Visited the Prudential Center store yesterday a (few minutes after noon) and the young gentleman working there (unfortunately, I did not catch his name) was a pleasure to meet. Always refreshing to have a pleasant conversation during these strange times. He kindly made the very best milk chocolate covered strawberry I have eaten in a very long time. I cannot thank him enough. He totally made my day. I highly recommend this store for a mid-day pick-me-up.Go get yourself a strawberry or a delicious piece of chocolate. Enjoy!

Stopped by here after the skywalk observatory. Small but well kept and friendly cashiers. Soft serve ice cream was great although like everything around here a little on the pricey side. But good portions so we split one. The dark chocolate cones werent all we were hoping them to be but the chocolate ice cream had that signature godiva taste, vanilla not so much (duh).

I was in a panic looking for a specific item which they were out of. I asked a team member who was so friendly & helpful that she gave me the advice that the Barnes & Noble in the mall may have some. I ran over there & found it. Instead of her just stating they ran out, she offered to help & saved the day!

After visiting this location a couple of times (the new location in PRU included), service is consistently snide and unpleasant. On this go round, a female attendant waited on me with a fairly low level of decency you’d expect from a place that would like to stay in business.

It is expensive. Right. But I can’t stop buying ice cream here... I love deep chocolate ice cream!!

How do you ruin a black friday shopping experience？ Having the world renowned godiva having temp workers providing poor customer experience. This lady clearly has no clue about serving their soft-serve and worse she knew we are godiva members but failed to ask us for the membership card until after we paid. What did she say？ There is nothing we would do about it. And I am letting google review do the talking.

The front desk staff was terrible! She always have a discouraged face every with impatient service. She is soooooo mean! She has serious racial discrimination. I hope the owner can fire her, and really cant stand her service. Although the food is good, dont come to this store! Unless the owner fired her, Otherwise I dont think I will come again! I highly recommended to fire the clerk and I will call the police if I receive this service again. This place is sucks！ never ever come!! We need to make owner know their services and stuff is horrible!!!

The prices are extremely high which I understand is at least partially necessary for the location but $7 for one chocolate covered strawberry is insane... They are good but not that good... Next time Ill get a slice at cheesecake factory for the same price and have way more to eat.

They were so ignorant not kind to us. The staff that I oredered icecream was not VERY kind. I regretted right away when I walk into the shop. Very unpleasent.

Their parfaits are fabulous! I highly recommend the caramel one~♪ The staff is super dandy too!

Love the chocolate! This is the perfect place to go when you have a chocolate craving. It is pretty pricey but the quality and taste of the chocolate is worth it.

Several days in a row ive been going to this particular store and every time they have a sign closed that theyll be back in 15 min and no one comes back to open up the store even though its during the listed store hours. They should have more than 1 person working so if one has to run out somewhere, they dont close the store and inconvenience customers.

Got a nice deal in prudential towers...milk chocolate was our favorite.everyone loved our gift boxes....

Godiva as a product isn’t what’s being rated here, but the poor customer service.Employees were extremly unproffessional, very hesitant to serve, and instead of giving me my monthly free truffle as a member they billed me for it! I waited 15 minutes for a godiva shake! Had to repeat my order a number of times because they were just uninterested!

Prices are a little ridiculous, but the chocolate has never disappointed. Fruit infused chocolate is my favorite!

I tried their trufflettas (spelling?) for the first time today and got Oreo for myselfand Salted Caramel for my boyfriend. First, the salted caramel does not taste anythinglike salted caramel, it tastes like cold hot chocolate. Second, the drink was way toosugary to the point that I started feeling sick, I could not finish the drink and threw it awayhalf empty. What surprised me the most was that even my boyfriend who has a very highsugar tolerance also felt sick from his drink. I like their chocolate a lot, but their drinks are rather bland and dont taste very well. I was very disappointed and will not be having anything other than their chocolate again.

Worst place in Boston for one there racist they discriminate against all color of race especially black there always thinking where stealing some thing when all we wanted to do was be helped they have some women in there that has a STD that makes the store smell Gross 🤢🤮 and on top of that no one wears gloves when it comes to handling money or the chocolate I will never go back there I feel like everyone health is at risk there we pay for over priced chocolate that they don’t take care off I even saw one of there own Asian employees steal money out the cash register in front of me but yet every time I walk by there everyone is always on there phone like this isn’t high school ladies Customers actually DEPEND ON YOU TO DO YOUR JOB instead of treating it like a Toilet

The chocolate is very great, but one of the employee was very lazy. I asked a package for a gift and it did a very bad work. I finished the package at home. Look the picture.
