As soon as we entered, we were inundated with a dizzying array of bottles, from hand soaps to perfumes to lotions to hand sanitizers to candles. The sheer number of aromas is overwhelming, making choices difficult.The great thing about it here is that they have tester bottles that say Try Me, and so we did, finding several items to purchase.I enjoy browsing and taking my time. Here in this tiny store there were multiple employees that approached us. We just had to let them know that we were just looking and that we would ask for help if we needed it.The foam hand soaps are on sale this weekend - 4 for $20.

Very clean and nice but doesnt have a lot to choose from. And the items on sale are either never displayed or a very limited amount. Id recommend going to a mall or an outlet for better selections.

The customer service at Burr Ridge was outstanding today.

They didnt make me feel rushed when I took my time shopping, not having any idea what I wanted to buy. They helped me use my coupons in a way that benefits me the most, and were very understanding and helpful with my unique situation. So thank you, ladies!!

Bath and Body Works is one of my favorite places to buy candles, hand soaps and body sprays for my workouts. The staff is always super helpful and pleasant. Moral of the story they get a lot of my coins lol.

I went in a few days ago to pick up a few things. Most of the staff was genuinely kind and helpful, however, one employee acted quite rudely towards me for no apparent reason. I work in retail as well, and I get it, everyone has their off days. But to be annoyed with me when a coupon I had didn’t apply to something & to yell at the person I was with for not being 6ft away from the person in front of us in line even though both groups were standing on the floor markers was uncalled for. I’m a little disappointed with my experience at this location and I hope that particular employee does not behave like that towards other customers on a daily basis.

Nice store. Friendly staff. The only negative is that they have been lax on there protocol put in place due to covid. First time I went there was a person by the door advising customers to use the handsantizer. And handing out bags for shopping. Today no one was at the door. And people were coming in and not using the sanitizer. In fact three employees were walking around talking to each other instead of monitoring the door.

Whoever they have up front is extremely rude. She didn’t say hello, just yelled at us to use hand sanitizer and put on a mask. I tried asking if she had any or if we could buy some but she wouldn’t let me speak. We try leaving because she’s still yelling and then she yells for us to exit through another door. While at the same time yelling at us to put on a mask. I don’t know what they’re trained to do but it cannot be to do that.

Smells wonderful.

Manager Sarah let me walk out of the store leaving $200 worth of merchandise rather than honor a 20% off coupon I had my mother send me a picture of because I forgot it and was 50 miles away from home.

The women at this store were SO incredibly friendly. I was that person... that tried to drink coffee and shop at the same time. I spilled (mostly on myself) my coffee and the sales associate was extremely accommodating. I recommend shopping here!

The ladies that work in this store are fantabulous!! During the annual $5 sale, I was in so much knee pain I didnt feel like walking around but I wanted and needed product. The first worker asked me if I wanted her to shop for me and asked if I had my list. I was so amazed and yes, Id printed my list from the website. She even brought me a chair to sit in while I waited. The lady that checked me put was so helpful in making sure I got the best deal as I had coupons too. I love this store and this location. The women working here are amazing! Bought some great new scents that day.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. An associate, Carol, came and told me of the specials they were having. They showed me their new products and helped me use them in the store at the sink. They suggested great products. I walked out with some finds I may have missed on my own...as well as some great coupons for my next visit!

Ive always liked B&B but had a little difficulty this trip. Seems you have to download the app and be in the stewards program to get the better deals.

Awesome staff very professional

Went in for the annual candle sale and this was one of the most organized and prepared stores for this sale. No lines to get in. Plenty of associates to help. All checkout lanes open. I was in and out in 35 minutes.

One of the workers non stop kept pushing me to buy things, and after I told her that I was just browsing she kept trying to recommend things I didn’t want. At one point she looked in my bag to see what I was buying. I typically hate going to stores because I feel like I’m always being forced to by things by the employees and this was one of the worst cases I’ve experienced.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Never overbearing. Very much like the layout and love their products.

More stuff to slather on your body, than you can imagine. Who can pass by 500 different scented soaps....not me!

Horrible customer service. Came in to buy some products usually get treated very well in the store. Today was a totally different story. We walked in went to go to the wax melts and there was an employee restocking. We were waiting for her to finish up instead of asking her to move and told her we were just waiting for her to finish up because we needed to get in that area. She then rudely tried to correct us and say we say excuse me where I come from, basically saying we were rude people and need to learn manners. We said no we were just waiting for you to finish in order to get over to the area. No big deal what so ever. She then went on telling us we were rude people, so we put our bag down and walked out. Decided to come back in and asked for the manager who just happened to be standing rite there when it happened and said nothing. We then started telling her what happened and the employee started in again running her mouth and not one time did she ever apologize just kept telling us that we were wrong. The manager did nothing while the employee sat there and talked down to customers. Always had a great experience until the day nina and Olivia were some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in the customer service industry. Apparently someone parents didnt raise to have any respect for people especially in a customer service atmosphere.

Some of the employees were curt and unfriendly. They had some nice sale items though so I spent my dollars there in spite of her attitude.

Great place to go The store located on a corner in the center of a large Shopping Center that is laid out in as a Small town center and is outdoor not a mall with many diffrent types of stores from a movie theater to many diffrent places to eat and a Great candy store Ice cream shops a great place to window shop and pick up few things good Christmas setting with lighting of tree gathering and great Christmas music being played through all the streets you can park on streets next to stores or at outer lots of stores. in warmer weather they have great live music by blocking one street and farmers markets youll have to follow there schedule for the Promenade in Bolingbrook Illinois
