I needed a state vehicle inspection. I was there about 10 minutes, no waiting. People were very nice and efficient. They didnt just lick and stick the decal. Someone took it to the garage area in the back and actually inspected my car. Highly recommend.

My driver door regulator on my car went out and they replaced it quickly. In Bossier shop. They were nice and courteous and efficient and fast.

I just gave them 5 stars. They replied so fast after saying thanks I thought Id add a message. The bossier store helps me in a monthly basis and I can get glass cut while I wait and its never wrong. They almost wont let me carry it myself which shows good service. The front desk is always quick and thier prices are good.

They made my glass doors as promised. Theres a nationwide backlog on the thickness of glass I needed. Hoping the larger thickness will fill my need.

Fast service,however limited warranty on rock chip work.i had to sign a consent form prior to them doing the work.

They were out the next day to fix our window ... fast and good quality.

My brother got his windshield replace about 2 weeks ago, and now the weather strip comes out when you are driving and slaps again the roof and leaves a black residue. It’s like they didn’t glue it back. We will be finding a new glass store from now to needles to say and everyone I have contact with will be notified of the poor job.

If i could give them 10 stars i would. I had my windshield replaced they were on point! They came picked my truck up and returned in about 2 hours. I definitely would recommend them.

These guys got my F250 fixed up with a new OEM windshield for way less than the dealership and only took about an hour to do when they were pretty busy

It took a month and a half to get a door glass installed. When they did finally get the glass installed, they destroyed the trim and filled it with putty. Not a class act.

Depressing place to visit. Dealing with Mike at this establishment has done nothing but put me in a bad mood. He is the manager of Glass Services and he told me to bring my car in and he would fix it just to shut me up. Ill never do business with this place or Mike ever again. I suggest you dont either.
