The first time I came here I liked the place the lady working here was real nice I came back to have my daughter heart beat recorded because they were out of recording devices.When me and my Wife walked into the store the first thing they told us was we need a mask but the other people didn’t have one on at all I then they had the music turned up loud and we could barely record the heart beat thankfully the lady let’s us record in the back and was nice to me and my wife if it was not for that we wouldn’t even bother with place and now we won’t next one we get will order only instead.

Everyone working, was so friendly & nice. Anna that stuffed my granddaughters bear was extremely nice & very sweet. We will go back to this store again

This is an experience youll never forget. Youre not just buying stuffed dolls. Youre adopting children with lots of love to give and to receive. Absolutely magical. You must experience it for yourself to understand what Im talking about.

Scaled us they had a sale buy one get next one for $20 then after she got them all built the lady doing the check out said ours didn’t apply for the sale. Spent almost $200 in there. Also seen lady running check out being snobby and rude to another customer that walked in. Would not recommend this place at all find another build a bear location if you can.

It was the first time my granddaughter had been here. The staff made her experience exceptional. She just turned 16 and they made her feel little again. It was the best thing ever experiencing it through her eyes. Thank you everyone for making her day special

We had an AMAZING experience at the Build-A-Bear on the Boardwalk this evening. We walked in and were greeted instantly by Ashley. She helped us build two very precious characters (Elsa bear and LSU tiger.) Thank you B.A.B. and Ashley for providing our 3 year old and 8 month old with a wonderful experience!

The selection was awesome. Everything from Disney characters to unicorns to the basic teddy bear. Prices not bad at all and I was even able to locate a coupon. My son created a birth certificate for his bear and he was generally ecstatic about his new Spongebob friend.

Took my son to this location last weekend to make a bear . Had the best time ever! Faith the person helping us made it the most memorable experience of our lives as we added my fathers voice to the bear since he pasted away recently, she was kind, sensitive, and made the whole trip a blast. If you visit this location ask for Faith she will make sure it’s a memorable day!! This girl needs a raise or something. We will definitely be back for more bears in the future!!

Was alot of fun. But pricey.

Even though they seem to have an appropriate amount of staff, they were so wildly uninterested in helping. Didnt have a single smile on any of their faces. They must hate working there. One of the attendants looked about 16 and was sending out the front door smoking a cigarette whenever we walked in. A second attendant instead of helping customers was playing with a puppy behind the cash register. I think I only go there on my kids birthday to save a buck.

Lady was rude

The only thing I dont like about this places the price. My daughter always wants to go in there and I end up losing 50 to 60 bucks each time. How can an outfit for a teddy bear cost more than an outfit for the kid a shirt and pants cost 20 something bucks. I can get my kid shirt and pants for $10. Come on Build-A-Bear its a teddy bear

A great place to carry your kid to get a stuffed animal especially if you are looking for a themed animal say with overalls or you want one that is for a particular movie. They also get the special experience of putting a heart into the actual bear which makes it pretty cool

Lots of fun for kids, sometimes it can be extremely crowded. You can spend a small fortune here if youre not careful.

Decent sale going on, but not too many options compared to other stores. The one girl who helped us was nice.

Most favorite store ever!! Its not just for kids. Anyone who collects or loves stuffed animals will be enthralled.

I love this Build-A-Bear Workshop but Monroe need one back in just for the kids because I had my mother to drive all tha to Shreveport just for my daughter a Bear & thats a shame but this store location workers were so sweet I will keep going & hopefully we will get ours back real soon in Monroe
