Best pharmacy. Never an issue I will drive the extra miles every time.

I just want to say what a terrible experience I had with this pharmacy. I’ve since changed to another location because this location knowingly knew my very important prescription was out of stock and didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me after telling me for twenty minutes my doctor hadn’t called it in. Additionally, the gal at the desk was very hard to hear and refused to speak louder so I could understand her. I just hope they treat others better!

We have had terrific experience with the pharmacy at this location (25091 S Tamiami Trail, B.S. 34134) . Most recently they assisted in securing a much needed medication for us by working with our Walgreens in Michigan and with the insurance company. The pharmacy team is always professional, helpful, patient and human....despite the fact that this is a very busy location.

Pleasant experience. Very friendly, professional staff. Highly recommend this store to anyone needing a local pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever. Waited at least 7 -10 minutes to be aknowleged by 2 staff members behind the counter in full view of me while they were doing other work. I dropped off a blood pressure med that needed to be transferred from up North. I was told it would take 48-72. Hrs. I get home and within an hour got a message my order was delayed. This was Wednesday. By Monday I called and the robot said it would be ready tomorrow. Tomorrow was New Years day and they were closed. So 7 days later its Wed. Again. I called and the robot said they are still working on it and it would be in tomorrow. After 3 calls to reach a human I Finally stayed on hold for 17 minutes. The meds still werent in. I said I was out for days and asked if they had any in stock to hold me over. It was at this point She said shed check other near by Walgreens and found one that had the meds. Within minutes the other location contacted me saying it was ready. Why the heck didnt they do this in the first place. Ill never set foot in A Walgreens again. Their tv ads are totally bogus.

Dont buy gift cards here. They will just steal your money. I bought a gift card for my wife and son and there was no credit on it.
