont price match a buy one get one at walgreens... So essentially you dont price match.... 😂 😂 😂

I was looking for pumpkin seed oil pills and the guy took me to men prostrate vitamins.He dont need to work there because he dont know nothing about vitamins..I was so embarrassed that he did that.He needs to be educated about vitamins and plz stop hiring people that have no clue about your business and i want be shopping at the store again.
