Unknowledgeable. Left after 10 yrs of service. Bill was over $200 mo. For 2 phones with insurance. Both were paid off. Went to TMobile. $60 cheaper per mo. I dont care the loss of reception. The savings and service are eons above Verizon. It was expensive. Buy bye.
Went into the store tired from work and frustrated that my phone wasnt working right. Sean helped me right away and was so quick and sweet, it made my whole day better. I appreciate his great customer service!

Sat in there for 3 hours while the staff kept trying to sell us things we didnt need. When it was finally time to get the phones we were upgrading too most of them werent in stock and one of the phones they tried to sell us didnt even exist. Walked away from there with 1/4 phones that we needed.
Always a long wait. Ended up calling the customer service phone number. Got thru quicker doing that.
I have always came here. Its awesome. After hours of painstakingly speaking to tele-representatives I decided to go here. I was in an out in 20 minutes. My issue was not resolved but they are overnighting me a new phone free with my insurance since mine was un fixable. They were kind enough to go over everything and even help me in case I needed to upgrade. Make sure you go here. I wont go to a 3rd party or online or via phone ever again.

Tiffany is great! The support staff is awesome especially their new hire. Theyre only downside is one employee who is always saying something thats comes off condescending to other customers. Does that make sense! Ugh!!

Sold me the one phone that didnt have the only thing I needed. Then told me I would have to pay 50 dollars to return a phone I had for less than a day! So Im keeping the phone as a valuable lesson.Not going back. They lost a 10+ year customer.
I went in tonight to have a phone switched from t-mobile to Verizon. Sinatris was assisting me. He was very nice and helpful. He explained in detail what needed to be done to unlock the phone and what I can do to switch all my data over. Highly recommend asking for him if you plan on going into this location!!
Good customer service even when the wait is longer than expected. Big rush with a short staff will cause that but they continually checked in with me and when it was my turn in line the process was handled quickly and efficiently.
I just got there for a second time they were wonderful and absolutely no wait. I would highly recommend this store. Im used to using the store in Gurnee Illinois and every time I walked in there and has been an hour wait to get service.
To be honest I came to this store to cancel my account with 4 lines + tablet but changed my mind because of excellent service of this young dude!!! This is my favorite store to visit. Always welcomed with a smile and quick service. Brian is always helpful and makes us feel like were more than just customers. Tiffany is always got a smile on her face. They help with whatever I need help with and I always leave feeling good and very satisfied with the service!!!
Long initial wait but greeted right away. When salesperson was finally available, she was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. Left with one more phone then what we were planning, nice deal on pixel 2. Wife loves it so far!
We had problems with the phone, went to 2 different places before this, nobody knew what was wrong. Here we had a quick and easy in and out and they put in a order for a new one!
This is by far the worst customer service I believe I have had if you can call no customer service actually service. Been a customer of Verizon for almost 20 years now, and have never been treated like this before.Went to this store as the one closest to me is being remodeled. I sure hope it is not going to be like this one! I walked in and:1) had a difficult time telling the employees from the general public...I think there might have been 2 (on a Saturday).2) noticed the security guard right away positioned near the door ignoring all things going on around him other than the conversation with what could have been a customer or an employee (see point #1). He never saw me enter. I could have easily disarmed him. If he was my employee, I would have fired him on the spot.3) walked around the store only to be completely ignored by everyone (security did not even turn away from his conversation) as I had no idea where to go to get service or what to do. There was no way to know who to talk to. There is no directions posted as to how to chat with an employee.4) Left the store feeling invisible and unappreciated as a customer.If I cannot just walk in and talk to a service representative, I will need to find another cell phone service provider. I hope the store nearest me will not end up like this. Of course, without being able to talk to someone (my store closed and the garbage at this store, I might not have to worry about it any more.
The associates, particularly Daniel, were friendly. They had product knowledge on anything I was asking about, and humored my father on movies. They were also willing to show phones that werent on display on the floor. The sales floor was clean and well-kept, leading to a wonderful experience!
This location is the ONLY location I travel to. The staff is nothing short than AMAZING!
I had 45 minutes to replace my broken phone before I was hosting an important meeting. With time to spare, Jorge (employee) had me all up and running with a new phone, necessary accessories, and at minimal cost. He was friendly, helpful, not pushy, and most importantly on that day.... timely. Traditionally Ive had horrible experiences at phone providers but everything went well at this Verizon location.
Been to plenty of Verizon stores. While this one is clean, the crews gave me the vibe that they are mainly there to sale phones and accessories. They do not really want to help with other issues. Wasted my time there. Went to the store on IL-53 and it was way better.Not putting my feet again on this store!

