I brought my car there Dec 23 for a power steering fluid leak. They kept it for a week. Jan 22 had to bring it back again. For the same problem. Jan 25 my husband decided to tell them what the problem was since the service Tech couldnt get it right.... So we will drive it and see how it does..

Some of the best salesmen I have seen in this area. Offers a nice mix of vehicles and nice spread on pricing.

The service department will make every effort to screw you out of legit warranty service. This place has a bad reputation. I love VW/Mazda but I wont own a newer one in SHV/Bossier. Top-down management appeasing approach to business, customer second. Ask around--its the Moffitt way.

Bought my wifes Mazda 3 from here. Both the sales and service teams are great staffs.

Bought my mazada CX-5 and I have had it 4 years and love it!!

The sales team was good but the service team is terrible. They will force you to pay for repairs to your car that might fix it before they will start using your warranty. They will tell you the repair will only take one week and then when you call 10 days later they will tell you it will be about 10 more days. I will never do business with this company again.
