If you need Propane, DO NOT GO HERE! Do yourself a favor and drive further and in ANY direction to get it elsewhere!This place either will not have Propane or they dont have anyone Certified to fill your tanks. Of all the people that work there they have 1 person qualified to fill tanks. And good luck trying to guess when that person works!Ive been caught several times sitting there with empty tanks and drove away with Empty tanks!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!And Center Point UHaul is Just as bad!

Reiterating comments of others about lack of propane support. They should not even advertise that they offer the service because they really dont. Generally the attitude of those working is annoyed to do anything. Like you are bothering them.

Came in to fill up a school bus with propane, the guy whos working inside tells me that the person who is certified to do propane left at 4 and its 430. So ended up having to spend the night there because I didnt have enough propane to go else where and my company has a corporate account with uhaul. I just dont understand why all of the employees in the store are not certified to operate propane.

I was doing self check in which I didnt know requires you to go inside to get the key to the car. Stood in the parking lot going through the process while an employee did everything from shutting the doors and locking up but didnt even offer to help me. Once it was time to go in the doors were locked and he said they were closed. I stood near a truck for about twenty minutes waiting for the live agent to verify my info you would think someone would have came out to see why I was there or at lease told me they were about to close. My card was charged but I didnt get a rental truck and the customer service number is a complete joke. Ive been on hold for thirty minutes waiting to talk to someone about this charge on my card. I will never deal with this company again. You dont care about your customers period.

Awful experience! I came within an hour of the store being closed to refill my propane tanks last Saturday. When I got to the front doors, they were already locked! An employee unlocked them and when I told her what I needed she said, “I’ve already shut it down for the day.” And I replied, “But you don’t close until 7.” And she said, “I’ve already entered the numbers into the system and I’m not refilling anymore.” I am a travel nurse here, and staying in my camper which only runs on propane! Because this employee wanted to skip out early, I went without heat for the whole night (all other locations closed an hour earlier than this one). I called a manager to explain the situation and how disappointed I was, and she said that wasn’t a problem she could handle so she transferred me. Once I was transferred I had to ask what department I was even speaking with, and then I was disconnected! I will be finding a new place to refill propane tanks and I will not be using U-Haul to move anywhere in the future. Highly disappointed.
