Staffs have exceptional customer service. This store is very unique compared to other beauty supply stores . I get organic oils and products for my daughters 4c hair. These oils work. I also get wigs for myself.

The hair is not worth the extra price. I wasted my time and money there. Im not going back. Not to mention the amount of attitude I got from one of the ladies from the first time I went there.

I’ve visited the hair empire in Bolingbrook last night as a last-minute effort to get some braiding here for my daughter. The staff has exceptional customer service and Is extremely knowledgeable of the product and services that are offered. I was very pleased with my experience and the products that I purchased and I will definitely be returning to experience the oil bar that they have there! Great customer service and nice store but they dont have as many products as other beauty supply stores near. Also the hair braider was nice but I got my hair done I could tell she wasnt fully capable of doing the style the way it was meant.

This Black Owned Beauty Supply Store is gorgeous, organized and very welcoming. They’re all very kind, they instantly welcome customers, give them a detailed tour and help each person find the best products specifically for them. My favorite part is the organic custom oil bar❤️ Definitely a great place to shop for any products/hair necessities.

I love this place. You can purchase hair, earrings, and oils. The staff is super nice and all of your purchases are put into white paper gift bags.
