Won’t come here again. Employee didn’t measure my son’s ear pieces. Glasses came in and they were way too long. Giving me the run around. Rude staff.

Rude and unhelpful staff. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. There’s an Optica Eye Center in the same plaza that has exceptional service.

There is a bit of a wait and chaos, but otherwise great experience considering the price point. They have options for all budgets and are very transparent with pricing before you commit to buying glasses. The doctor is pleasant. Would highly recommend if youre on a budget

Rude staff ever

Ive purchased 3 pairs of glasses at this location - 1 time with an eye exam. I have been happy with the service provided and the glasses purchased. Ive also found the employees to be helpful and kind.

Doctor Chang, Amy did my spectacle prescription today at 2 pm .She took care of me with kindness,professionalism and elegance. I have never experienced more knowledgeable, warm and professional doctor then Doctor Chang. Will come back and only ask for her .Thank You

I had an unpleasant experience at this place. They need to work on their customer service, especially at communicating and staff has to be more organized. I walked in and no one said a word. I told her I had an appointment and the lady responded with an attitude. The entire time the receptionist was annoyed. This is your job lady, youre getting paid to do your job!

I have changed a new eye model here, which is the same as before. I havent left the lens yet. That lady is really bad. It was a waste of my time. Here are people who need a little more professional.

Horrible. Ordered glasses three weeks ago and had them rush ordered and still not in. I went in 3 weeks ago for an eye exam and was told that I have 2 astigmatisms and the beginning of glaucoma and I have to keep waiting for my glasses. Not only that I had another eye appointment today for the glaucoma and they called me and canceled my appointment and switched it to another day that suits them better. Horrible service.

This vision center is much better than you think. Dr. Park is a spectacular optometrist and has the knowledge of an ophthalmologist, even noticed I had a scar on my eye. Also, the exam is half the cost of other places.The walmart opticians have excellent customer service especially Megi. She explains everything anyone needs to know about frames and lenses. She helped me get my lenses under their package deal which is far cheaper than everywhere else.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Bloomingdale, IL. The name of the individual that was helping me was Megi. My wife and I simply came there to order contacts and Megi kindly assisted us with this process. She showed a level of professional customer service and patience that I rarely see in any industry these days. Megi patiently phoned in our prescriptions, helped us order the contacts and answered every question we had. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I called them and at first put me on hold then hung up. Called the second time and hung up without even saying anything!I went once before to the location and they are just rude!Maybe get some training on customer service!!
