I worked with Michael Tullie from sales. I went through the inventory online and found the Giulia Ti with the options and color I was looking for, then we did most of the numbers over email. By the time I stepped foot in the dealership all that was left to do was test drive the car. The process was very smooth. On the test drive Michael took the time to adjust some common settings, go over the infotainment interface, and point out some specifics about the car that were very helpful. I didn’t feel any sales pressure, the experience seemed to move at my pace. Finance department was one of the better experiences I have had compared to prior dealers. Scheduled pickup was quick and easy. The showroom is beautiful.

I would like to thank Joshua and the service department for such a tremendous job they did with the service of my 2018 Alfa Romeo Guilia. I was having a lingering tricky electrical problem and unfortunately had to take it in multiple times and instead of dismissing my complaint or getting frustrated with my multiple appearances they went the extra effort to diagnose the problem but also test, re-test, and re-re-test to make sure my car was ready to get back on the road and have not had a problem since.They told me there hasnt been a car they havent been able to fix, and I am so relieved they were right, but the over-the-top class and professionalism Joshua and the entire service department displayed during some very busy service weeks is what will keep me coming back. Service our Alfa Romeo Gulia; Josh and Seth are excellent to work with - now 2 separate times. Once for a full service, replacement of grill and complete detail/ cleaning. Although it took a bit long for the part to come in, The car was returned looking brand new and driving even better 😍Our next appointment was for a tire to be replaced. Unfortunately the distribution company sent the wrong tire, they were very apologetic / and because this visit took 3 extra days -- the staff offered the tire for free rather than accepting payment. Greatly appreciated as it was tough without a vehicle for the full 10 days. My only feedback for the dealership / service center - would be to offer loaner cars when keeping a vehicle that long.. especially for repeat customers.More so, standard tires should be kept on hand, the vehicles have run flats/ no option to use a spare.Anyways / over all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, will continue to work with them as needed.Plus their cars for sale are ddddoooooopeeee !!! 🔥

Great people . Tried their best to help . However I went to the dealer for an oil changed - got my car back with service engine on . After they performed what ever service they did .. they tried 3 times to fix it .. all of the sudden my turbo had an issue.. 😒. I should of just add oil to my engine and call it a day ..

I took my recently purchased Stelvio in for a checkup to see if there was anything it needed before the warranty expired. It took about an hour and a half.They identified a couple of things that need attention and I will definitely schedule another appointment soon to address those.They also said it needs a brake job. I was surprised by the price for front and rear pads and rotors (>$1000 each) but I guess thats to be expected on a car like this.BTW, their inventory of high end cars (Ferraris, Maseratis, McLarens, Bentleys, Porsches is incredible!

Wonderful new dealership. Seth and Sean in service are so nice and easy going. They will actually listen when you tell them what is wrong with your vehicle. The salesmen and mangers are great. They let me walk through the beautiful showroom and even sit in some of the high end cars. The dealership is so well kept and clean. Bottle water and coffee are there while you wait. I will definitely be back in the future to have my service do and possible buy my next new car there.

I was in the market for a late model M5 or possible new one. They had a year old one with low miles listed online. I called the dealership when they opened, told then I would be coming down to check it out at 2 pm, gave them the info on the trade I had and had an out the door price before I arrived. This is a vehicle north of $100k. I arrive at the time described and was surprised not to see the vehicle pulled out, in fact the vehicle was still in the line and had not been washed. They actually had me pull the car out so I could look at it. The car had buffing residue still on it. The paint was swirled, and there was adhesive all over the vehicle from where it had clearly been wrapped. Mind you this was a $100k plus vehicle with just over 5k miles. They apologized for the condition of the vehicle and I explained how disappointed I was to have wasted 8 hrs driving there and back. They would not go lower on the price even though the car was not what you would think it was. I left and bought a new 2021 M5 later that very day.
I was dreading buying a new car but I could not have had a more pleasant experience. Excellent service from start to finish and I left with my new car on the same day. What a pleasure. Thanks to Gabriel and Moses for a seamless snd painless transaction.

