I just had my car serviced yesterday! I always enjoy going to Toyota Expressway! It’s like a second family you visit that never fails to give everyone the Red Carpet Treatment! From sales to service… from the General Manager to the Receptionist…EVERYONE IS simply Amazing! Joe, Stanley, Rick, Chuck, and Mr.Nguyen (I think that’s right) are just a few of the Great employees of Toyota I’ve gotten to know over these past few years! Happy to be a customer! But it’s even greater when it’s a Customer of Toyota Expressway on Morrisey Blvd!!! Ms.Goodman
Terrible service department. I asked for a shuttle ride home (4 miles away) and they said the oil change should only be an hour so no need for a ride. They then kept my car parked over an hour past my appointment start time and kept me waiting over two hours total while the shuttle van was parked. Every minute was social gathering and hangout time for the employees. No one follows the mask policy even though it’s posted everywhere. I found out my car was done when I went back and asked the service advisor - I never got a phone call or text like I have at other dealers even though the advisor confirmed my number. I took my keys and searched the lot for several minutes for my car which was parked behind the dealership on the street. Finally they returned the car filthy inside and out - forget about a car wash, they don’t even offer a third party car wash coupon. Also my car’s hood was left open, so I had to pull over and close it myself when I noticed. They also used my tire iron set and left it out in the trunk without putting it back where it was taken from. Supremely unprofessional.I’m not returning here ever again despite it being the closest Toyota dealership to my home. I advise you also save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

JD was awesome- very professional & courteous providing detailed explanations every step of the way! Always professional service members and managers. Timely service. Reasonably priced repairs. Large showroom with comfortable amenities when waiting for repair work to be done. Two cute dogs seem to roam the showroom for a sweet distraction when waiting. I would absolutely recommend Expressway Toyota for all service needs. Service manager Ann Marie is wonderful as is everyone I’ve dealt with personally.
I am genuinely impressed with our salesman Jason Tan. He knew the vehicle specs inside out, the differences between the models, and knew exactly what was and what was not equipped with specific features in his inventory. He didn’t waste our time, he told us what we needed to know and took the time to listen to our family needs. We appreciate the time he took to keep us informed regarding the status of our car registration as well as the proper documentation we needed. When we picked up our car, he ensured we understood every feature in our car and ensured it was registered with the Toyota App. Overall a very easy transaction and we highly recommend asking for Jason Tan specifically.We also appreciate Jessica who helped us register the Toyota app on our phones. She was so knowledgeable in every feature offered in the Toyota app. We were so glad to have had the opportunity to speak with her as we learned so much about the Toyota mobile app. We truly appreciate her taking the time to answer all of our questions (and I had a lot to ask). Expressway made the purchase of my truck very easy and seamless from the spec sheet build to final delivery. My salesperson (Jason Tan) kept me up to date every time there was a status update from the factory (schedule, build, transport, delays, etc.) throughout the entire 3 month period so I knew exactly when it was arriving and could coordinate the sale of my SUV. I’d recommend to anyone else they use expressway Toyota and would get my next Toyota from here.
I had a last minute trip planned with my family and I wanted to be sure my car was in good condition before taking the long drive. I called them on Monday and they were able to get me in for an appointment the very next day. They definitely take care of you here. I’d highly recommend to anyone, they make your needs their top priority!

I bought a 2018 Camry from here and the experience was great. Duke was very helpful and was with us all the way. He made sure we got the car the same day. The car was washed and looked perfect. I highly recommend this dealership.
Straight forward services and sales team. Made everything easy when buying a new vehicle and were not pushy with additional features/services. Their garage is easy to deal with for servicing. Overall an effective Toyota dealership.Only issue is that they are a bit outdated in their opinions on gender roles. My wife was not treated as an equal in the conversations concerning financing, test drives and other planning details by their sales people which was off-putting. Not sure this is really an active decision or just a culture of having a mostly male staff.

Casey Eames was the person who helped me through the process. My car was totaled in a flash flood which was obviously completely unexpected and the car market right now is not one I would have wanted to be needing a new car in, so I was not the happiest customer. Despite this, Casey was patient with me and kind and took the time he needed to explain everything to me so I knew I was getting the best deal possible in an admittedly unkind market. He never tried to trick me or sugar coated anything which made me feel in control of my decision. He also walked me through every single step of the process of leasing, which I had never done before. I highly recommend working with him to buy or lease your car.

It’s very cute and cozy inside with TV nice seats in a little café. All of the workers were walking around smiling and very pleasant and all helping each other. You don’t get that cutthroat sales person vibe when you go there. I had a really good experience I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Absolutely disappointing. Went into the dealership looking for a car and trading in my old one. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Treated me like I was a nobody and had no communication at all. I would give zero stars if I could. I was waiting for over 30 minutes for a trade in value for my old car and they told me nothing. I asked for the value of my old car and they told me I had to make a deal with them in order to know. Like do these people have common sense or what, a teenager could do better than these people. Absolutely terrible service, don’t even put your foot in there, what a waste of time honestly.

