Wasnt that impressive to me. they did not have the type of inventory I thought they would. staff was good but wasnt nothing they offer there that made me excited

Great ice cream, convenient location

This Ben & Jerry’s on King Street in Boone is a well managed Ben & Jerry’s that offers a great ice cream experience and more. I really like the location in the middle of everything and it is a nice stop for a snack or dessert. The staff here is very welcoming and makes sure that you get everything that you need. I have had a really good experience every time I have been here.

Super clean store, great ice cream, and very friendly employees!

I came in on afternoon of the 6th of July. The lady scooping my family was rude. We asked for single scoops and all received kiddie scoops (our youngest member was 14). The ice cream was good which saved the experience a little.

On Sep 12 around 3pm, the female cashier mocked me for ordering a child sized scoop of ice cream, stared at me while paying during the do you want to leave a tip portion of the screen, and rolled her eyes and stormed off when I didnt leave a tip. It was a very negative experience and really bad customer service. She needs some training.

I love Ben n Jerrys ice cream, but due to the following fact, I would NEVER go to this business. TO ANYONE WHO APPLIES FOR WORK HERE-If you have any issues with a physical or mental disability--disclose it at the interview!!! The owners will probably not hire you BUT THEY will definitely TERMINATE you the instant you disclose it, then swear it was for some totally bogus reason to save their lying butts from being the discriminating people they are. This is a TRUE FACT!!

Notice the two reviews below. Biased, very biased. Probably close friends of the owners. Its their only review. Strange, huh? Well, anyhow.. I just want to first say that everyone on staff is constantly either on a phone or laptop as I walk by.. how are these things by any means true work ethic or high standard as Im told they are SO adamant about? It stays messy and overall unkept. Employees are going through the motions just for that tip moolah. You wouldnt believe the horror stories Ive heard otherwise...

Ice cream is one of my familys favorite treats, but we dont plan on returning to this location. Items are overpriced and the male manager/owner acted like a jerk toward his employee when they had a hard time scooping our cones because the ice cream was frozen so hard. When one cone was a bit large, he fussed at the server about it. You would think for almost $4@ scoop, customers would actually get a decent sized cone. I dont see why anyone would work for such a toxic person. My heart went out to the employee he was fussing at. My 8 year old got upset because he thought we made the man mad because we wanted ice cream. This is not the place to bring kids to with behavior like this.

Love this place! Not only do they serve delicious ice cream but the owners are amazing! They truly love what they do and it shows!

Friendly staff, clean facility, met the owners who were very hospitable and kind (one is an alumni! Go Neers!) Ice cream was delicious as always 😊

Their ice cream is overpriced and I didnt find the place to be anything special. If my friends and family want cool refreshments while in Boone, we visit Sweet Frog with toppings bar (Yogurt is so good for you) or if on King Street, King Street Creamery has the best ice cream for the money.

Pretty good! The employees there are always really nice and hold really good conversations. Ice cream is pretty good, too! I like the wooden spoons they have. I also like that they have a capacity limit, it really needs it since its so small inside.

I would rather take my family to Sweet Frog, at least they value all their employees and offer their patrons fair portions for the cost. I will take the suggestion from others and go elsewhere from now on.

The store was clean. The staff greeted us as we came in and were very helpful. Samples were readily offered. Very good ice cream. I recommend the chocolate and sprinkle covered cones!

I know it’s not open yet, my name is Ben, and I have lived in a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream shop all my life. Being delivered in a Ben & Jerry’s really puts perspective on things. I was named after the benefactors of the fine establishment. I will be attending the grand opening and plan to make it a frequent stop on my route to my apartment.Praise iceberg lettuce!!!

This Ben and Jerry’s is definitely my favorite I have been too! The vibe is so amazing and the location is awesome right on king street! When they remodeled the location they refurbished snd used some of the original wood that was used for the original build that was there in the early 1900s! A+ guys!
