This is an excellent place to get your windshield repaired. I was able to get a same day appointment. The staff were very professional and friendly. The repair only took about 30 minutes, and I was able to cover the cost with my insurance. They even did a courtesy vacuum of my car mats.I highly recommend Safelite Auto Glass.

Scratched my suv while installing glass. They told me to go get estimate and then said it was too high and pribly wont be paid. Still waiting to hear back from thr corporate office. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but them.

I need to have all of the passenger-side glass replaced on my excursion. The rear quarter window is impossible to find. so I wanted to confirm the online quote that I received. However, you cannot speak to a person.... so this company will never get any of my business again, your automated system has cost you and will cost you thousands of dollars because I will not recommend safelite to anyone and will post this to all of my social media.If you can be bothered with customer service I will do my best to make sure that you have no customers.

J was my repair tech, yes J. He was great, called at 8:30 to let me know he would be at my house a little after 12:00. He was early, he did run into some bad work done prior to the old windshield. That held him up a little but he was very professional, I was very impressed with his work. Would definitely highly recommend.

Very helpful! After looking at the rock chip and seeing it was starting to spider web, the technician suggested full replacement. Made process simple and quick.

Took two weeks to get an appointment which was canceled due to weather. They rescheduled the appointment which was a month later. So I wait six weeks to get a windshield for them to call on the day of the appointment to tell me the person that was scheduled to do the job quit and they couldn’t get to it and I would have to wait another two weeks. Paid $575 up front and here I am six weeks later with no windshield. Called a local glass company and have an appointment for tomorrow and they are $250 cheaper. Have used safe lite 3 times but will never use again.

Wasted My Time! I’m a first responder trucker, and had an appointment scheduled on 6/4/21 to have my windshield repaired between 12p-5p. I waited, and didn’t hear from anyone. My time is valuable. I could’ve continued on to deliver well needed consumer goods to customers, but instead I was waiting for repairs to my windshield. My repair person name listed was Scott. So about 4:30p I called customer service whom called the Bossier City location, and turned the call over to them. The guy pulled up my information only to say well we were hoping our truck came in but it want until tomorrow. So I asked him why didn’t anyone call me to let me know? So he goes well the windshield is coming out of Plano, TX. Well, I guess I should’ve called you. 😳😶🤔 So at this point I’m like what the hell! Puts me on hold never comes back. SAFELITE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED...

No show for my appointment! No call, no text, no email.....very unprofessional! If my time and business is not valued the first time.....im never coming back!

I have used them multiple times and havent ever had an issue with their work. And their customer service is over all well. But I have had issues with them contacting me when the work has been completed on time. Aside from that they do great over all and would recommend them.

Had service scheduled for 3/22 between 12 and 6pm. Received a call at 1 pm saying they were overbooked and needed to reschedule. I was rescheduled for 4/6 between 12 and 6 pm. I received a call at 2 pm saying they were short staffed and needed to reschedule. I rearranged my entire schedule 2 different times and they call me within my service window to reschedule. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of their customer’s time. I called my insurance company and had them change me to a different company. I would give them zero stars if possible.

I ordered a windshield and it took almost a month to get bc of the wait, just for them to show up with the wrong windshield. Then I was I told I’d have to wait another 2 weeks bc that’s the next time they’d be able to schedule another appointment. Called a local windshield replacement business and they had me ready in 5 days and was cheaper. Use your local windshield replacement business it’s quicker and cheaper!

They are price gouges. Called in Feb was quoted $209.99. Called today $379.99. Wow!!! No one could provide a reasonable explanation as to why such a jump in price. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!!

The guy was completely honest when he told me he didnt want to fix my back windshield because it may or may not leak when he was done. A parents worst nightmare after the tree had already bitten the car.. the gentleman did the best that he could to untap some of the wrinkles and fit the windshield. Fantastic job. And the windshield doesnt leak. Definitely fair pricing. This company also went out of their way to pick a back windshield up from their supplier (that typically delivers) at 2 pm on a Friday afternoon and have the window fixed by 5 pm. Thank you guys & ladies!The insurance ended up totalling my vehicle out from the damage but at least I have an excellent running vehicle with a back windshield and its paid off.

