First impressions: Small closet room size shop. Haven’t tried their candies yet. Limited selections and pricy. Only one clerk. Nobody came to assist me. Poor service. Not wasting my time and hard earned money here.

Looks cute, but dont let that deceive you. Most of the candy tastes blisteringly average and some tastes like cough medicine. It costs 9 dollars for a 2x2x2 box of chocolate covered almonds. All in all, its overpriced average candy packed in a cute package. Spend your money elsewhere.

Review for its online service, bought a sweet and sparkling 9 cube bento box gift via Macys site, but it was fulfilled by sugarfina themselves. Initially Macys emailed back saying Backordered and asked if I want to wait or do nothing and they will cancel the order. I chose to cancel the order, then I got a message from sugarfina that they shipped it one week later..ok. why not. Then I got the holiday edition instead of the sweet and sparkling edition. Big difference! The only similar item in it is one box of champagne gummies bear. Everything else was not to my favor. I wanted peach bellini gummies and rose sparkle rose not eggnog candies and coffee martinis. Refund as I asked would have been preferred than substituting something totally different.

This is my favorite candy store! They have an incredible selection of gummies, chocolates, hard candies and more. The store is bright, well designed and very appealing. The candy cubes make a perfect gift for any occasion. I recommended the champagne bears and the baby whales.

Good range of chocolates. My dauther loves them.

Diane is a sweet =heart and the Handmade Caramels are perfect gifts. Yum.

What can I say its just great.

Sales associate had a attitude when my little brother asked for a another samples he was only a excited 8 years old excited to eat thinking that we were only going to eat the samples and leave but I have money and made my little brother sad I know that if they lose me as a customer wouldn’t me a different but ever take your attitude on a children whose done nothing wrong to you it was the worst experience hope they get better employees and at least have better customer service skills cause that was disrespectful and she made it seem like we didn’t belong here like we were below her I would NEVER shop at sugarfina again ever hope she gets fired

I must say that since I saw the place I loved it, the concept of the place is very cute, the sweets and combinations are delicious. But at least the staff didnt make me feel welcome, I even felt discriminated against.The gummies have the exact amount of sugar to avoid being harsh. They taste exactly what each label says, they dont really taste like the classic artificial flavors that many gummies have. I highly recommend the Jamaican with strawberry.As for prices, do not expect the same as in any supermarket, as the brand says, $ 9.00 for a box of 99gr. and they have a 3 × $ 28 promotion on one of their cute little gift boxes.For some promotion this day they were giving away a box of chocolates and when I asked about mine, they simply said no.It is a pity that I could not have a pleasant experience and I will certainly not buy here again, but not to stay with the craving it was good.
