If you have any questions about consumer audio devices, visit this store and talk to Isaac. smoothest retail transaction I had in a decade! also, i was told one can return a product for FULL refund up to 30 days even if it’s been opened as long as the product does not have wear and tear / visible damage. i haven’t heard that from any merchant so far in the USA.

Beautiful shop on a beautiful street with beautiful musical electronics.

Its getting rare to see a company support its products for long. I brought in a 10-year-old speaker that needed work. They accepted it with a modest deposit. While I was there, I saw a turntable from the 80s that needed a tune-up. 30 years old, and theyre still willing to service it!

The sales guy there is really nice and helpful. Even if you happen to forget to change out of sweatpants he showed me all their cool audio stuff. Plan on going back to pick up an h9i when it is stocked.

Without doubt, B&O audio products are some of the best out there. The design, the build quality, the sheer experience of buying, owning, and using the product. The manager of this store seemed like he was personally invested in the brand—an enthusiast himself. He was very knowledgeable and welcoming.

Went in last month and dealt with a seriously rude salesperson! I wanted to buy a pair of E8s, and he tried to sell me a used couple at full price. He claimed that they were open but never used yet I could see the dirt on them. This company is dishonest. When I questioned why I should have to pay the full price he got defensive. I just walked out and bought them on Amazon.

The sales rep, Bob, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me just the experience I was looking for. Defiantly the place to purchase quality audio.

I had a weird experience in this store - the salesperson (perhaps a manager or the owner) first inserted himself into my conversation with another salesperson (I was the only client in the store), then announced that essentially everything but B&O was junk, then told me that I was clueless about everything, and finally started yelling at me to leave the premises and wouldve probably push me out with his chest if I were not fast enough to get out :-). My take - look for B&O products elsewhere if you have a choice.