Being an enthusiast makes it hard for dealerships to take you seriously sometimes, but when I spoke to Rick in the parts department, he went above and beyond to explain even aftermarket parts and gave me a realistic comparison between them. He spent a good amount of time helping me figure out exactly what to get, even though he wasnt making a sale. That makes me feel confident that this place really has a customers best interest in mind, and isnt just about the money.
Car was serviced in a fair amount of time but when I returned no one seemed to know what day I left my car or what I was even referring to. The guy who signed me in at drop completely ignored me and left me standing there like a fool. It made me feel like I wasn’t a valued customer.

Buyer beware, not a very honest establishment, attempted to cheat me not once but twice. Was mislead about the current Toyota incentive plan, was told the plan was no longer available which turned out to be false. Also, after I informed them that my credit score was excellent they calculated my payments with a 9.9 percent interest rate without disclosing the rate to my. When I asked the manager why he did that he informed me that he does that to everyone. All down hill from there. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this dealer.
We went into Expressway Toyota feeling pretty frustrated after some bad experiences with other dealers. Matt & team were refreshingly different than the rest. When comparing pricing he was straight forward and transparent, no song and dance to get to the rate that we needed, no hidden fees, etc. This was my first time setting up a lease and Matt was patient with all of my questions. I love my car and would recommend Expressway Toyota to friends!

The vehicle was ready on time and I was given a thorough run through its features and I was ready to go. It seems every time I go in to get my car fix at Express Way they find something else wrong with the car. Expressways are very expensive to do the work on your car. Some places we have taken the car have cost $500- 1,000- cheaper for the exact same work. The staff is very professional, polite, and efficient.
As with any dealership, price negotiations are a part of the game, and incredibly annoying. I had initially asked a rep there to keep me posted if certain models make it to their dealership. Never heard back vs. The relentless pursuit of other dealerships for my business. Overall, friendly staff. Lease amount was ok enough for me to decide to go with them. A follow up from management would be nice after making such a big purchase, even to say thanks for your business. Overall, my experience their was mediocre. Will likely shop elsewhere when my lease is up for a place with a warmer environment.
If you cant accept an overpriced car, dont go. Their customer service cheated me twice, saying that there was a car in the store and I could test-drive it. But when I got there, the worker said no.

Customer service was good but the experience of what the car needed was not. Our engine light was on and we wanted to know what was wrong. We were told the car needed certain repairs and told us the cost we said ok. Then they said they were working on the car and it will be ready. The next day they call to say the car needed other repairs and the cost was very high. Why didn’t they tell us what all of the repairs were in the first place as we would not have paid for the first repair only to learn that way more was needed. Its like we were tricked. The light engine is still on and we noticed the bumper had been scratched while the car was in their care.
I went in for sevice, and they were excellent. I originally had an appojtment for Monday, but followed up when things took a turn for the worse and they were able to sneak me in on a Saturday.Peter helped me out, and he was very professional and communicative. Car repairs can be incredibly stressful, and he helped make it much less stressful than it usually is. will absolutely be going back to see them, again. Altbougy everyome genuinely seemed to be working hard and doing quality work, O will not hesitate to recommend seeing Peter if you can. Good guy, great service!

Horrible Customer Service!My mother is buying a new car and she has her mind set on a Toyota Rav4. This was the first Toyota dealership we went to. Bad idea...! I explained to the sales consultant that my mother wanted a Rav4, but that she wasnt so sure on which features she wanted the car to have. We were treated as if we were supposed to know exactly what model we were looking for. There was no help! There wasnt even a single Toyota Rav4 at the dealership that my mom could take a look at. I explained to the consultant that we wanted to possibly have an estimate on some financing options. The consultant didnt seem to care and made no effort to help. He was rude and forceful! After he showed us ONE single model buying option and within 5 minutes of us being there, he asked us if we wanted to leave a deposit. He insisted that there was a shortage in New Cars and that we had no other car buying options at the moment due to the shortage. Look, I get that there is a car shortage in the world due to a shortage in chip production. All we wanted was to hear our options, hear their best possible prices on a few different models, and possibly come back next week to buy the car (since they were the closest Toyota dealership and it made more sense to buy the car there). Well, thats not going to happen. Im not recommending this car dealership to anyone. We went there with the intention to possibly buy a new car and establish a good relationship with Expressway Toyota, but instead we left with the notion of having experienced the worst customer service ever.

I rented a car here. The manager over the rental car’s name is Abiner. I’ve been in sales and customer service for 10 years and I can honestly say I’ve never seen someone who has gone above and beyond as much as abiner. He was textbook good at every detail . This man should be given a huge raise. This guy truly understands what it means to go above and beyond. I never leave reviews but he was too good to not give a shout out.