Did not get the plan we thought we got? Plus were not offered a special till another worker mentioned it. The guy said oh we still have that. The service as far as phones are the best, just shady with workers.
DO NOT LET JAZMIN SERVICE YOUR ACCOUNT OR SELL YOU ANY DEVICES! Normally i dont go on rants like this, but the commision breath was HEAVY here. She sold us a jetpack with a 20 gig limit, come to find out that the unlimited plan was cheaper. Ontop of that she set it up under a third sub account (another mistake as we didnt even have a second), and we were told by another rep that we would have to go back to the store to access our account to pay our bill as someone had setup a random pin# for us. Awful service. You literally have 1 job. Know your plans. I suggest you start listening to your customers more instead of talking over them.
Staff are really nice. However, they made me wait for 30 minutes and then notified me that my name was accidentally deleted from the waitlist. So I went to another store and signed up for service.

Customer service was excellent, besides the sales aggression which is expected. However, the gentleman that was helping me ran my credit without telling me. I had every intention of buying a new phone. But, you are supposed to tell a customer Im about to run a credit check he said nothing. I found out because credit karma told me right away that my credit was checked by Verizon. It would have been a five star review if that didnt happen. Not professional to run credit without permission/acknowledgement.

Twice in the past week Ive visited this store...once for myself and once for my wife. Each time I was greeted promptly, and served by a knowledgeable staff person. They solved my immediate problems and suggested other remedies.One occasion was a phone that appeared to be non responsive and another time a phone with bad hardware. Both phones are now working correctly.
Products I wanted had to be ordered and sent to my home in 3 days, then had to come back to get my phone working. Out of phones in a phone store? Make an appointment to set phone up? $40 extra to ulgrade? I was just buying a phone not a house. I have a V erizon account already. Glad Im retired - 2 days in store, 3 days shipping - rIdiculous! People were pleasant tho.

I will never shop at this location again the employees are poorly trained and tell you they are ordering phones for you when really they do nothing but sit behind their desk I would suggest going to best buy for your phone purchases with people that actually know how to do their job.

I have been a subscriber of Verizon Wireless for the last 8 years and have used this location as long as I can remember.Never before have I felt more disrespected than I did today at this Verizon Wireless store.I went in to have them transfer my moms photos from her old iPhone 4S to her new iPhone 6, thats all I wanted them to do. I was quickly dismissed saying they could only transfer photos if there were less than 100 on the phone otherwise they were not capable of transferring them in store. Fun because my father went in earlier the same day to have them do the exact same thing with over 500 photos on his iPhone 4S and they had no problem completing the task.I understand I could do this with my laptop but the fact is that I went there to have them do it and the associate was too lazy to actually do his job. Worst experience yet, very aggravating.

As phone stores go, this one is OK. The largest issues is with any telco parent company.
My mom and I came in intending to start up a contract with Verizon. We were there for 10 minutes, and none of the representatives even acknowledged that we were in there. There was only one couple in there being helped. Needless to say, we went with T-Mobile.

Went there with 3 issues and left with the same 3 issues.
I went there at 7:05pm because googlemaps showed that they are open until 8pm . The door was locked and I saw them inside so I waved to one of the guys . He came out I asked them why they are closed when Google maps shows that they are open until 8pm and he told me that I should check on Apple not on Google and slammed door on me . Really unprofessional.