Also explained that they couldnt remove the damage entirely. Regardless...did such a good job, you barely tell there was ever damage. Nice work, very professional and helpful team

Wow! Such a great place for windshield replacement. They were very professional, and knew it would take awhile for my car since the camera needed calibration after the replacement. They forewarned me of the time to expect but was surprisingly earlier and I was so thankful. Great job! Thank you!

Great place to get your auto glass replaced or repaired

Several issues, hopefully just an odd circumstance. First appointment was on August 6th. They had to reschedule, no problem. August 7th they come out with the WRONG window. A week or may have been 2 weeks later they had the (correct) glass in for my appointment. So I get the rear glass installed. The center sliding portion of the window appeared to have not been replaced. It just didnt seem to be a new window. I could be wrong. So I leave, on my way back to work. Hearing a noise. I stop at a traffic light so i hop out and look in the back door. The seal around the door fell out when i opened it. Thought i fixed the issue. So off i go back to work. Before i reach the next traffic light, the back half of the back seat falls. Found the rattling. YAY!!! The seat wasnt attached to the rear of the cab, nor was the seatbelt reattached. So it was dangling loose. Glad my kiddo wasnt with me. Part of the brackets/clips to attach the seat had been broken. So now they have to order those parts and an actual Dodge rear window. This was about August 20th or 21st. This date not so important. I stopped by 2 weeks later as I hadnt heard a peep from them. Glass is in but other parts never ordered, and they were ordering the wrong parts anyway. Couple more weeks go by not a peep. So I start to stop by again, instead I call. He says Oh, nobody called you? Nope or I wouldnt be calling!!!!!! So we set an appointment. I had to call and push a week. I was sent south for hurricane relief. I finally have my seat and window fixed now. On October 6th the job was completed. Ken Lasyone was the most competent, friendly, and helpful.

Safelite claims they could not find the windshield for my vehicle that has the blue/green shade tint at top of windshield in USA/Alaska/Hawaii. First glass shop in my area I called after Safelite told me this had it in stock.

Came in without an appointment with a new crack in my windshield. They fixed it without any problems. Wonderful work! Fast and friendly.

Took 3 trips to get a rear slider installed correctly, I hope. The first install was binding and finally stopped working. The second leaked when it rained. I asked if they would take care of the mildew smell when they did the second one. I was told they would but it still has a foul smell. Got home with my truck and started put all my things back in place. I reached into floor of my truck and cut myself on glass. It took me a half hour to vaccum and clean out my truck. The glass was in the rear floor, under all 4 seats, in storage area, in rear seats and in front floor.

So awesome and so easy! Scheduled the visit on my phone, and it was done right and right on schedule. Jedd even patiently waited for ten minutes until I picked up the phone because I slept through my alarm! Very courteous and fast. Hopefully I wont have to, but I would definitely use them again.

Made an appointment online and it took maybe an hour for them to replace my windshield. Entire staff was incredibly friendly and sent me on my way with no issues.

First i get stood up because someone didnt do their job because someone was sick. They failed to contact all of the customers so after calling the corporate office 3 times i finally talk with the manager at the Shreveport bossier location. Got an apology and told he would waive the fee for mobile repair come back out thursday and the total price would be 179 +/-. Guy comes out (Not too friendly) and says its going to be $211 +/- and thats after he waive the mobile service repair. How come i have an estimate for $211 with the mobile service and yet when its waive its the same. DOESNT MAKE SENSE. Sent the guy on his way. I dont do business with people that cant do their jobs.

Im a crisis therapist and am always on the run. Safelite made contact with me so that the timing for repair was perfect, at my home, the same day my windshield was damaged. I got a good deal and an excellent service. Safelite changed my windshield right in the parking lot and their price was much cheaper than the competition.

