They did beautiful work designing and custom making my engagement ring and wedding band. When I wasn’t entirely happy with my wedding band originally, they were more than happy to make adjustments to it and ended up making a whole new ring for me. Their pricing is fair and better than what you can find at online retailers. I will definitely go back to them the next time I need fine jewelry and would recommend them to any friend!

I hate to write this bad review, the owners really are wonderful people and I enjoyed interacting with them. However, they were not able to create the engagement ring we asked for. We asked for a simple seamless halo, what we received was poor craftmanship (the gaps between the diamond and halo were filled with a random yellowish solder alloy). We have brought this ring back 3 times for them to fix it, but every time it was worse than the last. Not to mention, when we received the ring he made it the completely WRONG size. After the last time we just gave up and brought this to another jeweler to fix. Im really sad that we spent so much money on a horrible ring. Such an important time in my life was clouded by the terrible experience we had dealing with this. We were 110% scammed.

Hands down, best jewelry purchase experience Ive ever had. I never knew buying diamond rings can be such a pleasant experience; I might now be obsessed! But Averik and Zeki (the owners)s calm, patient, and welcoming presence really eased our anxiety and made us feel at home. Showed me diamonds they had In store as well as other diamonds in broader inventory. We looked at diamonds under microscope in addition to loop. So my fiance got me the most incredible engagement ring with a very unique design, which includes diamonds on the side of the setting. These sneaky side diamonds presented a bit of a challenge when it came to the wedding band, as standard bands do not lay flat when stacked. Z and his wonderful wife designed the most beautiful wedding band for me that was based on 3 different designs, was complex, and had to fit just right around the complicated engagement ring structure. I was a bit wary of how it would come out, but it was 1000% better than I could ever have imagined! The design is perfection, the quality is outstanding, and even as a raging bridezilla I can say the service and experience was incredible. I will only use Z for any future custom work and/or when I am seeking high quality pieces. I highly recommend him!

Indeed Boston Diamond Studio is the best. Both Zeki and his wife are very kind, easy to work with, proud of their trade and honest business owners. They were able to provide me with a diamond that was larger and higher quality than I expected to be able to afford at a great price, valuing over $2,000 of what was charged.Putting the beautiful diamond aside, Zekis casting work is amazing. My favorite part of the ring is not the diamond, but the engineering and perfection of the ring that held the diamond.

Zeki and Arvik genuinely cared about what I was buying and why I was buying it, they wanted to hear the story. Their smiles after the sale were genuine, not because the sale closed but because they were emotionally invested in ME. They spent the time teaching me from start to finish diamond knowledge and finding the perfect ring. Later, When she brought it to get sized their excitement was just the same. Their quality is excellent and prices are fair and reasonable, but More importantly, when you buy an engagement ring from them you are building a new relationship with a family business that cares about you. We became Facebook friends, and it’s a nice feeling when “your diamond guy” likes a photo. I am proud to announce that my engagement ring search has ended and i am extremely satisfied with the end product. I loved the service, my fiancee loved the ring, and our friends loved the fact that we finally got engaged after 6 years!I visited multiple jewelry dealers in Boston and ultimately decided to go with Zeki and Arvik because of two reasons; They showed much more enthusiasm and are more transparent about their prices.Arvik was extremely attentive and made every possible effort to make sure i get the perfect ring for my fiancee. Arvik took the time to ensure i understand what is important in a quality diamond. She also showed me multiple band options and diamond options and how each will compliment one another. She was very patient when she showed me multiple diamonds in combination with different bands. I was able to visualize what the perfect engagement ring would look like; for me, it was a thin rose gold band with a quality solitaire diamond.Zeki was very proud of the quality of their diamonds and it showed through when he taught me how to use the jeweler magnifier. We spent time looking at multiple diamonds under magnification and it was an absolute blast to see such fine defects that would never be caught with naked eyes. At the end of the day, we discussed price and the process was 100% transparent. He showed me the price he gets the diamond for and the commission that he charges. After some comparisons with other jewelry dealers, i determined Zeki gave me the most for my money.My experience with Zeki and Arvik was stress-free and transparent and i would recommend my friends and family to them. What a wonderful experience!Long story short, I found a new mount for my (27 year old) engagement diamond at an auction and couldnt resist the price. I work near the Jewelry Building, so I looked up some reviews for a good jeweler. I was just going to get some estimates from a few shops, but after talking with Arvik and Zeki, I decided this was the place. Arvik was so passionate about their work and was very gracious in terms of keeping to my budget- it was fun to look around for future ideas, though! The mounting I had was not necessarily the perfect fit for my diamond, but Zeki promised he would do what he could to make it work for me. He was SO right! I had an amazing experience buying an engagement ring. Zeki and Arvik took a great amount of time reviewing designs and choices with me and suggested some details and nuances I had not considered and were excellent. They were also able to secure the perfect diamond for the ring. Zeki was able to craft the ring in a few weeks and the final product was wonderful; I was just blown away by the quality, attention to detail and the brilliance of the diamonds and design as a whole. My fiancée was floored when I presented the ring and her entire work place collectively lost their minds when she came in Monday. When we go out people have stopped her to comment on what a gorgeous engagement ring she has. I could not be happier! Cant wait to go back for wedding bands!