I would try my best not to go back to expressway Toyota . I was promised my vehicle in an hour & half ..I got it two hours & fifteen minutes later . Maybe its because it was a warranteed part i was having done . But for the amount of employees on site i was expecting more professionalism .

This is a review for their service department. I made an appointment for a check engine light diagnostic and that I would be waiting. When I came they immediately tell me Im not a priority, so I would need to leave my car there for 4 hours. When I questioned why they needed to do that when a diagnostic tool takes a second to plug in, he was like it takes a long time and all the excuses. They charge money to do this service and yet dont want to make a quick 80-100. I popped down the street they did a diagnostic within 10 seconds for free in the parking lot, and I find out whats wrong with my car. Then they even pulled me in to double check. This was about 10-15 minutes all for free. Toyota Expressway will not honor appointments when they are the ones choosing to overbook themselves.
Always a great experience when I come in! Staff are very polite and accommodating. Always on right and make sure I can get Lyfts too and from as shuttle service. Never any problems with my car.
If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I have never received worse customer service in my entire life - which is saying something considering poor customer service is the norm in the post COVID-19 era. They sold me a lemon. They have proved themselves totally inept in repairing the issue, totally inept in providing the simplest of communication around the issue and have left me without a functioning vehicle for over 3 weeks now. Despite offering to get me a rental during repairs I still sit here car-less, unable to get work or do anything really. What an absolute disaster. I wouldnt consider buying from or dealing with Expressway Toyota ever again. Total disgrace.
My experience with Joe and the whole service team at Expressway Toyota was extrordinary; they went above and beyond for me. When Joe learned that they would need to keep my car for an extended period of time, for a hybred battery that was backordered, due to Covid issues, he reached out to me to get me on the list to borrow a car, and then pushed for my battery delivery, which ended up comming in much earlier than projected. Even prior to all that, when I learned that my hybrid battery needed to be replaced, he quickly assured me that he felt certain that it would be covered under my warranty, and did all the paperwork necessary for that to happen. I felt that the whole process, which could have been very stressful, turned out to be very smooth and painless.
I went here recently just to browse and ended up finding the perfect match. Casey Eames absolutely went to bat for me and hooked it up. Ask for Casey if you plan on buying a car from here!

We ended up driving out of our way to Expressway after two failed test drive attempts at another Toyota dealership. I called on our way down to confirm the CPO Highlander we were interested in was still available and when we arrived Casey had us in the car on a test drive within 10 minutes. That first car wasn’t for us but Casey was able to show us more of what we were looking for. I loathe the negotiating process where we had to push a little more for our trade-in than I liked (minus 1 star) but overall happily purchased our car from Expressway and working with Casey was great!

I worked with Jason Tan to purchase a new prius prime xle. The entire process was very easy and relaxed. I was informed throughout the process what I needed to bring and when I can pick up the car. Jason was also very helpful to explain details about the car, his own experience, and setting up the Toyota app. Overall it was the best car buying experience I ever had.

Based upon my recent service experience with the Expressway Toyota staff, I give this dealership a rating of (MINUS 0-1) for their unprofessionalism, impolite, beyond nasty personalities when dealing with customers (problem solving). Their professionalism dealing with customers is the worst I have experienced and my friends and family have stopped going to this dealership (took their business elsewhere) for the same reason.

I bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla at Expressway in December, 2 hours after leaving the dealer: I tried to return it, they said that I have to give $3000.00 for them to take it back. I called the sale manager more than 5 times and left messages until now they never returned my call. The car was running great only with ticking clock sound coming from the right side. 3 months later, I returned to the dealer for oil change and tire rotation. After leaving the dealer: the car became very shaky and some days later noise started coming out of the back tires, I checked under the car and found out that it was damaged, fixed and repainted but not reported to Carefax. Today I went back for service and told them about the problems, they kept the car for almost 3 hours and me waiting. After they gave me the key and said there is nothing wrong with the car. I turned it on: under 2 minutes I could hear and feel all the problems.I returned the car inside and let them know that the car was not fixed: one of the employees came out and said: calm down, I told him that Ive been waiting for almost 3 hours and the car is not fixed, he said that he doesnt care and asked:are you a mechanic? I said yes, he said get your car and get the f out and then he walked away. Mr P came to talk to me and the guy that told me to get the f out was coming, I called him by his name, suddenly he became mad and was coming towards me, Mr P stopped him twice. If he got close to me: he would force me to defend myself. I got in my car and left, probably Ill bring it to an independent mechanic to see whats wrong.

Something really sad happened to me today. My money inside the armrest was stolen after oil change. I want to remind everyone not to put any valuable inside the car. They have the car for an hour for doing the service and anything could be happened. I wish the gentleman who stole my money use the money in right way, please buy some healthy good food and new clothes to your kids. God bless.
