If you have a large shipment DO NOT BRING IT HERE. Specially Amazon FBA shipments. The associates are rude and definitely not qualified to even carry 15lbs. They throw your boxes because they can’t lift it and won’t accept the help. My husband tried to help them accommodate the boxes and instead of being thanked he got yelled at. Definitely never coming back.

Unlike the other two UPS Stores I have visited this location is TOP NOTCH. Very friendly staff, always smiling and willing to make your experience a pleasure. Labels your boxes for you and even does minor taping if needed at no charge. Will use them exclusively for future needs 👍

Excellent service. Edwin helped bring my boxes in (because they were too heavy for me), and then packed them in proper boxes (mine were more storage than shipping); Rose methodically prepared the shipping labels and forms. Oh and they also accepted my cable box and modem so saved me that extra trip. Caring attitude and great service. Thank you!

Had 2 not too large thin boxes and got told “I don’t have room for them”. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

This is the only UPS store I will use. The amazing woman that works there is so friendly and makes me feel very comfortable if there is something regarding shipping and how things work. She is always there to help with a smile.Excellent Service!!!!

I got to tell ya. The lady that works in there “Rosa” I believe her name is??? So friendly it’s almost like talking to myself. LOL. Really though she’s she’s personable helpful and just a great person all around I appreciate y’all service and being that I’m only half a mile from their living in Boca Teeca I appreciate it. 2 thumbs up here 👍👍. Rose the owner is the store is by far the worst. UPS should shut it down. If your not buying something she dont care. Also why do I always hear kids yelling in the background. Is this a daycare or UPS store?

I have had a mail box at this UPS store for over 15 years and Edwin and Roseline (owners) have been by far the best managers. They do a fantastic job and are always attentive with personal and professional service and a great attitude. Highly recommend their services.

Its 8:05 am and the store is not open, I have to be to work at 8:30a.m. and this is unacceptable. I should went to another location

My business has been receiving mail (mailbox account) at this store for over 11 years and with the new ownership, we are very pleased with the service. We are virtual and need our mail forwarded regularly. Rosa is always friendly and helpful in making it happen, even when she’s busy. We recommend this store to any business in the area.

Slow w/attitude: anytime we have attempted to drop off packages, each event is greeted by the Male attendant who continues to move at a snails pace- furthermore, delivers an attitude and slows down even more as he recognizes a line is forming due to his lack of concern for customers business needs- he then decides to take a break in the back office, holding up all customers even further ... He Returns w/ more attitude. IF ever asked a question he simply goes out of his way to respond with answers having nothing to do with the question. This male owner of the UPS Franchise is extremely difficult in every service requested of him- substandard business practices and we are reporting this location to the Districts Franchise Office as this guy needs to be removed from this shopping center. Do your job dude!

This store should get no stars because it was not an option to give it no stars or a negative star rating. This store is a disaster!!! The woman who works there is as useless as can be. She is lazy and arrogant. Her customer service skills are nil. She turned me away with packages three days before Christmas. She said the trucks would not pick up the packages. I went to another UPS store in Delray and they accepted them with a smile and thanks for using their store. She refused to take a mis-delivered package to send back to the company. The store is conveniently located for me but I am going to drive out of my way to go to another store and avoid this toxic woman at all costs. She gives UPS a bad name.
