Ill presume the lack of customer service skill stems from the top?...Seems my contact lens prescription is under lock & key and the key is wrapped around the Doctors neck where staff cant seem to get to it. Steer clear of this place unless you like to waste your time on phone calls and visits to no avail. Unfortunately, I am forced to add A star.
No customer service skills at all. They dont provide you with correct information and then try to get you to pay more than you need with insurance. Since they were so rude, as soon as I walked into rest of store, I contacted another meijer optical & was told my insurance made apt no charge, glad other locations take time to do their job & help customers. Just warning to others not to bother to purchase something here.
Received an exam and purchased glasses here. While I did have an issue with one lens due to an error by the lab the staff got me an appointment the next day to take a look and the doctor showed his experience, professionalism and great customer service
My mother spent almost $400 on 1 pr of glasses. Of course you pay first & find glasses are wrong when you pick them up. They sent glasses back to correct & we never heard from them. A month later, I called -the man who answered listened-then didnt return my call after he promised he would with an update. Total aggravation & no glasses. When we went back after 6 weeks, they wouldnt give us the full refund!!Unbelievable!!!
