If youre looking for inexpensive holiday decorations, stop in! I bought so many Thanksgiving & Christmas items, it made me excited for the holidays! And if you go to the Bonita Beach Rd location, say Hi to Crabby Patty, the best clerk there is!

I buy all my paper goods and bath supplies from Dollar General. Best deals in town!

An easy stop but lets be real its filthy

Always deals to be found but the store is never clean and workers seem disinterested in doing their jobs. I only shop here for cheap throw away items that I will not be keeping.

The most disorganized and dirty store I have ever been in. The cashier was on a personal call the whole time we were there. We just walked out.

Clean store and well stocked!! Had all of our beach needs with a very affordable price!Staff was friendly and efficient at he checkout. So glad we picked up the beach umbrellas at $10 each as it was nice and sunny on the beach today! The bathrooms need some attention though.

I am very impressed how much cleaner and organized the store looked. I even complimented one of the employees and made a mention to it to the manager there. My only complaint is that there still does not seem to be enough cashiers.

The Dollar General on old 41 is Awesome, always nice and clean, and the employees that work there I really awesome, they help me with my cases of water and put them in the car for me. On the other hand the Dollar General store next to Sunshine Ace hardware is absolutely total opposite the store on old 41, it is dirty a complete mess, and the staff is not helpful in any way.

Dollar General offers the best scissors I have ever used. Betty Crocker is the brand for $100. I use my everyday for all my cooking needs. Great store

I have been looking for an Assurance Wireless cell phone. I was under the assumption that Dollar General carried the phone. When I visited the store, I was informed only certain DGs carry the phone.

This place is nice for a dollar store. The staff is friendly. The aisles are crowded with stuff but what do you expect? Overall, nice experience. Some of their dollar plus items could be priced more competitively.

It was very good. More available than I thought. A lot of Christmas decorations.

Eh, I occasionally find a good deal here, but rarely. The store is disorganized and unpleasant to shop in. I wouldnt recommend going here for something specific. It will either take you forever to find it, or they wont have it, or it might be just as expensive as at a normal store. I last visited because I was looking for some kind of cheap planner or calendar, very basic. They only had mom themed planners and the monthly calendars didnt have squares around the dates. Not very helpful for me.

I asked to use the ladies room..Ive never seen such a filthy area. I couldnt use it. How could you allow your employees to be subjected to such disgusting filth..if this is how your company does business Shane on you!!

This review is late as I didnt want to make it public but my husband encouraged me to write the review. After Christmas I went in to return 3 items I had purchased. Unopened, unused price tags still on them, toys. The manager was called to help me and took him 3 calls to arrive. Once there he saw I wanted to return 3 items and said rudely huh ALL of these! He continues to be rude to me and his employee throughout our transaction. Normally I would call him out but the employee was a special needs person and was very nervous and I didnt want to make his day any worse! I refuse to go back to this location for anything ever!

They have a lot of items here that are cheap - usually a lot cheaper than other stores. The store is not that well organized but I you cant expect too much from a dollar general The employees seem super sad to be working here - cant say that I blame them though.

Dollar Generals are great store but people think its Everythings a Dollar its inexpensive but Dollar Tree is Everythings a Dollar but Dollar General has very good pricing and pretty much everything that you need

Been a customer for 2 yrs since I bought a place a mile away on the imperial river. Despite the turnover & entry level positions @ Dollar General stores. Have always received ample service & consistent stock. DG seems to have. Good system in place to rotate stock for the holidays (ie . Hween/thnxgving/Xmas/etc). Ha e come to rely on them for all cleaning/ laundry supplies. Also, great toys for nephew.

The place looked like a hurricane went threw. Items looked like they were thrown on shelves.

I usually go to this store to buy the tiny screwdriver set. Its like a dollar something whereas in Ace hardware its like 5 bucks. They have a lot of other inexpensive things there youd probably inadvertently end up buying.

Never been there. Wrong location I guess.

Closing hours not correct. Came at 7:20pm with posted store hours of closing 9pm. Both doors locked with the lights on inside.

The store was dirty and needed cleaned up and it needed organized . A lot of empty slots.

The bathrooms. Are nasty all the time. The entrance door sox. To go with shopping carts.

Did not like this store compared to typical Dollar Tree.
