My girlfriend and I are going to be on the road a lot pretty soon and we were looking for an upgrade to keep us comfortable with 2 dogs. Gary Keith immediately spotted us and promptly took us to see the car we wanted. He didnt waste time with anything they wanted to sell us. We were in and out within an hour. To say the least, you can say Gary is a great guy while taking care of everything and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.
Terrible customer service. Terrible service department. Dont give accurate wait times. Brought my car in for a roof repair and they ended up chipping the paint. Now they are telling me the chip was my fault. They took a 365 degree picture of my car before the repair but seemed to have missed the one spot that they chipped. I am seen in their security cameras pointing to the spot in question, informing them of the loose roof. When pointing out the issue, there is no chip on the paint. When seeing if the top was tight after the service, I noticed the chip. When I brought my car in at 7:40 AM, I asked for a rental car for the day. I was assured the service would be quick and was asked to wait instead. So I waited for 2 hours which was not quick in my mind. My appointment was not until 10 AM but when I made the appointment, I was requested to drop the car off as early as possible and was assured they would have a rental car for me.

As I had lease from quirk Chevy and really wanted a ram, it was a breath of fresh air to find Gary who was up front and worked with me. I don’t have great credit and unlike every other salesman it didn’t phase him and I was able to get into the truck I wanted. He didn’t show me anything I couldn’t afford like most salesman. I’m a very indecisive person and he let me take a test drive a couple times which was great. All around I would recommend anyone to go find Gary and maybe some other salesman should be taught by him before starting to sell vehicles. car buying has never been fun and the anxiety of leaving with the feeling that u didn’t get a deal is something I never experienced with Gary. 10 stars

The staff:wonderful. The service: great. I would ask that the goal should be to go above and beyond. I Informed the representative that I was heading to VT to take my son to college. The flat tire was replaced with the spare. I had to stop in Randolph to put air in the tire. Also. I needed an oil change. No one noticed. I normally go to braintree ( I have for 13 years). These guys are awesome! They have the car purchasing process down to a science. I made an appointment, test drove 2 cars and asked all the questions I needed to. If I could give Quirk 10 stars I would!! I was in the middle of moving daughter from Boston to NY and I got two damaged tires and wheels. I was in a very BAD situation where I needed to get my car fixed ASAP or the only alternative was to leave my car in Boston and come back some time when it was fixed. This Service department did EVERYTHING they could to fix it ….and they DID!! They were so accommodating and friendly. They even took pictures for my insurance company. And all by 2pm in the afternoon. I couldn’t say enough about this place and how they saved me LOTS of misery!!!

I have to say Quirk exceeded expectations when I recently needed to replace my windshield wipers motor on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Chris in service was detail oriented and followed up with me as promised. He even got Jeep to cover 95% of the costs. I wouldn’t hesitate to go here.
Was told when we leased the Jeep that we would get three free oil changes and tire rotations. Just tried calling to schedule our first oil change and was told this is not the case. These people are swindlers out to make a buck. I would look someplace else.

Had a great experience with David in the service dept. Had a very weird/specific work that had to be done (under warranty). David was accommodating, helpful, and communicative with information about what had to get done and how fast. Thankful it is being taken care of easily and swiftly, even when every other dealership told me it would be a week+ before it could be taken care of.

Well, This time was no different. EXCEPT. once I was at Quirk Dodge Jeep Ram in Dorchester. I met Lauren Manning and everything was different. I cant tell you how happy I was. she was assigned to be my salesperson. Lauren was knowledgeable and able to explain all my options. Had to bring my Jeep here twice in the space of 2 months. First time was after 3 days of purchasing the car(purchased from an online seller) the exhaust pipe fell and this location was suggested to me by the company I purchased the Jeep from. It took them a month to get the Jeep back to me, after getting the run around from the warranty company. First time around I felt as though I had to be the one contacting Quirk to find out the status. Turns out I needed more than just a new exhaust, from the pictures posted I needed new tires, a new belly pan and a few other things(I cant recall). But once everything was done there was no issues with turnover. After a month of driving I had to bring her back due to an oil leak(not sure if related), this time things were smoother. No external warranty company to go back and forth with seeing I was still under manufacturers warranty. Was able to drop my car off overnight, leaving my key in a lockbox and having the repair done and returned the next day. Thank heavens I didnt have to wait another month!!😊
I worked with Maroun and his team. We identified a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was the perfect trim model for the first car my wife and I bought together. We had a superb experience working with him. Additionally, we were up against a deadline because we were leaving town for a pre-planned trip together. They made sure it was ready for us within two days.I also like that their new cars are actually new (less than 12 miles on it when we drove it), unlike other dealers we visited that had new cars with 100+ miles on them. Well definitely go back to Quirk in the future.

Had a great experience buying my 2021 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Was able to walk out with the car almost instantly. The girls I delt with on the phone were very quick and very understanding with my situation. The manager was very nice and also understanding of my situation. They were not pushy or forceful at all. They also have a great selection of cars and Offroad ready Jeeps.

Never felt pressured! Lauren Manning was the salesperson we negotiated with and she was amazing. She went back and forth between us and her manager at least four times, but never complained or showed any frustration with us. Ive been here almost 2 hrs for an oil change still waiting. The worst experience for an oil change ever. Had an appointment at 1pm and its 252pm and Im still here waiting for my car to come out smh. I dont recommend this place if you have a time frame. My first and last time Im coming here. They did not notified me of an airbag recall that they are replacing. I had to ask them whats taking so long to get the car out and finally let me know after I asked terrible customer service

Went in for 6 month service/first oil change (we dont put many miles on it). Guys were excellent in the service department. I was out in about 20-25 min. While I was there every other service customer seemed to be happy as well.
Lauren manning was great. I went in for a specific jeep and left with the exact one i wanted and it was my first time trading in a car for a brand new one also first time leasing and she was very patient with me and explain everything perfectly for me to understand. Ill be looking for her when my lease is up thats for sure!

We went for a test drive, agreed to numbers, completed the documents, all within within 45 minutes and while we were all wearing face coverings! Rude service technician manger/supervisor who told me b/c of a puck lift on a 2019 fully loaded Jeep it caused radar to go out.Wanted to charge me $300 bucks for a 30 minute job.Went to another dealership and they fixed it for FREE without a hassle. I only come here for simple things and because its in the neighborhood.
Worst dealership Ive ever dealt with. Leased a new truck the deal was to pay off the 2 months on my return. They blew me off when calling and said its in the contract we never said that. I dont have a hard copy because it was during the peak of covid so it was all electronic. Very untrustworthy. Almost ruined my credit because I didnt know i had an outstanding balance. Ill never go back there again and I warn everyone to be careful

As a first time new car purchaser I was skeptical at first but Charbel was able to get me an amazing deal on my dream truck. Where things went wrong was after signing the lease he gave me the phone number for the bank and essentially said figure it out on your own.
Overall a great place to shop for a Jeep.The sales staff is very professional hard-working and friendly.The only negative thing was a big selling point to me.My jeep had all the same extras, However before I purchase the jeep I was told that The new Jeep had the UConnect remote control start and antitheft on it that you could download the app on your phone.Because of this added feature I decided to agree to buy the newer car even though the interest rate was higher than I wanted I really like this feature it was definitely an improvement from my 2019 Jeep Wrangler.So many other things that you could do with this app and I was very excited about that.I was told by the manager that they could help me with this app download it and show me all about it.After I bought the jeep sign the paperwork and was handed the keys I asked about it and they said oh sorry that’s not included😕