I recently purchased a my Porsche GT3 from here. I was nervous doing such a big purchase site unseen. I live in Texas and was very hesitant about having the car shipped 2k miles. The manager, Christian Kassis, was extremely helpful. He sent me a video and tons of pictures of the car before we made the deal. He was also extremely responsive whenever I reached out. (Trust me, I reached out plenty of times!) He also got me a great deal on enclosed shipping. The car arrived yesterday and it was flawless. I am truly in love with my Porsche. I also need to thank Moses their bank representative. He got me good terms on my tire warranty; which I hope I never need but everyone says it is a must have on this car. He was also very responsive. Been here for a service issue on my alfa romeo stelvio. They’re kind enough to go out of the way and drop me down the street. The service was to the point. Issues were taken care of efficiently. One the most exotic Alfa Romeo Maserati dealerships in the country. Huge collection of exotic cars is a sight. 😍Cons:The only time I didn’t get a courtesy cash wash out of the all of services i’ve been to over the years. It’s not their responsibility but we’re kinda used to get courtesy car washes on services.

My experience at Boston Motorsports was amazing!! I had been looking for a new car for quite some time and I saw exactly what I was looking for at this dealership. So I emailed and made an inquiry about it and Melissa answered me back promptly, answered some questions that I had and set up my appointment. Melissa greeted me outside and took me to my sales person Joseph who was equally amazing! We didnt feel pressured at all. When I test drove the car I knew I wanted it! Joseph sat down and explained everything thoroughly and gave me a deal I couldnt resist! Moses the financial person was awesome also! He explained everything to me and the paperwork could not have been made any easier to complete.I live on Cape Cod and they wanted to take a day to detail it so I said I would come up the next day. They were so nice and offered to have someone drive it down to me! Both my husband and I have been to many dealerships and have bought many cars over the years but Boston Motorsports by far was the best dealership we have ever dealt with! My car was brought in for a warranty service. They supposedly fixed it. On my way back to home state the check engine light came back on and my car had to be towed. I was in the middle of nowhere. There was no hotels, or car services or anything around. My children were with me. They were more concerned with trying to get me to pay money to fix brakes that didnt need to be fixed. My car didnt sound right and didnt drive right after leaving theyre dealership. STAY AWAYYYY! HEED MY WARNING!! Horrible place! Now Im out of the $846 they charged me for the brakes that I didnt need that they didnt even replace correctly. And my car is still waiting to be repaired at a real alfa romeo service center. Theyre crooks!

Advising and pressuring a potential customer to submit a financing application for a vehicle that can not be financed because it is older than 10 years and Bank of America as your main lender does not finance vehicles more than 10 years old. The 2009 Cayenne GTS should have never been submitted for financing, advising a customer into a negative financial scenario is the definition of 0 stars.

First service for my Stelvio went well. Needs an unexpected minor piece of work, and there were no loaner cars available so I wasn’t able to let them keep the car to complete it. Otherwise would have been 5 stars! Much better service than I have experienced from other local Alfa dealers.
My Levante suffered tyre gash and flat during snow on Fri Feb19 while we were leaving BOS to get back to CT. I drove 10 miles on flat front tyre and to each the dealership. I was helped and assisted by the service team with extreme curtesy, understanding and focus. They were extremely helpful in fixing the issue and getting us on the road within 2hrs. Much appreciated and would use them for my service if I lived in MA! Thank you.

Just purchased a 2020 Giulia Q4 from the team here. Its my second Alfa but the first purchased from this new dealership (which opened in January).The experience was excellent. They were prepared to provide a very good, no haggle price on the car. Financing was easy and seamless. All the tough paperwork was done remotely -- all I had to do was sign the sales agreement and pick up the car.Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the product and experience. They also love what they do and will happily showcase the many (very cool) exotics they sell from Alfa Romeo, Maserati and other makes (particularly their inventory of used supercars from McLaren, Aston Martin, and Porsche).TL;DR: A premium but accessible experience end to end in buying a car from friendly, knowledgeable staff.
