They knew who I was and made me feel comfortable. Problem? No problem! The fixed it in a timely fashion and I left happy. Happy enough to recommend them. Cant hear? Help is near.

I cannot say enough about the service I got from Nathan at your Bonita Springs Office. He is an exceptional young man who truly wants you to get the best out of your hearing devices. I have never had a more comprehensive hearing exam and adjustment as I did with Nathan, He spent considerable time fine-tuning my devices. Until now I have not routinely worn my devices because I did not get the clarity and sound that I expected. Nathan turned that all around. He also help me set up a device that connects my hearing aides to the TV. What a difference..... I truly hope that Nathan is recognized for his fine work. He is truly a gentleman and diligent employee. BTW the office followed all the protocol for COVID19 and the receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating.

I recently purchased a hearing aid from Miracle Ear in Bonita Springs, Florida. I have had a hearing loss since 3rd grade and will tell you the difference from all those years compared to now is incredible in my hearing ability. I actually have been opened to a new world. His professionalism and understanding of his product scientifically lead me to move forward in purchasing The Miracle Ear Product. His promise for future service was so very important also.

From the initial phone call to set up the appt with Ms fabulous Andrea, who has the most delightful personality and is very knowledgeable . I scheduled an appt for my mom who has alzheimers . With the arrival of our appt, Andrea greeted us at the door to help with bringing my mom in for she is in a wheel chair. Once settled in the waiting area, we were offered coffee, tea or water. The waiting area was clean and inviting. We waited maybe 5 minutes when we were introduced to Renee our( hearing aid specialist), who also was amazing with my mom, Renee was very professional and knowledgeable with the testing and my moms needs. I cannot recommend these two ladies enough. They are the best of the best.

Dr Warren and staff quickly solved my hearing aide issue that I had, which verifies how Miracle Ears service and products excel. The time that I was without my hearing aide during repair was very short and makes you realize how necessary they are. Thanks to Dr Warren and staff all my concerns were resolved!!
