My family and I went to this FedEx location because we needed passport photos for our 3 year old and our 5 month old. The line was long but it moved quickly. The gentleman that helped us did an amazing job. He was super patient with my son who did not necessarily make his job easy. The photos turned out great. My wife and I were very pleased with our experience. I did get yelled at for taking pictures inside the FedEx.
The staff don’t know about their copy machines.. they couldn’t copy an A4 sheet onto a letter size. Told me that they need to scan first to print which would cost 6 times more. Finally asked me to check out Office Depot for it. 😁I have seen small home printers do it. The guy might be right and in that case they need to upgrade their copy machines. 🤔
Michael and Carlos stole my documents. They never sealed my envelope and the envelope arrived empty. When I asked to see the video to see where my documents ate they denied me access to the video. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!! Or better yet use another location
Shipped my daughters college trophy case to her from this facility. All trophies and items were screwed and tightly secured to the case. Even did a test to make sure nothing would come loose in shipping. Even marked the box to keep one end up and fragile taped. They charged me over $300 to ship it and it ended up being delivered upside down and trophies which cant be replaced busted. Not blaming this facility, probably happened in transit. Just wont ever use Fed Ex again. No excuse for handling packages this way!!!
Told me that my box was not a shipping box!! The same exact boxes that i’ve use for years, immediatly offer their boxes, what a dishonest way to make money!! Went to another fedex and drop it with no problem, like always!!!
Horrible customer service at this location. They wouldn’t take my packages because the labels needed to be changed and the guy (Palacio) said they had other customers to tend too but yet this is a fedex drop off location and the store was completely empty.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FEDEX LOCATION. Terrible customer service, unprofessional service! I went there to drop-off a package and there were at least 3 employees behind the counter, they were chatting doing nothing and I waited a long time >10 minutes. They saw me and did not attempt to take care of my needs, until I asked if someone could help me. Then the employee was rude and prejudice. This is not the first experience at this location. The same goes for the Manager, FedEx should replace all employees at this location. Refer to another review recently posted from frank:“Scum. THEY THREW ME OUT! On 2/25/2021 I went into this store to ship a package and as I stood and waited at the designated safe circle for my turn, I watched two men being helped at the counter by Fedex employees standing directly across the counter assisting them while not adhearing the six foot safety requirement. I watched a customer at one of the computer terminals also being helped by a Fedex employee who was leaning over the customer while standing directly next to the customer, not observing the six foot safety standard. When it was my turn, I walked up to the counter as the employee awkwardly stepped back six feet. As I placed my package on the counter the employee asked me to step back to the safety circle. He made me do this several times before I asked him why I was being singled out and the only person required to adhear to the six foot safety requirement when clearly I was not coughing or showing any signs of illness. His response was to throw me out of the store with the managers blessings. I wondered as I stood outside the store confused and watched all of them huddle together around the customer at the computer terminal while not adhearing to the six foot safety standard what I had done to warrant this kind of treatment. Was it because I was a woman and they were all men, or because I was Hispanic? I guess Ill never know. I ended up taking my package to UPS store where I was treated as a customer should be, with dignity and respect. Needless to say, I will never be doing business with Fedex again.
Been coming here for several years.Never have shipping materials available on shelves or pickupbox ... had to wait half-hour in line for express envelope.
I go to FedEx every morning to print photos for work. I go to the counter with my retrivel code and pay the extra fee to avoid the long process of printing multiple photos one at a time. Today I was inconvenienced, due to the only employee in the store (Harvey). I believe he is is not knowledgeable of the store policies. He explained FedEx does not provide this service unless I place an order. Someone please put this guy through updated training. Ridiculous smh

Terrible experience, I was suppose to just drop a device with prepaid shipping, staff want to charge for box, went to get box, another staff want to charge for tape.Went to Walgreens they received the package no problem.

Needed help scanning and sending a document. Super small job and figured a big location like this could handle it in minutes. Couldn’t have been more wrong. From the moment I asked for help I was told “do it yourself at one of the workstations”. Low and behold the machine charges you per time used, not job. So while I’m trying to figure out how it even works I’d be charged. The worst part? it wasn’t even busy. I was the only customer in the store.
Love the staff here! I have been in the other locations in Boca because I ship very oferten and here they are the most helpful and friendly!
I had the worst experience, this store don’t deserve any stars. Don’t waste your time here go to another store. Here is what happened. I was in line and they were asking Loudly what was inside my 2 boxers, then when it was my turn the guy measured my box and did not even scanned the label. He said that I needed to fix the box in order to ship it. My box was received at my house all ripped, so I did fixed and at the end when I said I was done fixing it they say they were not able to ship the way it was because they were office and they made up all sorts of excuses not to ship it they even said they don’t ship big boxes. I told then to update on the about section instead of loosing my time there. The fedex ground at this store is the worse.
I came here to pick up my package, the stuff is extramely nice.And I love the fact Fedex is opening such a long hour even after work, UPS literally closed before 6pm most of time. I will choose Fedex over UPS now.
Every time I come here to print the employees always help me to get the job done as fast and as cost effectively as possible and they know what they’re doing.

Wow is what I said with my first experience with FedEx . After using USPS for many years selling with eBay I cannot believe I never used FedEx. Gentleman John assisting me he packed my package neatly. I was impressed with the service I received when there were about to close five minutes before 11 PM. I will definitely keep on using FedEx.
Trying to get a project completed for my daughter and NONE of the staff is helpful. The manager could not be bothered to assist and her staff is really not helpful at all. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THIS PLACE IS A HOAX! I was trying to return tires to a company, and they made me put it in a box, which tires never go in boxes to ship. After I package it, I bring it in to ship and the guy punches a hole though my box on purpose! After that he basically told me i was SOL and to go figure it out! After destroying my box they made me buy their $25 dollar box! NEVER COME HERE!! After getting disrespected by almost all of the staff, I will never return to this location for anything!!

