Ordered a small cookie dough blizzard and got a vanilla ice cream blizzard with 5 (yes, thats what I counted) pieces of cookie dough in the whole thing. Not even any chocolate chips...

Not gonna lie there soft served ice cream be BUSSIN but yesterday there was this lady and she was very rude she gave me attitude and I know I’m just a kid but adults should have a little patients because I had payed and I was putting my money away and she said anything else and I didn’t hear her so then she says it again in a sassy rude way like ANYTHING ELSE which I wanted to share but that was just one lady that I hoped to learn to be a little nicer to there customers but over all they be havin some BUSSIN ice cream😌🤪

Slowest dairy queen ever ! Unfortunately the only game in town. If a ice cream shop ever opens this place will be crushed ! I even saw an employee pick up cones that fell on the floor and put them on the work table. The garbage can was right there also.

Super friendly staff and got us our blizzards quick and gave us mixings all the way to the bottom to make our treat deliciously tasty

The only food they had was hot dogs and chili dogs, but the lady at the register said they werent doing food today . We waited in line behind 3 people and when we got to the register she said it was cash only, it would have been nice to be told about no food and cash only before waiting. We left and will not go back.

Very short wait and staff was very nice!

Paper around the cone is for the staff to handle it. We were handed our cones, with the guy actually touching the cone part and some of the ice cream. This after he grabbed one of the cones just laying on top of the machine. Nasty, especially in light of our crazy times. We proceeded to just toss them away. For 4 bucks, wasnt worst it. But they nees to train their staff! Handle the cones by the papers and wear gloves!!

Usually have quick service and is never a problem, but with the coronavirus and face covering rules, there is always an issue. They do not prioritize the health of their customers. I came into the store today covering my face with my shirt, and the woman at the register did not have a face mask, neither did the manager that was sitting at the window. The woman that wasn’t wearing a mask proceeded to kick me out of the store for not having a mask on. I then called the store to ask them to kindly put their masks on, and they hung up on me.

Will never order from this location again. Ordered 4 times thru Uber Eats. Twice they made the Blizzard with chocolate ice cream when it calls for vanilla and chocolate wasnt requested. Twice they didnt put spoons in the bag when each time I select utensils. Tonight there is almost No candy in 2 Blizzards I ordered and they didnt label them so I had to dig through what little candy there was to figure out the candy. Are there no competent people at this location?? With businesses closing you should be providing extra good service, not poor.

Always good quality but the woman up front, seems like a manager, needs a serious attitude check and needs to work on her listening before getting an attitude especially with customers.

Dairy Queen had great ice cream combo choices. You can also get hot dogs with chili. I miss their key lime blizzards. Plenty of parking. Blizzards are great summertome treats. Bathrooms were clean. Love the pink spoons.

Good ice cream products.

The staff here are always great, both with customer service and making outstanding ice cream treats. We go to this DQ year round and find the service and products to be consistently excellent!

Price high but friendly staff.Good ice cream and they were dog friendly too $1.50 for doggie ice cream in bowl.

Store had a strange smell. 2 of our blizzards had paper pieces in them. The owner seemed to know about the issue and gave us replacements. Why wouldnt they take that machine out of service instead of knowingly provide sub par food? There also is a tip jar at the register - for what? I wasnt happy with the quality of the store or the food.

A very nice woman helped me with my order. It wasnt busy, which was nice. The Blizzard I had was awesome, but not my favorite...the Buttercup is what I had. Wish I would have had either the Twix or Smores.

Been going there for about 6 years, loved the old owners, visited recently, new owners but the same old friendly service and excellent treats.

The workers there are always nice and helpful. They always have a smile on their face.
