This Thursday, I brought my phone to CPR on Newbury St. Boston, after having problems hearing the voices on incoming calls,. The tech when checking out the phone quickly figured out the problem, it needed a new small ear phone speaker. He offered to have it ready in 2 hours, but I ended up picking it up the next morning and it works perfect again. Great customer service, Thank you! Patrick

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AT ALL. This is genuinely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I brought in the phone on a Monday, they said they would order the part that day and have it in Tue, Wed at latest and get back to me. Sure, whatever. Thursday comes with no response. I email them, they get back to me saying they need another day. I email them back Friday, no response. No response until I physically go into the store Sunday and they say that theyve been backed up and need one more day. Okay, whatever. I email Monday, no response. Tuesday, no response. Over the course of 2 weeks, I got 3 emails total after I sent about 10 regarding the status of my phone. I stressed multiple times that I needed it for job related things. And then when they told me that they couldnt do anything, it was 2.5 weeks later and they still made me wait to come get it because they didnt have it at the original location. And then when I asked if I could at least get a data transfer, since I had to get a new phone since I had been 2.5 weeks without a phone, they tried to charge me $100 to transfer the data. Go literally anywhere else. This place is horrific with customer service.

Ali and the young woman [and I dont remember her name, sorry] were fantastic, especially Ali going way, way out of his way to pick up an Apple 7 & 8 phone on foot [lost his bike] at the warehouse for the company. Then, he gave me 3 YouTube videos to explain and help the new user all the ins and outs of the 7. And transferred all my data from my Motorola phone to my iPhone 7.This is my second smart phone Ive purchase at CPR - Back Bay store. Always great service, always professional and very helpful.Better than writing a review of this store, I do tell all my friend about you guys and the great service Ive received.

I dropped my phone and the screen needed replacement. CPR did a great job at a fair price. After I was home for a few hours, my screen failed. These guys were surprisingly honest and decent, admitting that they might not have tested the screen for a long as necessary and they fixed it again at no additional cost. These days, I dont think many companies would admit this and it makes me trust them even more. I would recommend this company highly to anyone who needs their phone repaired.

Everyone here was excellent, and you can tell they all care about doing a quality job on fixing your device. They had my phone repair completed within an hour and a half, and you would never be able to tell anything was wrong with it to begin with. The staff was all friendly and knowledgeable, and any further tech issues I have will absolutely be brought here to address. Could not recommend them more.

Be carefull of what you pay. Parts cost much cheaper if you buy them yourself online. Over priced!

The team went above and beyond to fix the cell phone in a one day turn around. The woman stayed late the night before to get the invoice and request in and then late the following night waiting for the phone fix to be completed. I would recommend CPR to anyone and also would go back if I had any other cell phone problems.

My iPhone 10 was cracked horribly! I was assured that it would be back up and running. Sure enough it was! I highly recommend them.

I want to tell you the story of the LG G2 that couldnt. Or wouldnt. And in all honesty, probably shouldnt. But thanks to the unbelievable techs at CPR, it did. My sisters old LG G2 died, and the baby photos of her recently-born daughter were gone with it. We brought the phone to CPR to work a miracle. It did take a few months, but the crew was able to take me through, step by step, everything that was going on with the resurrection. Needless to say, I dont think there are any G2s left in the wild, after the sheer number it took to Frankenstein one back to life for long enough to get the files and data off. My hats off the tech and the whole crew at CPR. They know their stuff and its obvious no phone is too dead for them to rescue. This is a business that deserves your business, and if I ever run into phone trouble again, I know exactly where Im going.

Came here to have my speakers in both ear piece and mouth piece replaced. I originally went to Verizon because my phone is under warranty but they were extremely rude there. Thankfully the guys at this place were super nice, knowledgeable and professional. Lent me a phone while they repaired mine and the cost was reasonable. Will recommend to friends!

Incredible. Before going here I took my iPhone that would not turn on to the apple store...they plugged it in, saw an error code, then said we can’t fix it and you need a new phone. Then I brought my phone here, dropped it off with the guys, and in less then an hour they had my phone working again. So awesome

The staff WAS NOT able to address my issue.UPDATE: THE PHONE BROKE OVERNIGHT AND NOW HAS COMPLETELY BLACK SCREEN. I left it charging by my bedside table and woke up to find the screen unresponsive. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THE SKILL OF ITS EMPLOYEES. YOU WILL WASTE MONEY.They didnt glue the phone properly so the front and back came apart, they replaced it with a battery that maxed out at 38%, and the screen was ghost writing (not tracking my fingers correctly). Brought it back two days later and they did the whole thing over again, but I ended up spending $379 when I shouldve just gone through Verizon. Not great.