Worst experience ever in any business I have ever been to! I came to create a simple prepaid shipping label. The people working there sent me to a computer to make the label my self. When it failed over and over, they refused to help me and told me I had to call the FedEx 1-800 number. It took so long that the overnight shipment that I had plenty of time to get out was late by the time I was helped by FedEx 1-800 customer service. This store should be closed and a FedEx drop-off be put in its place. The people who run this store are the most incompetent and useless people I have ever met, EVER!
I am a publicist for a composer-in-residence who writes off-Broadway musicals, and we were interested in copying and scanning her hand-written scores (musical manuscripts). However, I needed these large scores reduced to an 8.5x11 format. The first person that I spoke to (John) told me that it could be done without a problem. This was a job that costed $305. I went back to pick up the scores and the scans just to find that it was done incorrectly. I asked them to fix it, and Tracy told me that it was no problem. She called me the next day to tell me that they would have to rescan all the pages and then digitally alter each page which was going to cost an additional $350. I said that I cant make that decision; I will have to consult with my employer because that means spending $655 on just scans. I asked her if we could speak in person to discuss my options. She said sure and that she would be in the store all day until 5:00pm. Well, I went at 1:30pm, and she was no longer there. Instead, someone named Rebecca told me that without digitally altering the pages, it would be impossible to reduce the scores to 8.5x11. So, I left everything with them until I knew what my employer wanted to do. Later, someone named James called me to tell me that he digitally altered one page for me to see as a sample and that I would be charged a fee for the sample. I told him that I didnt ask anyone to do this, I wasnt even sure if I wanted them to digitally alter the scores due to the enormous cost, and that I was sorry that he wasted his time. Today, it was decided that we would cancel the job because we felt like this was just too much trouble and too expensive for what we need done. I went back today to cancel the order, and the assistant manager who needed to authorize the refund refused to speak with me, nor did he make eye contact with me. Just before he was going to authorize the refund of the initial $305 that I spent, he said that he needed to confirm my story with Tracy. Tracy came storming out of her back office and immediately said in a rude and aggressive tone of voice, No way is he getting a refund. I said that I didnt understand why I wouldnt be getting a refund. They were unable to do anything that I needed them to do, and I said that she even acknowledged the fact that the first job that was done for me was terrible. She told me that it was my fault for not listening to the person over the phone (James) who was apparently supposed to tell me that the digital alterations would be done for free. I said that he didnt relay that message. He only said that he would have a sample ready for me and that I would be charged for the sample. She said that he altered both scores in their entirety. I said that he never told me that, and that I was still under the impression that it would have been an additional $350 to do the job which is why I said that I didnt want the sample. She said that she didnt want to discuss it anymore because no one can really prove what was said during this phone conversation. She accused me of not listening to him, cutting him off, and hanging up on him. She then continued to accuse me of being inaccessible and non-communicative. I said, Thats ridiculous... I was here three days ago, I spoke with you on the phone two days ago and even came back to the store to meet with you, and Im here now. She then told me that he did the whole thing and that she would show it to me. I then asked her why she didnt call me since I left the project in her care to which she responded, Well... We had your stuff, so I knew youd be coming back. Low and behold, she couldnt find the digitally altered scans. She said that James must have deleted them when I said that I didnt want the sample. I responded, He altered both documents BEFORE I said I wasnt interested in the sample? That doesnt make any sense. At which time she said, This isnt worth the time and energy. Just give him the refund, and lets be done with this. I got the refund, but not without a fight.

I am so impressed with the service here, especially by Rebecca and Lauren, who kept my head on straight while I was in the midst of a melt down :)
Called asking for a bit of a random request, but something I thought they might be able to help me with. I needed to get photos off of a phone for an employee in the area. I spoke with Rebecca, she was rude, said she didnt know how, and that it wasnt a service they offered. I understand its outside their normal services, but it isnt an excuse to be rude to someone over the phone.

Guy named Mike was a total jerk to me. Made me feel like some kind of low-life just because I didnt want to use a credit card in the computer terminal. I wanted to load cash onto a FedEx card, which has never been a problem before. This man actually says to me, Whats the matter, you dont at least have a debit card or somethin? Then he went to the trouble of pulling out his own debit card from his wallet and shows it to me. I guess assuming I had never seen one before? Was he kidding? I have three college degrees and drive a luxury sports car, not that these facts mean people should bow down. Not by a long shot, but Im pretty sure I dont come across as someone that doesnt know what a debit card is. Take my advise, go to the location on 2501 Federal Hwy, its worth the drive. They have a self-service kiosk so you dont even have to deal with a person to do your business, but when I have felt with a person there no one has ever disrespected me in any way.
Tried to drop off a package on Saturday, came to this location since it said it closed only at 8pm. Got here and store was closed and sign said “staff on break, be back soon”.Waited 30 minutes outside, no one came back.
Unhelpful staff, waited 20 mins to drop off already labeled package while one staffer refused to take the package at the full service counter. Thx for wasting my day.

I went to get a few pages of 11x17 printed and binded. I was told, she could print them but not bind them. She was too busy to bind them and that I would have to come back the next day to pick it up. I was the only one in line.I didnt realize I had to come in and haggle with them.
This FedEx location sucks. They dont take packages of a certain size. Do you even ship? Why have a late hours shipping center if you dont accept packages. Its like theyre in business to refuse business.

Don’t expect anything to be done on time. Ordered 4 hours in advance for 10 pages of black and white prints. Then waited 20 minutes to be helped only to find out my order is not done, waited an additional 10 min. Happened 2x never coming here again.
