This was disappointing. Used to the large, well stocked Saraga Markets in Indy; this location is a store ready for death. As others have commented, the freezers are broken, and the shelves are empty. After a conversation with the person behind the register, I discovered those difficiencies were unlikely to be addressed. Fortunately, there are other international food markets in Bloomington, including one just north of the nearby Kroger. If you want to expand your culinary vocab, skip a visit to this market.

This place is in a seemingly downward spiral. Freezers are broken, shelves are empty, and a rotting smell pervades the store. Most frustrating, though, is that the shop could be a great spot for hard-to-find items like curry leaves if only the owners would take a minute to clean and fix up the store.

Immediately upon viewing the dilapidated store front it is clear that the management does not care about the place. More than half of the prepackaged foods I viewed were well past the expiration date. I would advise looking else where.

They have good veg on Thursday. A bit pricier than btown international market

This place should be reported for all the out of date food on their shelves. Its got molding food on their shelves. its nasty

Posted hours say theyre open until 9, but we came at 8pm and the store was locked up. Especially rude since we told the owner we would be right back after running to Kroger to get Milk!

Summer months, shelves are sparingly stocked.
