Ive bought several chains with diamonds pieces and every piece Ive bought from him the diamonds fall out and when he replaced them they aren’t even real diamonds he replaced them with. He’s not kind when there is a problem. Also Ive waited weeks for my piece that didnt even cone out right. He gave me a smaller pendant then what I actually paid for! Bad service and bad quality!!!!!!

Lousy customer service and product. Bought a 1200$ pendant that was suppose to come with a 14k chain. Chain turned out to be actually 10k and one of the ropes from the tennis style chain ripped in 3 days. (Could be my fault but I’m very careful). Live 2 hrs from him so I made sure the exact pendant was still available. He said yes and suggested I put 100$ deposit to hold the pendant. The day I arrive to pick it up he said it’s out of stock. “Take this one for now and next week when shipment arrives I will exchange for you.” It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve received no exchange and now stuck with a product that wasn’t what I put a deposit for. The “gold” hinges that hold the pendant together are peeling off revealing some silver material underneath. The piece hasn’t even been near water. I haven’t gotten the diamonds tested but I wouldn’t be surprised if they weren’t what was advertised. He has little regard for customers spending under 10,000$. His customer service is great to those who spends 5 digits up.

Less than 24 hours after buying my ring a diamond fell out. We were referred to him by someone that does a lot of business with him and he told that person he gave us a “great deal” but it was listed on his Instagram for the same amount we paid LOL. Bought a bustdown vs Cuban bracelet 60 grams labeled as 14k I go to my local jeweler to trade it in 2 months later to find out he pulled a fraud move . The jewelry tested as 10k was charged for 14k and his name and 14k stamp is on the piece . Contact him before going any further with this and he reply’s with a smart remark and refuses to respond any further, however the diamonds were real and it was 10k gold but man ….fraud at its finest

Terrible product and service! Ordered a medium Jesus head charm with a 10k rope necklace. Received completely different order then was advised to be happy because I received a larger necklace then purchased (not true my charm was so small it looked tiny on my 7 yr old son) later Mr.Exclusive informed my item was out of stock after already confirming product available before purchase. Later after offering a refund it was snatched off the table and instead offered a $50 rebate to keep the baby necklace. In order to receive my money back I had to make a claim through PayPal. Buyer beware. After commiting to a piece and taking deposit, they sent a picture of the piece being worked on. 2 days later they sent a notification that the piece was no longer available and offered 2 different options to exchange for. The problem is both of these different options were lesser quality, smaller, way less diamonds and cheap looking but wanted to charge the same price. They tried to argue that the piece was the same size however it was clear in the picture in the hands of the same person that pieces were smaller. After canceling and asking for a refund all of a sudden the piece was magically available. We asked for a refund and there was no response until the following day when he claimed the piece was already finished. Decided to continue with the purchase and wanted to pick it up. He insisted on shipping the piece which I did not feel comfortable with. When I arrived to pick up, the address given was not correct. When I finally found the correct location, I was asked for my name and then asked for a picture of the piece I ordered. When the piece was brought out it was on a smaller chain then what was agreed upon. After arguing that fact and going back and forth, the correct length chain was finally produced. After all of these negative experiences I asked for the diamonds to be tested. The reaction from every employee in that store what as if they had seen a ghost. The owner almost refused to test the diamonds and accused me of questioning his integrity. At this point I demanded a full refund so he proceeded to test the diamonds. He tested the diamonds at 12 oclock, 6 oclock, 3 and 9 oclock, skipping every diamond in between. When I asked him to test the diamonds in between I was met with much resistance. When he finally tested the diamonds in between, none of them tested positive as authentic diamonds. The owner nervously kept tapping his pen saying there was something wrong with the diamond tester. At this point I became upset and demanded but he produce a piece where all the diamonds tested authentic or I was going to call the cops and wanted my money back. He said he probably just needed to clean the piece. When he went to the back I did not allow him to take the diamond tester with him. It took him about 30 to 40 minutes to come back after supposedly cleaning the piece. At this time every diamond tested as authentic. Be careful!!! This guy is a crook!!! If not for the sentimental value and the urgency for the piece needed as a gift, I would not have completed this purchase. To add insult to injury, didnt even want to give me a receipt for the full value I paid. I had to demand that as well. I wonder how many people this guy has ripped off. Just realized the chain is 10kt. I have messages clearly stating the chain would be 14kt to match the pendant. (Here is a message I just received from the owner after he read my review at 9:30pm : Youre a piece of work. You dont deserve it just bring it back. Your warranty also voided unless you remove the review.) Needless to say, I now have to get the piece checked for authenticity and appraised. I may have to contact my attorney. Update: gold is not 14k. Under karated. Sold me 10k gold and all communication states I was supposed to get 14k!!!! Scam!!!! Fraud!!!
