Came in for a phone repair on my Samsung s9 the girl fixed it within the same day. They are very professionally & have reasonable repair prices. Highly recommend this shop to get your phone fixed at.

My husband purchased a certified refurbished phone from here. The lady he purchased it from told him, in front my son, that if there were any problems with the phone he had 30 days to return it. Of course, there were issues with the phone. When my husband went to return the phone, the same employee refused to refund money for the phone. She said he could not return a refurbished phone. Apparently, she also failed to give him the full receipt at the time of purchase, which states this. She only gave him the credit card receipt. While my husband was explaining that he did not get this receipt, she walked out of the stating she was taking her break.

Brought my phone for repair, they were able to repair it on the spot, waited a short period of time for them to finish. The young lady is very friendly & helpful.

My boyfriend and I got our phones fixed here and we were told it would take 2 hours. And when we came back they said another 10 minutes, my phone, even though the screen and charging port are fixed, I cant hear calls unless its on speaker. The woman behind the counter pointed it out graciously, didnt make me feel dumb (I felt that enough myself), and credited the deposit I paid for them to order me a new screen.Honest. An option to have if youre not a DIY type of person, but the prices for some repairs are a bit much, and there was a hint of dishonesty when I was speaking to the merchant that serviced my phone; though the details of this conversation I will leave out, for it were miniscule.
