Owner was super friendly and easy to talk to. Told me everything he was doing, made conversation the whole time, and told me to come back if my windshield crack started splitting at all. He also gave great food recommendations. Perfect location, super cool dude, my windshield is doing great.

Great service. Went in for a chip on one car and ended getting a new windshield for my other as well. I didn’t know my auto insurance covered chips but he had them on speed dial. No cost, fast and easy. My other car had a huge crack and I had been putting the replacement off, but after the great service I had With the chip he had my business. I ended up having some rust under the seam that he took care of as well.If you want it done right, this is the place to go. I didn’t shop around for prices but we’ll worth the work done.

I contacted the owner Ken to replace the windshield on my 06 Civic. He is very professional and one on one with his customers. The replacement was fast, easy, and the new windshield is as good or better than OEM. There are cheaper windshield replacement services in Shreveport, but you dont get the excellent customer service and products that you do from Ken. I will be going back as a repeat customer.

Great work, great price, great owner...Ken knows his craft very well. I had my windshield replaced in early January and everything turned out fine. His webpage has a wealth of information, worth the visit. He educated me on the whole process, including the shortcuts some people in the industry may take. He even took time out to assist during a follow up visit days later (no issues with the glass, factory trim needed a little glue. Purely cosmetic.) Very accurate regarding his schedule, pricing, and estimates on when the job will be done. I also appreciated the fact that he didnt drill me for not knowing he is cash or check only! I did alot of research when it came to picking who to use to have my windshield replaced. A Better Windshield company really spoke to me from the statements of others and how personable and professional their experience was. I called and left a message and later recieved a Text from Ken getting me setup and squared away. Very reasonable price and quick professional service. Not only did he knock out my windshield but noticed my tires were a little low so he topped them off for me. Very excellent customer service experience. If I could rate him higher I would. I was able to have my windshield repaired the same day I called. The repair only took 20 minutes and the quality of the work is extremely high. But its something he did that is beyond normal customer service that impressed me. About an hour before my scheduled time he called to tell me it was about to rain and if I could I should cover the crack with tape before it started to rain. Otherwise he wouldnt be able to complete the repair that day. He even gave me some clear adhesives to use in case I get another chip!

Ken truly deserves 5 stars for the awesome work he does. He has now done two windshield replacements and one repair on two different vehicles and always does a great job, no scratches, nicks or dents, you cant even tell the windshield was replaced. He is very friendly and even went as far as to check my tire pressures for me (my spare was low, something the dealership didnt catch the week before).

I had a rock hit my windshield. It grew from 4 inches to 14 in a matter of a few days. Mr.Ken was HIGHLY recommended to me. I called Mr.Ken and told him Id have to wait a few days before I could come in, and he told me to keep my car in the shade or the crack would grow. The repairs cost is based on its length. I dont know of too many businesses that offer helpful info that saves me money. When I got to his shop, he told me I could wait inside, or that I could watch. It took maybe 20 minutes. The crack was a HUGE eye sore, and now, i cant even find where it was before he fixed it. Ive had chips fixed at other glass companies before, but their service never stood out. If you want an absolute professional job done with very little wait time and superior performance you have got to visit this company. I had a cracked windshield In my 2014 Chevy Silverado and was referred to this company by my son n law he told me that the owner Ken will take care of my problem with no worries. I went and met Ken and set a time for Thursday to have the windshield replaced, I came back early on Wednesday from vacation and dropped the truck off full well expecting to have the service completed on the next day as agreed upon. Wednesday afternoon I get a call from Ken letting me know that I could come and pick the truck up he went ahead and finished the job since he had additional time, I was very pleased to hear that, to my amazement once I got there he told me he also went ahead and filled my spare tire with air he said he does that for all vehicles and Im glad he did he said I only had 15 psi in the tire, I also looked around inside and noticed that he had also vacuumed the inside of the truck, I had come from Pensacola beach and there was sand inside. Ken went overboard in making my experience a really enjoyable one. If you ever need a crack repaired or a windshield or window replaced you owe it to yourself to see Ken, he called my insurance company and had everything taken care of. Ken in my opinion deserves more than 5 stars but that is as high as I could go on his rating. He is very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. If I ever have another problem I will not hesitate in calling him and he has a lifetime warranty on service and product, see him you want be disappointed.
