After telling him what we had before and what we were looking for now, he pointed out several models. He was knowledgeable, pointed out options, and even agreed we could look at other places. He was full of information, able to answer all of our questions, but also knew when to give us space to assess what we liked. With his assistance we found a mattress that we felt confident purchasing.

We took our 5 year old with us to pick out her new bed. Salesman was great. Not pushy at all, just helpful. Will definetly be going back - in a few months - when its time to replace my bed. Would highly recommend.

We have purchased from Bedzzz Express (same store) in the past. Now it was time to upgrade to a King size bed. Barry greeted us when we walked in the store and listened to our story. It was like he knew exactly what we needed. And he did! Our transaction was smooth and simple on this Saturday morning. Barry set up the deliver for Monday, which was Labor Day. Around nine AM a young man called us to make the arrangement for delivery. He gave us a two hour window (10 to noon). Two very pleasant young men should up with our bed. around ten thirty. Thirty minutes later our bed was set up, the old mattress was hauled off and they were on their way.Our entire experience was FANTASTIC!!! We are now looking forward to many more good nights sleep on our new king size TempurPedic Mattress.

I needed more info but salesman was slow to give it due to the fact I didn’t know the right questions to ask. So I didn’t get enough info. However we had a price range in mind so I based my purchase on the price. We bought a matttress there before but had a different salesman and have been very happy with our purchase.

Barry was extremely knowledgeable about the beds. It was a delightful experience and I would highly recommend Beds Express on Highway 280 to anyone!

Barry left his main store in Leeds to work the Greystone location the Saturday we went. Very knowledgeable about all their products and we were headed home with a new mattress within 30 minutes which originally thought it would take all day. We are very pleased!