Staff was friendly. Lady that took my appointment smiled alot and had a friendly and positive attitude.The technician was equally friendly and offered me a Sprite or Coke or coffee to drink while I waited.

Somebody should buy these idiots a daily planner. The technician was a bumbling fool who only wanted to smoke in and around my car. Next, my car had scratches all around the perimeter of windshield and when I said something about it, even more rudeness. Whats even more funny, the tech Derrick had the nerve to ask me to call the shop and tell them how great he was because he was afraid for his job, yeah right! He took down my e-mail address and said he was going to send a survey, but I never got the e-mail, thats why I am writing this review. If you like your car, dont let Them touch it!

Expensive

They filled a small crack/chip. Didnt make it disappear but hopefully it will help the crack not spread. They said they cleaned windows but it was obvious they didnt. Not a big deal but when they say they did something I expect it to be done.

The Saturday hours online do not match actual hours. I was scheduled for a 4:30 appointment but they were closed when I arrived. Their Saturday hours on the door said 8:00 to 12:00.

Horrible service. These folks do not have a clue on how to schedule work. I scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced a week in advanced. They gave me a window of time from 8 am - 12 noon on a Monday. Monday at 8 am the technician called to inform me that there was absolutely no way that he could get to my location by noon. When I informed him that I had taken off of work to be at a location where my windshield could be replaced and that I had appointments scheduled later in the afternoon, the response was that I would just have to reschedule. After a phone call to the shop in Bossier and a response that was pretty much that I was just out of luck and would have to reschedule, I think not. I will not ever use Safelite again. I will use ABC Auto Glass Repair from now on.

One year ago I had a horrible experience getting a front windshield replaced here. The techs were friendly and helpful but the manager was a beast. Very rude and not accommodating at all regarding pick up or drop off services. I had air leaks and water leaks that I had to return to remedy. The glass Quality seemed poor and chipped again within a month. I recently have the same windshield replaced around the corner by Louisiana glass on California, and night and day difference in speed, quality of the glass and service and politeness and professionalism of the staff. Remember that although your insurer, mine was Geico, may recommend safe flight, Louisiana is a state where you can choose who you want to use. Worst experience ever in my 30 plus years of driving. I will say before this manager I did have previous windshields replaced at the same location with far less issues so most of the blame probably lies with this lady.

Had a rock go through my side window. During my insurance inspection I scheduled my appt to have them come to me. The tech was here bright and early the next morning. My appt was for 8-12. He was here at 755. Went right to work. Got the glass installed perfectly, gave me my receipt and went on his way. It couldnt have gone smoother. I know who Ill be calling the next time I need auto glass!

I cannot express how frustated I was with this company . I am a almost 30 year USAA member . At the time I originally called in for a small chip repair which turned into a full windshield replacement . Was not told this chip under a dime size with no runs could be cracked . First tech came for repair . Grab keys, no paper work or warning and ended up with an foot long crack in windshield. Had a deduction of 100$ off my deductible for this . Second rep. Judd Explained service and did a good replacement. However this company or any with a change of glass should put on new blades with no charge to the customer . This company offers only a small discount. The day after service I Honestly thought there was something wrong with blades .The problem was explained later by Vavoline tech later when I ask to check wiper blades. Needs to be better comunication from this company about work prior to techs comming out. Not day of or an hour until. Would help also with efficiency. I am leaving 3 stars for the professionalism of the last tech . Otherwise I would have left 1-2 for Company .

This safelite store is hard to find, even the streetview doesnt show it clearly. Just turn at the black bail bonds sign.Now for the review: Service was excellent. When I came in and reviewed my bill with Kendra I asked for the $10 disposal fee to be waived and to put the old windshield in the bed of my truck. She explained how it is a government mandated fee and it cant be waived. What she did do is take $10 off my overall bill without me asking for the discount! The mechanics pulled my truck into the shop 7 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and started working immediately. Best glass replacement experience so far.