Amazing staff who will cater to all of your tech predicaments. I had some very convoluted issues regarding my 2019 Mac Pro (destroyed LCD, broken battery, superglue [yes, really], etc etc) and they were able to fix everything and accommodate to further arising issues. Great communication as well; both the manager and technician ensured consistent contact and let me know what was wrong + what was being done at all times. Prices should be specified with a little more clarity, but I cant really complain when the quality services are priced so generously to begin with. Overall fantastic experience, no need to fret about this place!

Very responsive however it took quite a bit longer than first anticipated!

After spilling a gallon of water on my Macbook, I thought I was out $1500 for a new one. After calling a few other local repair shops, I thought that I was looking at at least $600 dollars worth of repair. However, I luckily decided to call CPR repair before giving up. The staff were very responsive, and let me bring in my laptop right away. They were incredibly responsive; calling me once a day to let me know the status of my laptop. After about 3 days of extensive repair, they were able to get my laptop back to me with minimal damage, and a new battery for half the price the other shops were offering. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to repair their laptop/cellphone; the service here was top notch!

Good for iPhone users. I had asked to enquire about a Samsung galaxy phone screen fix and their charge is 100 bucks more than the official website of Samsung! But the process seem to be quick. I am giving a three star as per the conversation and the entire procedure that was told to me. I ended up not using their service.

Loved the experience. I had a situation with my Apple watch wherein having to roam around various places, I could not get it fixed. Thanks to CPR Mega Mobile, it did take a lot of a time but things finally worked out for the best and I had my watch well repaired without any faults. The wait was longer but the fruit was sweet. I went to this place to make a repair relate to water exposure. They needed just to open and dry the intern parts of my cellphone, a Galaxy S9. My cellphone was in perfect condition in the external parts. Not even a scratch. To my surprise, they returned my phone with its back aide completely cracked. If I hadnt seen right away, they wouldnt have said a word. I obviously complained about the broken phone. They offered to replace without charges, BUT it took 2 days and the worse part is: they replaced it was an original piece for a poor imitation. If it wasnt bad enough to have broken an in perfect condition cellphone, they also gave me a cellphone they dont have its original parts anymore.Besides all of this, the consumer service is terrible. All men that work there are rude and far from being polite to us.

I had the most amazing experience! I had water damage to my MacBook Air and was very stressed as I am a college student and my laptop is my life. Hanna gave me the BEST customer experience I have ever had. Not only was he extremely friendly but very helpful, attentive, and kept updating me which I also appreciated. He did a great job, my laptop is basically new again! To make the situation even more pleasant, he went out of his way to gift me a free leather skin for my laptop and installed it. 5 stars across the board!

I went to the Mega Mobile to get my iPhone 8 repaired after I accidentally broke the screen in the lower left corner. Was super stressed about it, seeing that I was only in the area for a few more days! Went to the Mega Mobile where they helped me immediately! They set up an appointment for me at which I waited only a few minutes! The woman who helped me was so kind and helpful, she told me to come back in an hour and a half, took the phone to the back and that was that. I came back when they told me to, and a few minutes after I returned, they brought back the completely fixed phone! It was such a pleasant experience, major thank you to everyone at the store!!!

I am tremendously impressed with the service I received from Mega Mobile. I needed to purchase a new phone while away from home. The selection was broad and the prices as good as similar hardware from an online retailer, if not better in some instances. I was particularly impressed upon opening the box to discover a UK charger suitable for me to use at home. This was very much unexpected and a great demonstration of good customer service and understanding of my requirements and preferences - tacit in this instance. I would recommend this place for unlocked mobile hardware and impartial advice.

Had a great experience overall getting my Moto G6 repaired (aside from needing it repaired in the first place).The guy who helped me made sure I understood the best, worst, and middle case scenarios for the repair,how much each would cost, and how much time each would take. He was very friendly and also took the time to explain the technical details of how the water damage may have affected the phone.Within a day, he had fixed it without needing new parts (best case scenario). The price for the labor was reasonable. Couldnt really ask for more, just seems like someone who enjoys what he does and is very good at it
