Ken is, hands down, the absolute best in the business. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Ive only had minor damage repaired but he found the right part quickly, ordered it right away, called me as soon as it arrived, and installed it for no extra charge. The level of professionalism here is amazing!!. I was hesitant at first because Ive never had to leave my car anywhere for an extended period of time. My car looks 10x better after being serviced at Elite auto body shop than it did when I purchased it at the dealer ship.

While having to get bodywork done, and dealing with insurance companies, is never a great experience, the quality of Kens work, his responsiveness, fairness of pricing and professionalism make it the best experience it can be. A mechanic I trust recommended Elite Body Works to me. I went in confident about the quality of the work, the fairness of the price and the Kens integrity. I could not be more delighted by my experience.Ken and his team were very easy to work with and we quickly defined the work that needed to be performed. I received a quote within a few days. They conveniently completed all the work while I was out of the country on vacation, so I was able to pick up my car the day I came back. The car looks brand new. They even cleaned up the interior! Perhaps most importantly, Ken had to cut an executive decision to perform an additional repair that increased my bill. When he explain the reason to me, there was never a doubt in my mind that it was necessary. I cant express how comforting it is to be able to trust a shop to put my best interests first. If/when I need bodywork again, Ill definitely be back again.

Ken and his team are awesome. I dropped my car off and was not planning to get a rental but decided I needed one after the fact. I called Ken to let him know because my insurance didnt approve enough time. He dealt with my insurance company and made sure that was taken care of. He called me to let me know when it was and called me the morning my car was ready to let me know what time I could pick it up with ample time to make plans.I am so happy with my choice to go to Elite and if I ever need body work again I will not hesitate to go back. Ken is very personable and my car looked just like it did the day I drove it off the lot. Wish I could give them more than 5 Stars.

After just 2 months of owning a new to me Volvo, I got clipped in the rear bumper and quarter panel. I was very upset. This place was amazing! My 2010 Subaru Outback was hit from behind, and my husband found Elite online. Saw that it got 5 stars, so off we went! Ken Lucas was so professional, responsible, and courteous. My car was all set in only a week, and looked brand new when I got it back. The body work was perfect, and the inside was detailed to look like the car just came out of the showroom. As if that was not enough, Ken delivered my car to my driveway. To summarize, this is the place to go for bodywork. I could not be more pleased!

They make it look brand new every time, pretty quick to get the work done, and give the car a light detail with a wash and interior clean to top it off.
