Cookies and Cream has some of the best ice cream selections in Boone, much more to offer and much better than Ben and Jerrys and Blue Deer. (Not that either of those places are bad) The baked goods are even better and you have multiple kinds to choose from. Their chai tea and mochas are actually better than Starbucks. I know the owner and some of the employees and they work themselves to the bone trying to give their customers the best experience possible. In the pandemic world its very hard for small business owners to survive. Please stop when at the Boone Mall and support them. You wont go away unsatisfied.

Love this place and its people! I regularly purchase roadrunner raspberry cones, cookies, cinnamon pretzels, and cheesecake, and with every order I am treated professionally and personally, with cheerfulness and attentiveness even during the busiest times. Thanks for being MY favorite ice cream shop! Keep up the excellent service and tasty treats!

The ice cream was great! However the service was terrible. The guy acted like he didn’t want to serve us ice cream in the first place. Then he told my 4 year old to not to touch the glass when he was looking at the ice cream. Then he slammed the ice cream cup down on the counter and said “here I’ll meet you at the register” The said “have a nice day” and you could tell he didn’t mean it whatsoever. If I didn’t already tell my 4 year old we was getting ice cream I would’ve left.

Spent $5 on a 22OZ icee that was super small to be considered a large. It tasted moldy and had a horrible aftertaste so Im scared to know how long it has been sitting.

Very overpriced. i got three SMALL slushees and it was thirteen dollars. I could’ve gone to A GASTATION and got twice the size for three dollars. as well as the worker not being friendly.

The girl who was working was super rude when we ordered and had no personality. When we ordered she snapped back with “What?!.” The cookies have progressively gotten drier each time that I’ve gotten one. Definitely not worth the prices. They used to be much better.

Super friendly mom-and-pop store. Reasonably priced, yummy Hersheys ice cream. Just got Tropical Sno shaved ice which is AMAZING!! Tropical is the original shave ice, by the way. Love stopping here every time Im in Boone!

Boone mall once once more active.. but we still love coming here from time to time. This cookie place is a good stop when ur here, they dont have my favorite chocolate chewie cookies most malls have but they are still a fun stop. Thanks yall.

My husband and I prefer national cookie brands generally over bakery cookies because theres nothing special about them and they are expensive but thankfully Cookies & Cream arent like most other bakeries or at least this was our experience. We walked away with four large cookies to sample - white chocolate chip macadamia, salted caramel (or it might be sea salt caramel), chocolate chip walnut, & snickerdoodle. Our top picks were salted caramel and chocolate chip walnut. Well definitely get these again. The white chocolate macadamia is better than average but were not a huge fan of this type and our least favorite was the snickerdoodle. It needed more cinnamon to suit our taste. This was an unexpected surprise and treat for our day trip enroute to the Blue Ridge Parkway and definitely will do a return visit another time.

Loved everything about this place! The ice cream is delicious and the staff made me feel like family! We stop by every trip to Boone!

I think the place is so good .Thats why I dont know what to get.Everything they have there is just what I want.

They serve Hersheys, which has some fine flavors, including the wonderful Cappucino Crunch. Also has a variety of cookies, made on the spot. Its in the Boone Mall, which isnt large, and we had no problems parking near the mall. Cookies & Cream is visible when you go in the door next to Panera Bread.

THE MANAGER/OWNER OF THIS STORE NEEDS TO READ THIS. I just had the most frustrating experience with this store!! My girlfriend and I went there at 8:45pm (15 minutes before they close) to get some ice cream, only to find that the lazy employee working had already completely closed up shop!! I was confused, so I asked what time they closed, thinking that google had the wrong hours, but instead she gave me answer that, it depends on who is closing, some people stay here until 10 closing, but I like to get out on time so I close the store at 8:35. We both left VERY irritated because weve never been to a store where employees get to close whenever they feel like it, instead of when the store is actually supposed to close! Apparently the employees at this store get to make their own hours however they please! AGAIN, THE OWNER/MANAGER OF THIS STORE NEEDS TO READ THIS COMMENT BECAUSE YOUR LAZY EMPLOYEES ARE COSTING YOU MONEY IN LOST SALES!
