From beginning to end they went above and beyond normal customer service to enable us to get the hearing aids we so desperately needed. I took my mother in for an appointment with Derick Winn. He is very knowledgable and personable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, from the importance of hearing properly to keep the brain active to maintenance of the hearing aids. He worked with the insurance agency to get the best deal for mom. He stated If there is any reason that you feel you cannot wear your hearing aids, call me so I can address the issue. I highly recommend Derick!