Ill provide my more detailed experience below but I wanted to start by saying I had an amazing experience working with Zeki and Arvik. They were both very understanding of the budget I was working with and custom built a ring from scratch with incredible hand engravings for a very reasonable price!For about 1-2 months prior to finding Boston Diamond Studio, I had been searching other jewelers trying to find styles and designs she liked. One day I suggested we try the Jewelers Building. Upon walking into the building, it was a bit intimidating with so many stores. Boston Diamond was the only business to actually come open their door and enthusiastically welcome us into their business! The first couple shops we went into, nobody seemed interested to help us or want to answer our questions.The customer service we received from Zeki and Arvik was amazing. They cater to every customer very carefully. After looking at a few rings in their display, my girlfriend and I had spotted a ring we both liked. The only comment we had was that we wanted to make some modifications to the one that was there. Zeki brought me into his office privately to discuss the price, he even offered me a bottle of water and snack (I probably looked nervous haha). I was not sure if there would be a big impact on the price in order to have the ring made from scratch with these modifications. To my pleasant surprise the ring was still in my budget and they were able to produce the ring in just a couple of weeks. I was so excited when I went to pick up the ring. The entire ring looks so beautiful. There are hand engravings along the band and a beautiful halo surrounding the center stone. It looks so amazing!!!When I proposed to my fiance two weeks ago she absolutely loved it from the moment she saw it! All of her friends are asking for the details and everyone really loves the ring, especially us. I will definitely be recommending this business to all of my friends who are thinking about proposing.Thank you Zeki and Arvik for such an amazing experience. I feel so blessed that I met Zeki and Arvik in Boston. Zeki was very responsive, found a rare stone I wanted, and had it delivered the next day. On top of that, I wanted a celtic style ring similar to a retail one I saw. They had an exquisite example of a prior ring they did, but were able to top that with a customized one exactly the way I wanted it. They did things with platinum I did not know were possible, with a rare latticework that was feminine, delicate, and sturdy with inlaid diamonds. Gorgeous. On top of the ring itself, which turned out amazing, their service was excellent. Arvik was a reassuring perspective throughout the process as well, and their tag team husband and wife guidance made it all the more a special process from start to finish. We are both so happy with the end result. We both give them our highest recommendation. My fiancee is thrilled and so am I !

Boston Diamond Studio is absolutely amazing. My fiance and I got both our wedding rings custom made there. They gave us exactly what we wanted while helping us with the finer details. The owner both works the front desk with his wife and Hand Makes all of the custom rings himself. This means no chance of miscommunications between salesperson and craftsperson which means you get what you want. Zeki and his wife are complete professionals in every sense of the word and will take care of you every step of the way. On top of this their prices are incredible. If you need custom jewelery made this is THE place to go.

After purchasing our engagement ring at Barmakian, we decided to look around for our wedding bands. We happened to wander into Boston Diamond Studio and all I can say is that I wish we would have found this place before we purchased the engagement ring. Arvik and Zeki were absolutely wonderful and created rings for us that Barmakian wanted nearly twice as much for.My wifes ring looks so incredible that all of her friends have asked her how much it cost and want to get something similar. I cant recommend them enough. If you want the best service and the best jewelry, dont waste your time going elsewhere. This is as good as it gets.
